I had a big issue with my 2016 Ford Edge. My engine needed to be replaced and it was very stressful on me. My service rep Caitlin was unbelievably helpful and friendly. My car was in the shop for almost a month and a half as they needed to wait for the engine to come in. Caitlin kept me up to date on what was happening. We would speak every few days for an update. Caitlin was so helpful and I sincerely appreciate everything she did to assist with the situation. From the appraisers to keeping up with when the engine would arrive, she was on top of the ball. I had an issue with my onboard "Sync" system in my 2020 F-150. It took a bit of troubleshooting and time figuring out the problem. But Mike Myette and his crew got it diagnosed and repaired. And now it works great!

I have purchased and leased cars from Kelly Ford for over 15 years. They have always been top notch. I Have had to use Kelly Ford Service Center, twice in the last few weeks. As always, they were very responsive, professional, and quick to get to my needs. Bravo to the team at Kelly Ford Service Center!!! Shout out to Kaitlyn!!! ( not sure I spelled that right )

Melvin was so helpful over the phone to fix the issue with my window! I called to make an appointment because my window was going down when pressing up and he said if you just pull over I can walk you through how to fix it and it worked! If it were possible to give Negative Stars I would.At 52, I have purchased my share of cars, trucks, motorcycles, and even boats.I HAVE NEVER ENCOUNTERED A MORE DISHONEST PROCESS THAN DEALI G WITH KELLY FORD.I conducted an online inquiry for a vehicle receiving an internet referral to Kelly Ford.I exchanged emails, text messages and phone calls with sales staff.Living south of Boston I drove an hour and a half to look at a $47,000.00 vehicle. I was there a short period of time when they advised me because the vehicle was popular it had an Up Charge. I asked what this was and they advised me there was an additional $5,000.00 up charge fee for a popular vehicle. The price would not be negotiable. Now the vehicle was over $52,000.00.I would have never gone there had this not been disclosed by email, text, or call. At that, I am not sure how legally they can list a vehicle online as one price then raise it to another once you arrive at the dealership.FORD MOTOR COMPANY should be embarrassed by this practice, this is NOT REPRESENTATIVE OF FORD CUSTOMER VALUES !!!

First and foremost this review is overdue - I wanted to highlight my experiences with Kelly Ford and particularly recognize Melvin Deleon at Kelly Ford. A few months back, our new Ford Edge developed major transmission issues. We bought it into Kelly Ford, which is the closest to our home. It was determined that our brand-new Edge needed a new transmission! Naturally, we got bogged down with supply chain issues and the parts took over 2 1/2 weeks. In the meantime, as we needed a rental car for transportation the meter was running and hit my CC for over $2,000. At first, Kelly Ford and Ford declined my request to reimburse me - So I finally was routed to Malcolm who pursued my request with Ford and got my reimbursement. He was tenacious and continued to update me - so Mr. Kelly if you pay attention and read this (which I have suspicions not as you never acknowledged my written correspondence) you should recognize Malcolm for his customer focus! I m writing this review on behave of my 80 year old father who visited this establishment today for a keyless entry repair. However, the story with the service manager, Melvin DeLeon, began two years ago when this particular service manager documented an event with my father. My father had made an appointment with this establishment to have his vehicle repaired. My father arrived for his appointment on time and spent over an hour waiting in the waiting area to only be told his appointment had been cancelled. My father did not receive any prior notification of this cancellation by email, phone or in person upon first arriving. When my father was finally informed that his appointment was cancelled, he became upset and used some choice words to express his unhappiness about this service center s lack of professionalism as he had made arrangements to make this appointment. The service manager that finally informed my father that his appointment was cancelled documented my father s foul language and placed him on the not to service list. When my father brought his vehicle in for service today, that very same service manager referred to his documented write-up and refused my father service. However, this service manager failed to acknowledge his part in my father s use of foul language by being unprofessional in his correspondence. And, I am very certain this service manager s respond would have been similar if the roles had been reversed. This service manager may feel he has the authority to refuse service to regular customers, but he seems to have forgotten that he, himself, does report to a supervisor above him in the Ford Corporation that has an email address, a business phone number and receives visitors in person that would like to express a grievance.No worries, though! My father simply got back into his vehicle and drove himself over to the Danvers Ford Service Center where he was met with a professional personnel and an atmosphere that shined.So, while said service manager was patting himself on the back for his lack of professionalism when refusing my father service today, all he really was doing was losing business for his establishment.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Updated: went from 3 stars to 4 Brought the car back to Kelly Ford. Worked with service folks; Juan and Melvin, they listened to my explanation of the alarm going off at all hours with out anyone near it. They took the car again, kept it about 3 more weeks. Alarm going off finally happened when the mechanic was around and they found the switch in the rear hatch was faulty. Reason it took so long was it was an electrical issue and those sometimes are hard to diagnose. The switch was fixed and I have not had any issues with the alarm since.Original post: EditedWaited 3 1/2 weeks for appointment only to be told that there was nothing wrong with the car's alarm system. Did not have a great experience working with one service rep. He made me feel like I did not understand car and their issues because I an a female. He dismissed my explanation, and the Issue still going on.

I've been bringing my Fiesta here for 5 years. I always feel like they give me straight forward advise on what maintenance actually needs to be performed and they offer explanations that I can understand without sounding pretentious. :)

The service department does not accommodate people that buy their cars there I'm very dissapointed that they don't care. They should accommodate customers who come back to service their car
