My dad was sold a White 2016 Jeep Compass for 15k or so. As time we have found that this Jeep was left by a beach for quite sometime(About a year or 2.) Parts are rusting off, the trunk was so corroded permanently locked it s self shut, it had no sway bar like what, one wheel wasn t straight, the battery was so corroded it just stopped working, and there s an exhaust leak and water damage all over the engine. That s most of it, yes theres more. On the outside it looked like a nice car on the outside but crumbling on the inside. After discovering all this my friend who s very into car said it was probably worth about 8k.So if you want to buy from Metro West, get it inspected by a trusted mechanic or a dealership.Updated - added pictures with a little water damage, will probably add some more

please stay away from this business! Owner sold me a jeep for almost 18,000, Paid cash and not even 2 years later the engine blew. JEEP dealer says problem was going on for a very long time meaning jeep was sold like that. Owner wants me to pay more money to fix it and says he shouldn t be held responsible. Do your research and STAY AWAY. I am out of 18,000.00 and no car.

My husband and I bought a truck from metro west...the process was quick and easy not painful like at other dealerships. Vanessa was very responsive in answering my emails and updating me with everything. They worked hard to get the truck registered on Dec 31st and Chris even stood later than closing time so we could pick up the truck and explaining all the details of the truck he wasn't in a rush like most dealers would be. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to family and friends.

The overall shopping and buying experience here was very good. No pressure or hassles whatsoever. They emailed me well after store closing hours to ensure a smooth process. 5/5Just make sure you check the fuel tank and get your own pre-purchase inspection beforehand. My Ford F150 needs new front brakes after 3000 miles. I also assumed the less than 1/4 tank of gas would have been topped-off upon my pickup unfortunately it was not. I ll likely buy from them again, but my fault and will do my due diligence next time.

It will be four years this fall since I purchased my car from Metro West Auto and I am still very pleased with my car. The purchasing process was a breeze, I purchased it and picked it up in the same weekend. Chris Stevens is such a pleasure to work with, it doesn t get much better than him when it comes to all things cars. His education and experience in the auto industry shines, and he is a very polite and professional individual to work with. All of the staff here are wonderful, and have all helped make stressful aspects of dealing with cars a lot easier to bare.

I normally don t leave reviews, but the staff here were so friendly and helpful, and they made buying a car so effortless and smooth, I ll definitely be coming back again next time!!I bough a 2008 Lexus earlier this month and it is in excellent condition and drives so smooth! I came in not sure of exactly what my wife and I needed for our car and the staff was able to guide us and help us find the perfect car for our needs and lifestyle!We couldn t be anymore pleased with our purchase! And it s always a bonus when you can trust the stuff to genuinely help you and make sure you leave satisfied with your purchase.If you are looking for a great quality car and caring staff, this is the place for you!

Where to start? Excellent buying experience for my son who bought his first used car here. Vanessa and Chris were wonderful every step of the way. We got quite frustrated with our bank, which had so many restrictions for appointments due to COVID, but Metro West was so patient and supportive. I will definitely be returning when we need new (used) vehicles. THANK YOU!

As a long-time and very satisfied service Customer at Crank It Over, when Chris took over Metro West Auto Sales I knew it would be a place to check the next time I needed a car. They did not disappoint! I recently purchased an older, low mileage GMC Sonoma for a very fair price that they had taken in, did some body and mechanical work, and put up for sale. I love this little truck, it's just what I wanted for odd errands around town. I was impressed that there were no extra "dealer fees" for paperwork or getting the truck registered for me.Shortly after I picked it up, the check engine light came on, and I noticed there was water collecting in the cab by the passenger seat. Chris and his team diligently tracked down the engine light problem, which was fixed with a new fuel pump, and found a clogged drain that was causing the water issue. Where they really went above and beyond my expectations was removing the interior to make sure the flooring and insulation was fully dried out so there won't be any mold issues down the road.Thank you Chris and Vanessa, and the entire team, for making this car buying experience painless, and for standing by your vehicles!

From the first phone call to the final sale, Chris Stevens was such a gentleman, and he really knew his cars. Working with him was more like seeing your doctor or banker, he was just that courteous with no pushiness whatsoever. We just bought a Buick Encore Premium, 2016, at a fair price - I had done my research. He knew the car inside and out and demonstrated all the features. On the pick up day, he connected my daughter's phone to the car and set up those high tech features. I would go back to him for another vehicle, whether used or new. It was a so worth it for us to drive an hour to him.

Just purchased a low mileage used car from Chris. The process was painless and extremely efficient. Although its only been a few days we are very happy with the car so far and the buying experience. I would definitely recommend Metro West if you are in the market for a late model, used car.

Buying a used car is not for the faint of heart. Luckily Metro West Auto and Peter, my salesperson, made it a pleasant experience. I appreciated the low-key style, the ease of test driving (more than once!) and the professional manner of not only Peter but Chris, the owner, and Malcom another salesperson.This did not feel like a "turn and burn" used car lot. They really seem to care about service and integrity. It has the feel of a quality business one that I definitely would recommend.

Upon looking for a new car for myself with low miles, I found that many of the larger dealerships made you jump through hoops just to test drive a car, and then they would contact me every which way afterwards... all in all, not the experience I was hoping for.Then I stumbled upon a nice Ford Escape with low miles for a good price at Metro West Auto and was blown away with the ease of test driving some cars on their lot and how personable the staff there were, especially Peter. He was able to explain everything I had a question about regarding the vehicles on the lot, and kept good communication with me during the paperwork process. Any minor things I found wrong with the car I wanted were fixed and they took care of standing in line at the RMV for me as well!If I was buying another car, I d definitely come back here first; top notch service in my opinion.

just bought a new truck from these guys and my experience was great. They all worked really hard to get me approved. Chris, Malcom and Peter are all great guys who really care about their customers and do their best to work for you. I definitely recommend these guys. Honest people who sell excellent vehicles at decent prices.

Worked with Vanessa on a Subaru I was interested in. Didn't end up purchasing the vehicle for unrelated reasons, but felt comfortable throughout the entire experience. No pressure at all. Would recommend and may return in the future!

Found this dealer by chance and I'm glad I did, these guys went above and beyond delivering a great and professional experience in a world lacking good customer service. They are not your typical pushy car salesman, you can tell they are very experienced and it shows on the kind of cars they have in their lot. Very happy with my purchase, will definitely do business with them again.

Hands down the easiest most laid back car buying experience I have ever had. There were no games and no "let me talk to the sales manager" shenanigans. I would not hesitate to use them again versus going to a big dealership.

During my last car shopping trip, I worked with Chris at Metrowest in bellingham where I found the vehicle I was looking for at a great price. Even though the pandemic was going on, and I had to travel an hour there and back, I still recieved great customer service, a safe, accommodating and pleasant shopping experience and I love my car!
