Stopped by in a panic today. Needed a headlight bulb changed so my son could take his license test. The woman behind the counter was super helpful and the mechanic that cut his lunch short to help was phenomenal! Highly recommend!!!

I needed an inspection sticker and didn't want to drive around looking for a place that does them, so I brought my car to DiBacco service center for an inspection sticker.They were very nice and knowledgeable about questions that I had about my vehicle. I have a BMW 318i series. A lot of places do not work on foreign cars. They will be my go to shop for inspection stickers and any mechanical issues that I have in the future.They are conveniently located on rantoul Street.Thank you so much!

Had my 2001 BMW 330CI serviced at DiBacco's last week. Actually had it towed in from New Hampshire. I called ahead and they were very courteous and told me not to worry my car would be in good hands. They got right on fixing the problem, it was the serpentine belt. They had the car fixed and ready for pickup the next morning. The Owner himself came out of the shop explained everything in terms I could understand and the car is running like a dream ever since. Thank You DiBacco's.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Once again completely satisfied!!!Had to take my car to DiBacco's to get a few things fixed and a new sticker. As always everything was done in a timely manner and it didn't break the bank..Love this Family owned and Run Business. Been going here for more than 20 years. This review pains me. Been going to DiBacco's for about 6 or 7 years now for several vehicles. In the past (2 years or more plus) I always got great, fast service, at a great rate.Then something happened. Every time we brought our vehicles in, it seemed like more and more things went wrong. Nothing too specific but was often enough to make us notice it... My wife stopped wanting her car to go there, thats how bad it got, but because of the history and convenience to my office, I kept going, but also kept noticing.When things REALLY went down hill was over a tire.I DROVE my wife's vehicle to the shop with a slow leak in the tire, after about a day or two I kept needing to put more air in it.They contacted me it was ready and after work I went to pick it up, the tire had a MASSIVE gash in it... The girl at the front desk said it wasnt her fault and I honestly lost it on her. Turns out it was the owners daughter. He did fix the tire but acted like he was doing me a huge favor, and I apologized for my behavior. We are long time customers whatever...Kept going there, and things kept happening to our vehicles, bring it in for something small and thousands of dollars later get it back.This last time I brought in my Land Rover, and it needed brakes. Which I knew and was why I brought it in. They also said my sway bar snapped and that needed to be fixed as well.I brought it to another place and turns out... sway bars are fine...I wont be going back.

Tried to make an appointment for an inspection sticker a few weeks ago and I was told (very courteously) that it was a first-come, first-served service. When I came in today at 8:15, I was told they could hold my car for a day but that they were "full" for today (again, very courteously). Do yourself a favor give a call before bringing your car in for inspection, trying to be "first" in line is no guarantee of service.

It was my first time ever getting my own inspection sticker and every step that I could mess up I did (forgetting to bring in my registration, searching for so long for said registration in my car, leaving my phone in my car and having to go back in to have them unlock it) but they were SO nice throughout the whole process and I ended up not feeling as stupid as I was definitely acting. Just a really nice interaction in an experience that I made myself anxious about!

My new neigborhood go-to family owned auto service center. Mauro DiBacco and his family are very kind and professional to me. They get my car done as promtly as they can and they fix it right! Prices are reasonable also, and they even provide you with your own customer portal that documents your service history with them. I needed an oil change and inspection. I called in on a Friday just before they closed and was able to drop it off. My car was done by 10am the next morning. I appreciate them working me in and getting my car done so quickly. They are very professional.

I brought my car in for an oil change and some scheduled maintenance on the differential and transmission. The service was timely, efficient, and reasonably priced. Best place to take your car in the area! I've been coming here since I moved to the North Shore a few years ago. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable, they always explain exactly what they found and what the fix is so you know what is going on with your car, which is really great. They charge reasonable prices and work quickly! They also have an online portal so you can see past invoices/work orders and know what services your car is due for next, which I find very helpful.

DiBacco's is the best! I've been using them for decades, and will continue to do so. They do great work, their prices are reasonable, and have always gotten me in the day I needed them and had the car ready in a very timely manner. This review is almost a month late but I came to DiBacco's about a month ago for a minor repair in my car. The employees where so efficient and kind. Overall I had a wonderful experience, I am fairly new to the area and was in search of a reliable place to bring my car for services. I am so glad I decided to stop in. I will definitely be returning for any future car service and highly recommend anyone to do so as well!!

