Professional team at Milford Auto Mall. Serge and his team made purchasing my 64 Chrysler a pleasure. All issues addressed as promised. Serge was even able to arrange shipping the car to my home in NY State. Big help. Always replies to my text/call to solve a small repair once I took delivery. Serge stands behind his sales. Will recommend to friends and family.

I was helping my friend Don buy an older car. He was about to give up at the last place he went. I asked him to be patient and to let me do one more search! He agreed and was very glad he did!! I sent him to look at a 2004 Grand Marquis which was less than an hour from the dealer he was at. I told him to ask for Mike and that the car was still available. They went for the test ride together and Mike said the car just arrived. Don has been driving the same year and the same car for 8 years and was looking for the same car so he could use all the upgrades from his old car. The car for sale had only 60k in miles! Don accomplished his goal, not only in price but also in taking care of a few minor tune-ups in the shop. Great Place to Find Unique CARS!

Seriously great group to work with! I purchased a vehicle sight unseen from the other side of the country - through Ebay Motors - and I could not be happier. The vehicle was in great shape and working with Mike was easy. Super responsive and helpful as I navigated payment and shipping. Would happily purchase from them again.

I would not recommend.first of all like I show up pick up a car I bought I asked can i speak to Serge? He told me he s not here i this time I find out later this was him.I bought this car tru EBay and I was communicating with him about condition of this vehicle he informed me this car was in perfect condition after i got home problems started coming out rear window shade didn t work,buttons on center console was sticking like someone spilled coffe,front right wheel was bent and horribly repair,front left headlight was broken inside this part alone cost me $3000. He clear all faulty codes make sure i didn t realize and he successfully did that. Later he was pressuring me about leaving him positive feedback? Think twice buying from him. I pay $35k for this car in end I have to spend another $7k to bring this car to working condition.

When you talk with Serge or Mike , you will think you have known them for years.That was I felt when I met them. Serge will answer any questions that you may have. He will go over every detail of the car before you buy it. They will go the extra few miles.Than you guys. These Guys (Mike and Serge) are fantastic to deal with. They are super honest and up front. Bought a car remotely from them and had it delivered to the other side of the country. No surprises. They went out of their way to facilitate the purchase and arrange transportation and kept me well informed through the process. I have my own customer service business (35 years) and always appreciate people like Serge and Mike who provide you with exceptional service, well beyond your expectations and truly care that you are happy. Serge is a big professional , the champion in this category, the cream of the cream, Currently Serge is selling a Maserati in excellent condition, appraised by him for $42,500For this price, Serge personally serviced the Maserati,and the car is an excellent condition and drives beautifullyAfter inspection to complete the router test, our experienced pilot , Serge ,our champion himself could not exceed the speed of the 30 mphIt s not serge s fault because he didn t shift into 3 gearsOn the Serge web site the Maserati is beautifull but approaching the car , the paint is shabby , the bodywork is rusty in places, not forgetting the brake fluid leaks , But Serge saw nothingIn effect it's my fault for trusting serge, I should have ben wary, he don't want to send me a video with a drive test only if I pay the car For those who are interested in Serge's great dealthe inspector estimated it at 25,000 euros per car and said it would take a lot of money to repair itYou have to be nice to Serge and excuse him, maybe he s on drugsCourage serge we are all with you , One day you may be competent and honest

I bought my 2007 Pontiac Solstice off Ebay from Milford Automall- They are many states away so I bought it sight unseen, hoping it was worth the money and a quality purchase. I contacted a freight carrier to pick it up and deliver it from Mass to Ohio (it was mid January and a horrible snowstorm was due to hit that area). Hum, here was the catch, after I made the purchase I decided to do a Google review search and I got a pit in my stomach... there are a lot of 1 star reviews! This did scare me to death! However, all of my contact with Serge was very positive throughout the entire process, I have waited 2 months to post my review to see if there was anything wrong with this car... well you can probable tell from my 5 star rating that this transaction went great!Moral to the story... the review is only as good as the person posting it... I have no vested interest in leaving a 5 star review except I was sold a good car at a good price, and I appreciate it. Good feedback was left on ebay as well.

UPDATE:I just finished reading your dissertation. I could not leave it without a response. A dirty inside window has nothing to do with exterior wipers. As mentioned he did come home and clean them and then returned. That should have been the end of it. Your claim the car was so dirty your person had to wear a mask is totally outrageous. I consider that statement a complete LIE. The car's interior is as clean as they day he bought it and still has the new car smell. I ride in that car and as an asthmatic I would have a problem if it were as described. I warned him not to go stating you would insist on wipers. Since you inspected it last year with no problem he felt it would be just routine being a 2 year automobile. You did the same to me on September 5, 2017 forcing me to buy wipers or get a failure. You told him never to come back and you can be assured neither one of us will ever return.I've noted my concerns and will consider the incident closed. I wish you well.Mass Car Inspection: Awful Awful AwfulMy husband Bob brought his new two year old car for his annual car inspection. I was concerned he would be forced to buy new windshield wipers... sure enough-- he was rejected due to poor windshield wipers and he refused to buy them. After personal inspection at home and back and forth and back and forth wanting the dealer to show the problem the dealer finally gave in and gave him his inspection sticker. I had the same problem with this dealer many years ago. Unfortunately, I did not fight it even though I knew my wipers were OK.. cost me $35.00 for new wipers. I want to appreciate the service I received from serge, I reached out to him when I seen the car on the website. I didn't have the time to go put my eyes on car. He sent me videos and I felt like it was good enough to purchased. I paid a deposit but I ranned into a situation where purchasing would be on hold .I let serge know my situation and he gave me time and held the car for me after waiting almost 4 months before I was able to pay the car off . I really thank him for that even though he didn't have to wait on on me but he did . I will definitely be purchasing in the future !!

