It's always a high stress time when accidents happen & you're without your car, but the service at Big Jim's helps to soften the blow. I can not speak highly enough of Jamie, Bobby, Brian & the whole team at Big Jim's. Insurance may have slowed the process, but that didn't slow this shops help to keep that ball rolling. Once through the insurance hurdle, this team hit the ground running to get me back in my car as quickly as possible. I picked up my car & not only was the body work immaculate, the whole car was pristine inside & out....and don't think I didn't notice the extra mile this team went. I feel like I received VIP treatment and I don't know what I did to deserve it. Thank you so very much!

Newer to Beverly and needed some work done on my Mercedes, i searched for a reputable, honest shop and heard great reviews on Big Jim s Autobody. I dropped my vehicle off in the morning, Jamie (owner) called me shortly after to notify me of what was going on with the car and asked for the go ahead to order part/ perform work on the car. The price he quoted me over the phone for everything was very reasonable and best of all, repair was complete before the end of the day and problems resolved! I would definitely bring my business back to Jamie and his shop at any time i may be in need of body work or mechanical work. Thank you for being a stand up, honest business and thank you for fixing my vehicle!!

This team! They are absolutely five-star awesome. I had a bad abrasion on my brand new Subaru Outback and went shopping for a repair. Thank goodness Big Jim's Autobody was the first stop I made, because it was the last. Everyone behind the desk was so kind, so interested in taking care of my car and giving me the best deal. I dropped my car off this morning at 9 and by 3:30 PM I had it back, all shiny and looking like new. What a great job they did and what a pleasure it was doing business with them. Thank you Jamie, Stevie, Brian and Al. So good to know you're there ... just in case. Very grateful for your good care.Service: Body & Trim

We've had a couple of experiences with Big Jim's, and have been very happy both times. First they did a great job on some body work at a very fair rate and also gave us a good rate on a new set of tires.We're gladly coming here for any new work needed in the future and would be happy to recommend them to our friends.

I can't say enough wonderful things about big Jim's auto body! Jamie made this the easiest process for me, not only did he set up my rental car he had someone take me to get it. This shop is top notch. They helped me out big time. Jamie got my truck done before the insurance company even gave them the supplement just so I could tow my daughters float in the parade for her graduation. Thank you to Jamie and Bob from my daughter, my wife and me. Excellent job also.

Long-time customer, first-time reviewer. Great quality, great service, great price. Jamie and his crew take incredible pride in their work with key attention to detail and keeping their customers satisfied and updated throughout the repair. They really are unlike any other body shop I've used in the past. I will always take my vehicles to Big Jim's!

The worst business anywhere, anyone who works there is nothing but a thug! Grrew up in Beverly, know of them for along time! Dnk if they are still in the towing business, but can true fully say, have been ripped off of articles in my car! And car itself, they treat their personel like garbage, and last but definitely not least most customers the same! Beware!

This place is awesome! Big Jim's made this a painless process by taking care of everything from the rental to dealing with the insurance co. over parts. Great communication and they even detailed my car! Would never bring my BMW anywhere else.

Had a great experience here. The staff was professional, kind , and honest. I will be coming back for my repairs and I live about 35 minutes from the place but it is worth it

We recently moved in the neighborhood, and I was looking for an auto workshop. Found Big Jim's on google and went there without an appointment. they were really friendly and immediately took care of my requirements. I'm greatly satisfied with their service and highly recommend them !!! Great place.

Great service! They consistently follow up with you and keep you up to date throughout the whole process. Forgot all about the detail! Great feeling to get into a car that feels and smells brand new.

Must be some of the most professional people in this industry that I've ever come across. More than helpful with the body repairs to my truck. They took care of every aspect for me. All I did was initiate a claim with my auto insurance and they took it from there.

Wonderful service. I was locked out of my car and they came within 15 minutes to unlock it. The guy who came was also super nice.

They damaged my car and said prove it, the cops will back them up. The guy screamed at me and is so rude, they have the contract with Beverly. I told them I would tell people about them, don't trust them!
