Brought my car in the day after Christmas in desperate need for brakes and a mystery squeaking noise, Fred said he could look at it no problem, called back less than a few hours later with his discovery and price to fix it! He was so so so helpful and it was fixed by the end of the day AND at an AMAZING price for all 4 brakes and rotors!! Love Berlin Auto Service highly recommend for inspection, repairs, and all the above!!

Passed my daughter's car for inspection who is a new driver knowing ALL the safety issues it had... shame on the owner!!!! I had her car repaired brought it back here for re-inspection and of course it passed the Owner said there were no issues the first time wouldn't even look at the rejection sticker notes. He took 8 minutes for a car inspection what a JOKE!! Disgraceful

beware this guy is dishonest, I installed new original toyota wiper blades on my 2011 prius and sent it there for inspection, he said that it won't pass inepction because the baldes are too big! what a ripp off!

Just came back from here for my state inspection - really nice place. The folks here are friendly, service is quick and professional. I've gone here for last year as well and they do a great job.

I've known Fred just as a pro mechanic for years. With his small team, they are very competent, trustworthy and not greedy to fail you for unimportant things on MA inspections. Speaking as an ex mechanic myself... I mostly brought my hardest problems to him. All good guys are busy right?, so expect to leave the car with them for serious work.

Fred has been my go to guy since he opened ten plus years ago. He s one of a kind and I am grateful to have found him.Fred has also managed to find great staff that stay with him for years. That alone speaks volumes!Previous to Fred, I often felt that when using an unknown garage or a major chain for oil changes, attempts were made to take advantage of my ignorance of car repair and maintenance by pressuring me into unnecessary service. That s not the way Fred operates. He is honest, charges a fair price and never exerts any pressure. He ll let you know when something can wait until the next oil change. I ve recommended him to a few friends and all have been just as impressed as I am.I m moving out of state and sadly realize that I m unlikely to have the good fortune of having that level of trust again.

I've mainly used this place for my vehicle inspection and oil change. They're always professional, fast, and efficient.I've had no issues or problems and have always been satisfied with the work done.

I called for a last minute car inspection. I called other places in the area that weren t closing for an hour or two. They answered and said they were open til 5 and would do the inspection if I came in time. The inspection was quick. They were kind and staff was great .

I got my inspection done here and the gentlemen were very nice. The guy who did the inspection also replaced my headlights, and was very efficient. I felt the cost was very fair too. Will definitely go back!

Amazing customer service and very affordable. My car did not pass inspection due to a major safety issue. Fred was able to fix the issue that same day. I can t thank him enough for fitting me in. I've gone there for years to get my inspection sticker, but hadn't ever tried them for repairs. This time I needed brake work done and I took a chance, they were great! They got me in quickly and got it done for me in one day, very reasonably priced. I am very happy with them and will use them from now on.

Fred the owner is a very Pleasant and knowledgeable about cars. He was very professional to me and most of all he didn't ripe me off. I would RECOMMEND BERLIN AUTO to anyone who asked me. So Ladies WE don't have to worry about getting Talked down to or getting the run around. Plus he is AFFORDABLE..

My go to gas station and mechanic. Fred is honest and reasonable and I have been a customer since he opened. As a NJ expat I also love that I don't pump my own gas.

Went in for a oil change was told front breaks were smoked he's was willing to do the job last minute been using Fred for 5 years now I live in Lunenburg its worth the drive to use a great mechanic

Always friendly service from our local garage. Our family brings all of our cars here for inspection and full serve gas is a nice perk in the winter.

Was scammed 20$. I gave them cash before pumping. I have a 20 gal tank. At 2.20 a gallon i should have 9 gal of gas. So almost half tank. So how was I still on empty. Attendent said my new truck gas gauge most be broken. Went down road to mobil. Gas gauge working just fine.

There the best gas station around there fuel is at a decent price & they are full survive open I believe either 6 or 7am to 8pm Mon - sat & sun open until 7pm.
