Had a blown ball joint on a lifted truck. They diagnosed it and my truck was fixed with no issues. Super clean garage and great staff. Ive had my tuck in for two oil changes and this ball joint issue and I really like how smooth they operate. Speak to Chris and he will set you straight.

I've been here a few times and I highly recommend them. One of the few honest shops left. Fast service, quality work, and always delivered at the quoted price. They'll tell you the situation, what's needed to fix it, and will give you options, but won't upsell you into spending more money. I dare you to find a better shop.

Took my 2016 Tundra in for a squeaky serpentine belt (Toyota dealer overpriced). While I was at it, I mentioned that after balancing my tires at two different shops, I would still get some vibration here and there.They got it all done in the morning! Great desk service, good price, very personal treatment. New belt feels good and the vibration is totally gone at high speeds! Super happy! Planning on taking more business there! Also worth mentioning that you get an ebill when the work is done which is super convenient!

I bring all my business and personal vehicles to Auto Dyne.Chris and lucas are the best .Service is impeccable and they always have me up and running quickly.The pricing is fair and transparent.I highly recommend using these guys.

I have known many women who have been easy prey for auto repair shops. The assumption, generally true, is that we don't know anything about cars so it's easy to take advantage of our lack of knowledge. That being said I am amongst those women and I am fully aware that I don't know anything about cars.I'm skeptical and cautious when I go into any auto shop. So when Captain Hamel, the name I gave my car, began making a noise that scared me I didn't know where to go. A neighbor suggested, "the guys at Auro-Dyne are good. That's where I go." Being new to the area I figured his suggestion was my best option. So off Captain Hamel and I went.The guy behind the counter actually listened to me and didn't make me feel like he was trying to hurry me away. We made an appointment and I returned nervously. They did my oil change, gave Captain Hamel a check up and made recommendations. I received a printout of the maintenance work he needs showing the priority items and things that can wait. He explained everything to me and we formulated a plan.When I have had oil changes in the past I have always paid well over $100. So when the bill was under $100 a thought it was a mistake.They are very busy so if you do go there for their excellent service make an appointment. I can guarantee that one, you will receive fabulous service, and two, you will be treated honestly and fairly. They won't do any unauthorized work so you don't have to panic like I did.This is definitely a place for women who don't want to be treated like a dumb woman. The bathroom is clean and they have coffee for your enjoyment while you wait.

Scheduling service and dropping off my car was a breeze! I got a text with the estimate and photos supporting it within a couple hours and work was done quickly after I signed off on it . The whole experience was smooth and everyone I interacted with was pleasant and able to answer any questions. My car is running great now and I will 100% be back and refer other folks here as well!

I had a grinding noise coming from my front passenger tire on my 2000 Tacoma 4WD that I d been neglecting until the sound got a lot worse while I was running errands in Beverly. Called a few shops and SO GLAD I found this one. These guys were able to get me in same day, diagnose the problem as needing a wheel bearing replacement, and got me out with a reasonable price in a short amount of time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I really felt they provided trustworthy, professional service.

When I brought my car back in due to sticker failure & needing new tires, they told me it d be ready about 1. I gave them a sour puss which prompted, Do you need it earlier? I confirmed and he said I ll see what we can do. 2 hours later, I got the call! They made my day & put the smile back on my face What a difference the new tires made. I m a happy customer

I ve been to Auto Dyne a number of times including to get work from other shops like Jiffy Lube fixed (my car was never the same after them). Then I decided to just stick with Auto Dyne and so far I highly recommend them over any other place around. I ve gotta get new tires and breaks done next and I will go back because I feel I can trust their work. And they are super nice!

Chris and the team at Autodyne are the best. Had an estimate within 30 min and service scheduled within a day. I went to Autodyne based on location and many positive reviews online. Autodyne did not dissapoint, and I would highly recommend anyone get there vehicle serviced there. Thanks again Autodyne!

Came into autodyne , guy was super nice but that s what gets ya anyways came into get a over check on my car that would come to about 5 grand got super stressed out because the guy I bought the car from said it needed stuff but not that much , what brought it all up to 5k was that labor it s ridiculous 650 to put a car part in no thanks I rather do it myself my buddy brought it to his garage and said they lied I definitely didn t need half of that stuff also they removed parts out of order thinking I wouldn t notice these guys suck fake smiles is all they got they are crooks stay away

There s no other shop that I d trust with our vehicles than AutoDyne. Followed Lucas & his team from their previous shop because of their quality of work. They re reliable, trustworthy, & the work done is always the best. The staff are such hard workers & can genuinely tell they care. The ONLY shop I recommend to friends and family.

Today was my first time having my oil change done at Auto Dyne, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. The counter staff is awesome to deal with friendly, funny Respectable clean Very knowledgeable Underneath most cars in the northeast is usually rusty and crusty These guys had my break work done in just a couple of ours totally impressed. And absolutely cost-efficient. Absolutely would totally recommend auto dyne to anybody My shop from now on

I ve followed Lucas from his older shop in Peabody to this new shop and I will never go anywhere else. Fast and honest work is key and you will find it at Auto-Dyne. All the staff are friendly and they have a comfortable waiting area. I highly recommended for all services.

Punctured a tire on a pothole and managed to get to the shop on MLK day. Very glad they were open to begin with. Also that they noticed a real problem with the car, that my rear brakes needed servicing and got everything done in less than a day. Very professional.

Just the best. If you are looking for a good mechanic, this is not your place, they are great.The mechanics are wonderful, very knowledgeable about the work and friendly and Lucas, he is very professional, I ve been bringing all of my personal and business cars to Lucas for more than 10 years and never had any problems.
