I can t say enough positive things about Hogan Tire Beverly and their employees. Having initially gone to repair a flat, I ended up purchasing four new tires. They were able to present a couple of options, and worked within my budget. I have since gone back for general service, which was another situation where they were mindful of budget and were helpful with pointing out what were must dos and what I could wait on. Next time I need something done, I will definitely go back!

Excellent service and great perks if you buy tires through them. Helped get our tire repaired and back on the road at no charge and in a quick timeline. Highly recommended!

I usually take my car to the dealership for service but gave hogan tire a chance and I was SO happy with the service I got there. Professional and helpful, I was super impressed with the Uber service they provided. I was even more impressed with how quickly the work got done. I brought my car in at 8am and it was done (tires, alignment and oil change) by 9:30am.

They were great rebalancing the tires I had Balanced at a competitor and solve the problem the excessive vibration using their road force balancing. They were fast and started the work right away. Very pleasant experience.

Brought my car in this week for a few different issues, most of which were fixed on Wednesday, one of which had to wait until Friday. Mildly inconvenient but good communication (and free rides back and forth to my workplace) made it all work out. Very clear information on work that was needed, which things should be fixed right away and which could be delayed a bit and the costs. I just had it all taken care of at once, but there have been times when I needed to stretch things out over a few paychecks and I appreciated knowing my options. Good customer service!

I have been a customer of Hogan Tire for several years and they always do a great job! They are honest, fair with their pricing and are able to get you an appointment within a reasonable time period. Would highly recommend them

Staff is very accommodating & has a sense of humor. Our family has relied upon Hogan Tire in No Beverly for many years for issues not just related to tires ... oil change, beeping unknown reminders in car ... as well as last minute tire situations. Staff is honest & will suggest if it would be better to take the car elsewhere for a particular service. I have seen the same staff at this location for years, and that hopefully means Hogan is good to its employees. Trust this staff to be honest.

Always great service at Hogan. My tire was almost completely flat. It was already past 4:00 and I wasn t sure they would have time to repair. They assessed the tire took my truck right in and not only repaired the tire they did a full tire rotation free of charge! Thank you again!

Had my brakes fail on my 2005 Mini Cooper one day. I limped into Hogan tire and asked if they could assess the problem. Their mechanic found that both brake lines had rusted and were leaking. They said it was a job that could easily do. THe work was done quickly and at a reasonable price.

Hogan has always been professional and upfront with costs, issues, and ideas on what could be causing problems. Easy to contact and talk to and wait times are not typically long. I go to the Beverly location for all my car needs.

Great service from Jeff. Had the tire pressure indicator light on. Drove to Hogan tire, checked each tire, added air, problem solved in 10 minutes at no charge. Dealer would have taken hours.

I had an emergency situation in which I needed a replacement tire quick for my daughter's car, so she could get to work early next morning. I went to Hogan Tire and Auto, just before they closed seeking help. They were great and responded immediately! They were able to provide me the tire needed and installed it with minutes left before closing. I wish all customer service interactions could end so wonderfully. Thank you Hogan Tire! Your team and service level is outstanding!!

I really like the service at Hogan Tire in Beverly. They are very professional. They take you right away no matter what the problem with your car. They are honest and they do excellent work. They are polite & they leave your car clean. I just can t say enough about this place. It has excellent customer service too. They are never too busy to help you. They are fast, efficient and reliable. The car is always ready on time. Five stars for Hogan Tire in Beverly !!

Hogan Tire provides excellent service. I walked in without an appointment with a bulge in my tire. They looked at it right away and helped me pick new tires. They were able to do the service that day and provided me with a free Uber ride to work. It was done when they said it would be at the price they quoted. I will definitely be using them from now on.

Jim and the team at Hogan Tire and Auto saved me earlier this week from my flat tire woes. They took extra effort at the end of their day to put on my spare so that I could get home safely. They were also able to get me in for a tire fix/replacement appointment the very next day. Their work was efficient and high quality. Highly recommend their services.

I made an appointment to have my car aligned after performing suspension work. I explained, in great detail, the work I was doing to my car and the man I spoke with said it would be no problem.The technician was able to set the front toe, but said he doesn't know how, and doesn't own the tools, to adjust camber and caster for a 4-wheel alignment. You would think a shop that's been in business for the better part of a century would know it's way around a car.Additionally, they didn't re-install the under shield/dust cover that sits below the engine bay, so I had to take care of that myself in the rain.Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

Hogan always does wonderful work on my car. I do, however, have a complaint about one of your customer service employees. I dropped my car off and said I would be back shortly. I told him he could call or text when the car was ready. I returned before the car was ready and told him I was going to wait in the waiting room. I told him my name and what kind of car I was waiting for. I saw two other customers leave before me with their cars. I was the first one in this morning. (10/5/22) at 8:00am. I looked in the parking lot and there was my car all done. I questioned him about it and he said that I never told him that I returned. He said he texted me (which he never did). He lied right to my face. He was the customer service employee closest to the window. I will continue to have my car serviced at Hogan because you guys do great work. However, you need to teach your customer service people better skills. I told two friends what happened today and they also had similar experiences with that same man. I was invoice #7028865. Thank you.

I booked a full tire replacement just 2 days in advance before a big storm and Hogan was able to accommodate without any concern. Their work was sound and kept me safe on a road trip in treacherous winter weather that I departed for on the very same day they replaced the tires. Not to mention their prices were extremely fair! 10/10 recommend!

Best tire and auto body shop there is. They do excellent work and they are honest and make sure you know all your options. They are extremely knowledgeable and friendly and make you feel comfortable sending your vehicles there. I was recommended to go there by a family friend and have gone ever since and will definitely keep recommending it to everyone I know!! My fiance started working there and he loves it and not only are the customers treated right the employees are too!!
