After the horrific storm of downpours, my car had lost some of its undercover protection and dragging part of it.I did not know how serious the issue was. I called Paul for a last minute appointment, but he was too booked to fit me in that soon. he suggested coming in afternoon time where he could get me in. Of course I was hesitant to drive not knowing the damage I could do, so I was stuck knowing I had appointments to get to. Within minutes I got a call from Paul and he got me in after being able to rearranging his appointments.He will always try his best to help his clients out.I was so appreciated that I had to give him a hug. I did not have to worry about my safety after I left his shop.Thank you Paul ~ God bless

I dropped off my wheels and had new tires shipped to Roux's Garage from TireRack. Scheduling the appointment was easy and all communication was clear and concise. Upon picking up the freshly balanced wheels/tires I was very impressed by the attention to detail. I was supplied with specific mounting instructions and a sheet indicating the results of the balancing process.It is clear that Roux's Garage offers a much higher quality service than the overwhelming majority of mechanics/tire shops in the area. I will be utilizing their services in the future.Services: Tires, Auto tire replacement

I've been going to Roux's garage for over 20 years. I found them through Tire Rack when I ordered tires. Six cars later, I go to them for all my repair & tire needs. Paul is extremely knowledgeable and he will tell it to you straight if you need something or if it can wait. The equipment he has for the tires is so precise, many owners of high-end vehicles go to him. It's nice to go to someone local and I won't go anywhere else. There was an issue with the tires on our car and Paul was very helpful. He took the time to clearly explain the issue and made sure that we understood our options. The folks at Roux's Garage also take care of my parents' cars and I know that they love the service and trust the people that work there.

Roux's garage does very accurate work. Paul and their crew members always takes their time to explain every detail about any car work. They are very honest about their work unlike dealerships hiding behind the scenes. I feel confident to talk to them about any cars issues in future of mine. I highly recommend this place.

Roux's Garage is the best auto shop I have ever used. Twice now they have got me out of a jam. Most of the time I will do my own work to our cars. But when I am in a jam and need the work done in short time this crew is the best. Both times they have fit me in and had the work done in three hours or less for cheep money. I will continue to use them and recommend them to anyone.

Easily the most honest and friendly mechanic I've ever worked with. I was passing through on 495 when I experienced sudden severe car trouble. Took the car here and Paul was extremely helpful. I was in a tight spot and its generally pretty obvious I'm not mechanically inclined, but he didn't try to take advantage of that. He was very friendly and explained the possible causes and gave me options on what I could do. I decided to leave the car here, and he made time to look at it earlier than he initally told me he would. He even called me back multiple times to update me on the repairs over the next few days. Fairly priced, knowledgeable, and overall great guys here. I highly recommend.

I've been a customer of Roux's Garage for several years now, particularly with my tire work. Paul and Roger both do a good job of understanding the needs and performing the work. I've noticed that Paul particularly enjoys spending a little extra time to educate and explain repairs.

I wanted a pre purchase inspection undertaken on a car for sale in the Berlin area, I found Roux's online. I phoned ahead to advise the garage that the car owner should be at their location by 10AM, and that I hope to drive out their to ask questions in person around that time. The garage worked something out to accommodate a quick 20/30 min inspection. They managed to get the vehicle inspection started while I was in traffic, almost done by the time I arrived (15 mins late), found a few times which the seller will have repaired under the cars warranty . Would definitely use Roux's Garage again.

I just dropped off some tires at Roux's. The guy I talked to there asked me to look up the tire pressure info on the car and get back to him. I told him I know it by heart, but I like to run the pressure a bit higher. He didn't seem to like that. He said that you'll break springs if you run tire pressure more than 3 PSI over manufacturer's specifications, and that a lower-pressure tire will roll over on the sidewall less than a higher-pressure tire because it has a lower center of gravity. I've been messing with cars for over 24 years, and I know what tire pressure I like. I've never heard of a car breaking springs for any reason besides corrosion or severe impacts. I call BS. I do think the guy knows a lot more about tires than I do, but I think he's wrong here, and I'm going to set the tire pressure I want when I get home, anyway. Otherwise, though, he seemed like a good guy, and I liked the looks of the shop. I didn't speak my mind to him; he can put whatever pressure he wants in the tires. It's easy to set the tire pressure where I want it. Maybe I'll try it his way, anyway, and see if I like it.By the way, I think their weekday hours are 7A - 5P. I'll double-check when I drop off the wheels.

I purchased Tires from tirerack and had them shipped to Roux's Garage (without knowing anything about them other than the fact that they are close to where I work). When I arrived I wasn't impressed by the waiting area - I had been hoping to be able to connect to the internet and get some work done while I waited for my tires to be replaced. Once I gave up on that idea I decided to watch Roux Jr. work his magic on the tires. I have never seen so much care go into tire replacement. Mr. Roux explained to me what he was doing and was very happy to chat about his work and other topics while he worked on the tires. He made sure the highest part of the wheels were lined up with the lowest spot on the tire. He also let me know that two of the four tires I received were "out of spec" and directed me to have tirerack replace them (which they did). Now I have four new ties and they are smooooth.

In my experience, Paul was very honest about what was truly going on with my vehicle- even when it meant he wouldn't earn as much money on the repair as originally expected.