I called 2 days prior and they had an appointment. The woman on the phone was very professional and nice. I arrived a few minutes early. The same woman recommended a coffee shop next door to wait while my oil change was taking place. My tire pressure light was also on and that was taken care if as well. The man when I picked up my car was also very professional and nice. I will definitely go back for service!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Never have I been treated so well, as I have at Dibacco's. When I swung by for a second opinion on repairs, the place was slammed yet the owner, Mauro, spoke with me right away. He took time to explain the issue properly and told me he'd take my car ASAP. He directed me to an office staff member who was pleasant and helpful, and I took the soonest appointment.In short, once my car was diagnosed, Mauro was in contact with me about the expected cost. He detected another issue as well (no surprise--It's an older vehicle), and confirmed the repair. Throughout the process I was informed and consulted about how I wanted to proceed. This was not my typical experience with a mechanic. There's always a feeling that I'm being swindled but DiBacco's could not have been more transparent.My car drives like a dream, the cost was more than reasonable and the service exceeded expectations. I can't recommend this shop enough. They took all stress off of me and accommodated my needs with a smile.Communication: Outstanding. Cost: Beat the competitor by a mile. Services performed: Second to none. This really is a hometown gem and worth your business. 10/10; I will never go elsewhere.Services: Brakes, Oil change

Went in for a oil change and headlight bulb replacement. Next day headlight out and brought it back. Was told the connector was corroded and a $100 to repair. As a former mechanic I checked it and the connector clip had been broken. No corrosion, they don't corrode? The clip was broken when they attempted to replace the bulb and wanted me to pay for it? These connections are sealed well and never corrode. We know this, but sadly most dont? Too bad this happened and I hope it's addressed?

DiBacco s is awesome!!! The owner, Mauro, was extremely helpful and trustworthy. I can t say enough good things about this place. Brought my car in for a funky noise, within an hour they looked it over, figured out the noise and addressed two other maintenance needs. The work was completed on my car within 24 hours for a very fair price. So impressed by the quickness and communication of all staff. They even sent me pictures of the broken parts which made it feel even more transparent and trustworthy. This was my first time here and I will definitely be back for all future car needs.

DiBacco's continually goes above and beyond with their service! I brought my car in and got such great care and service. I felt so informed and taken care of as they explained my options and recommendations to get my car in better shape and safe for driving. Great service and the staff members are so friendly and genuine. I would recommend DiBacco's Service Center to anyone needing maintenance on their car in the North Shore.

I would come here to get gas cause it s full service. Have also done all my inspections here as well. Everyone here are very welcoming and always very nice. Because of this, I decided to bring my car in for service one day. Not only were they able to accommodate me last minute, but they explained to me in detail what was wrong with it, along with a description of the issue! I don t know anything about cars, so this helped me a lot! They saved me tons of money and stress! I am grateful!On another note, they have complimentary coffee! The place is clean. You don t hear much noise in the wait room either, which is nice if you decide to wait there for service. Def recommend in a heart beat!

Great experience! Everyone is very nice and professional. Took my car in for a second opinion on the transmission after being told it was at the end of its life. DiBacco's took it for a drive and confirmed this, but tried flushing the fluid and resetting it, and they were able to give it more life!Service: Transmission repairService: Transmission repair

DiBacco s is great! Love them. The first time I went they sent me a video of what they were seeing in my car and what needed to be fixed which was super helpful! All of which they fixed for a reasonable price. The second time I went it was for an oil change and a suspicious sound. I thought the sound was going to be something that would be expensive to fix but instead they found it was a loose bolt and tightened it for me free of charge!Service: General repairs & maintenance

DiBacco s was an absolute life-saver for me, and so kind! A while ago I had a 2-hour drive to a memorial service and woke up with a completely flat tire. It was a Saturday and they were almost closed but they let me come in and gave me the last-minute patch job I needed to get on the road. I ended up only 20 min late for the memorial instead of missing it completely. I will always be grateful to the kind folks at DiBacco s and will definitely bring them my business again. Great experience.

It's rare you find a local shop like DiBacco's. It's like having an old school, honest mechanic right around the corner. They won't sell you something you don't need. I've yet to have my car officially serviced here, but DiBacco's will definitely be my shop of choice when I need it. I had the opportunity to meet the owner Mauro, when I needed him to check very minor issue with my car. He not only gave me his best input, but physically rode along in the car as we drove it along the highway in order to ensure nothing was wrong. There was never a moment he tried to solicit anything from his shop. Nothing to sell me, He just gave me his best advice. He's a very kind fellow. Furthermore, when I attempted to replace the spark plugs to remedy the issue on my own, Mauro personally loaned me a swivel head socket that was critical for helping me complete the job. I'm telling ya, you just don't find local guys like this anymore. Beverly residents are very fortunate to have them!

I m new to the area and was looking for a local shop to take my car in to have an oil change and some work done. I called up and Mauro said to come right in and they would work me in before they close for the night. I felt so comfortable leaving my car in their hands! Everyone there was so nice and respectful as well. I am very satisfied with the professionalism each person had! Will definitely be going back for future services!!