I had my car inspected at this facility and failed because I was told they heard an exhaust leak. I had it checked out by my mechanic and was told there were no signs whatsoever of a leak. When I brought it back after waiting over an hour I was told they heard a leak still and they would be putting it on the lift to see what needed to be done to pass inspection. I had a very bad feeling about it and left and paid for a separate inspection from a different garage. They also inspected it, and found no signs whatsoever of an exhaust leak and my car passed inspection. I feel Milford Auto Mall were trying to talk me into needless repairs, and wanted to warn other consumers of this practice.

Mike and the gang here know their stuff. they are always available when you call, and do their best to help with anything that may be the issue. recently they replaced my belt, tensioner, and alternator. they were timely, and affordable, and Very Accommodating with my situation. I have been here multiple times for both vehicles to have oil, and inspection done, and Mike is always upfront and helpful. Mike and Serge are really good guys. Stopped by to check out a car and instantly decided I wanted to purchase. The car ran smooth and was very clean. Only iffy part was the brakes felt odd but could have been due to the car sitting on the lot. When Mike drove it he decided to put on new brakes all around free of charge, no questions asked. Tail light also had a small crack (wasn't a deal breaker for me) but they also replaced that. Was a very easy, laid back experience. Will definitely recommend people to check them out and I wouldn't hesitate to bring my car their for service. Thanks again guys!

I wanted to express my appreciation for the excellent customer service that I received when I purchased my 2017 Ford Mustang GT. The available selection of vehicles is outstanding and I could have chosen any vehicle from the inventory and been just as satisfied with my selection. The staff was knowledgeable and accommodating and extremely helpful. I can only hope that my family and friends will take my advice and purchase there next vehicle from Milford Auto Sales & service. I being a single mother helped my daughter buy her first car bought a car in October from this place. They really don't tell you anything about the car. After I picked it up I had 30 days to get anything fixed. I had to go back several times to get the second key he promised me if I purchased the car. Then they gave me a free oil change...not sure about the oil change as there was oil all over the engine and oh two new tires. I found out about 31 days after the warranty expired that the drivers heated seat didn't work. he said if I bought a seat he would put it in for free.$200 for a used one but not guaranteed to work.i didn't replace it. It wasn't cold out so I never tested the sunroof, it doesn't shut all the way or move at all. There was a recall on the passenger airbag in February of this year so I brought to a Ford dealership, they fixed it then gave me a list of all the things that were wrong, about $2,000 worth of work. Not sure how it passed inspection because it wasn't safe to drive. My mechanic helped me out and fixed everything and charged me half the price. Please do not buy or get your car fixed from this place it's a total rip off and they are not honest.

I have been bringing my car here for oil changes for over a year, the owners are so nice, and their main concern is making sure they have happy customers. That is the main reason I bought a truck for my husband from them a couple of months ago. They could not be more accommodating or helpful. There were a few things that needed to be fixed, they went through the whole truck and made the necessary repairs before I drove away with it. I have not had any issues with the truck since I drove it off the lot.

I really would recommend this shop i was having a issue on my 1979 Porsche 911 and I really love my car so much but after it set for 9 months I developed a oil leak I was worried I needed a engine rebuild but after they inspected it and looked it over it turned out to only needing a gasket very reliable and honest work my cars back on the road for less then $500 bucksService: Auto engine diagnostic

Purchased a car from this dealer on eBay. Description stated car was fully restored, had a new convertible top, new seats, new wiring, jack and tool kit. None of this was true. Car didn t even run properly. Good thing i had it towed. Finally after a few months they sent me the title. Very shady dealer. I wish i saw the reviews before i bought from this scammer. After some research i noticed that they have 2 accounts on eBay because their primary account is full of bad reviews of vehicles not as described. I would stay far away from dealers like this. This dealership is a prime example of why used car dealers have such a bad reputation because they are shady and they lied about the cars condition.

I recently purchased a 2011 BMW. Mike is all about customer service and was extremely accommodating from start to finish making the car buying process a great experience. The car needed brakes and other minor repairs which was all taken care of without question before I took possession of the car. I would highly recommend anyone to do business with this dealership. From the test drive and negotiations to vehicle pick up, Mike was the best and I love my car!
