I heard of Northeast Autolab from a friend who has used them for years. He told me if I was looking for a shop who is honest, fair and does great work to go see them. I just recently did (we needed some internal engine work done) and I can't say enough good things about them. They were pleasant, gave a quote, did the job when promised and now the vehicle is now running great!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

This is my go-to mechanic for the past four years. Their service is fast and reliable. They've always done the right thing the first time and never tried to scam me for unnecessary work like other mechanics. Over the years, they've done clutch replacement, spark plug replacement, full strut replacement, s belt replacement, brake light replacement, and more on my 2007 Scion tC. My sister and mom have been taking their cars (Hondas + Nissans) to Northeast Autolab for decades. Since I moved to Beverly a few years ago, they have become my go to mechanics now as well. I appreciate the always honest, efficient and highly knowledgeable service. Always so helpful even when I was buying my latest used car and I called them from the dealership to ask them some advice and a few questions. Thank you Roger and Louis! You are the best. Local auto repair shop in Beverly. Prices are fair and they are upfront on anything they find and let you know before any work is done. The two owners are certified Nissan Master Technicians so I am confident they will do the work right on my Nissan truck. They service all makes and models as well.

I have been going here for over a decade (since I got my liscence at 16) and my family has been loyal for longer than that! They do top quality, excellent work! If you have a Nissan (I have an xterra), that's their specialty but they do great work on American cars too!

Northeast services all four of my vehicles, three Chevrolets and a Audi and I wouldn t take my vehicles anywhere else. We have been taking our vehicles to NE Auto for around 25 years now. They are scrupulously honest, very knowledgeable, and always polite and professional. They go the extra mile and even fill the windshield washer reservoir. Very trustworthy

Louis and his crew did an amazing job fixing my 2006 Infiniti QX56. They are so fast and experienced... They found the route cause in under a day! I was able to get my car back in under a week. They had to do a whole disassembly of my engine, transmission and radiator. Thank Louis for the support with the warranty company and keeping informed with every step you were taking to fix my vehicle!

Luis at NorthEast Autolab is the only tech I trust with my Z. For over two decades whenever my 86 Nissan needed service Luis and the techs at his shop always get it right the first time and very reasonably priced. If there are other parts that are suspect and should be replaced "while you're in there" Luis will point that out and will oftentimes save on future labor.With over 160k on my Z-car, experience matters and Luis and NorthEast Autolab are the best.

You want honest mechanics, go to them. They ll fix it right, charge a good price, and not screw you over like other places might.
