We ve been going to Todd for all our car repairs for over 20 years. His professionalism and integrity keep us coming back. He s honest about the repair and doesn t upsell us on something we don t need. Debbie always finds a way to fit us in when there s an emergency and they do their best to get the car back the same day.In this day and age where loyalty is hard to come by both by the consumer and the business I can truly say that Todd and Debbie are loyal to their customers and in return we are loyal to them.

Todd is wonderful! He was able to get the car in quickly to diagnose, with parts coming in and the car being able to be fixed within the same week. Great prices!!!Amazing staff.

My transmission failed while driving and it was towed to the car dealership. They gave me a quote so I called Todd to get his opinion. He fixed it and saved me $3,000!! No joke. I trust Todd and his crew 100%. He's the real deal.

Todd took the time to thoroughly explain what service my car needed and provided that service in a timely professional manner. It always feels better when you have an honest old school person explaining things, looking you in the eye, and giving you a firm handshake. That old school professionalism is rare these days. I no longer will worry when my car or wife's car needs future service.

Todd got us out of a pre-holiday bind! Our son's '04 Volvo XC wagon needed a new radiator (it burst in a college lot). Debbie got us set up and Todd and the mechanics were able to diagnose and replace it in time for our travels. Friendly, excellent service!

Great experience! Very professional and very honest! I had my car at the dealer for some warranty work and they told me I also needed brakes. Took it to Todd s for a second opinion and amazingly I didn t need brakes. Had over half my brake pads left, but the dealership was going to charge me over $1400 for a brake job and made it sound like I was going to die driving it off the lot if I didn t let them fix the brakes, Total scam! Todd s was very honest, checked my brakes at no charge. I will take all my family cars there from now on.Service: Brakes

We've been using a local mechanic for many years, and he recommended we go to Todd's for an electrical issue with our minivan that was proving difficult since they have the specialized equipment and expertise to solve those sorts of issues. Todd's was easy to work with, had great follow-up, and gave us no-hassle service when some of the parts used in the initial repair failed and needed to be replaced. I rode 37 minutes to get my motorcycle inspected here well worth the trip. Todd himself inspected the bike. He and his staff are friendly and professional. So many times I got my bike inspected elsewhere only to be greeted by a technician that seems to hate both customers and his job. Never again Todd s Automotive Repair For The Win! Keep up the great work!

I want to share a great experience I had with Todd and his repair shop.My daughter is a student in Beverly, over 100 miles away from where I live. She had been complaining of a "weird noise" coming from one of the front wheels of the 2016 Jeep Cherokee she is using to commute to school. Concerned for her safety, I drove to school, picked up the car and drove it around the area, trying to recreate the noise. No luck. I stopped by Todd's Automotive with the hope that a technician might hear something I couldn't. Todd himself took time to drive around with me (maybe 15 minutes?) testing different scenarios, sharp turns, quick stops, riding the brakes, etc., trying to produce the sound. All to no avail. I really appreciated Todd taking the time with me, at no charge, to diagnose what turned out to be no problem.Several months later, my daughter complained of a very real problem. A leaking radiator. Comfortable that I didn't have to drive the 200 mile round trip to fix the problem, I simply told her to go visit Todd. Todd was able to quickly diagnose the problem and produced what I thought was a very fair quote. I gave him the notice to proceed and he was able to get my girl back on the road at the quoted price, even though the repair took a little longer than expected.Todd told me that he tries to use OEM parts wherever possible (me too!) as he stands behind his work where other shops don't. Debbie kept me informed of all the updates and everything went very smoothly. I find it very comforting that my daughter can go to Todd's anytime something doesn't feel right with her car.Service: Auto water leak repair

Could not be happier. Debbie and Todd a true professionals, very easy to talk to and discuss the problems I was having with my motorcycle. This past spring I acquired a beautiful Honda shadow A.C. E. VT 1100, unfortunately the bike had issues and got put away and not Ridden for a few years, I had a couple friends that know their bikes and we tried to work on it but nothing seemed to click, a buddy recommended Todd s and it was an instant game changer ,he rectified every problem and then took his time to explain in depth what was going on ,Todd is a true master of his craft. I left his shop with my sticker and the bike ran like it was brand new, I would recommend their work to anybody, especially if You re a novice like myself, he will certainly take the time to make sure that you feel comfortable and safe in knowing that your machine is running tiptop .

We love Todd's! They are so thoughtful and helpful. He was really booked up but I called about a sound I was hearing. He had me swing by and took my car for a drive, figured out the issue, and was even willing to come in early one day to fix my brakes. What a gold mine!! Great service from start to finish! The woman that took my call was super helpful and very very nice. She communicated with me several times to keep me up to speed. Always an excellent experience bringing my motorcycle to Todd's. Everyone there is attentive and works hard to get you back on the road happy. Todd takes the time to explain any issues and solutions. Todd s is my go-to for all repairs. They handled subsequent large repairs for me on my 15+ year old car and were fair and flexible each time. When it was eventually beyond the point of repair, Todd gave me an honest assessment and helped me weigh my options.
