Brought my 1994 Ford F350 with a 7.3 idi to Scott and his team for a fuel delivery issue and a transmission replacement on recommendation. They did a fantastic job!! I wouldn't bring my diesel engines anywhere else.They even installed a fuel transfer tank for me as that is not in their job description. The team went above and beyond, in my opinion.For anything diesel, I'd recommend MassDiesel as the #1 repair facility.Rich NoceraHope Valley, RI

Great company!!! We use them for the repairs of all our vehicles. They are very reasonable with timing, very efficient, prices are good and great customer service. Everyone is really nice. Been working with them for years now. Thank you :)

I had a great experience at this shop. I'm not one to bring my own vehicles to any mechanic due to many being untrustworthy and the lack of care for the vehicle. I had the dreaded grid heater bolt problem on my 2016 2500 6.7 Cummins and thought my engine was toast. Both John and Scott were very easy to talk to when setting up an appointment. I voiced my concerns with them and had multiple aftermarket parts that I wanted to add while they tore the engine apart. When Jake pulled the head off to view the damage from the loose bolt, there was miraculously no damage. They had me come over and take look for my self. Jake was very transparent with the entire rebuild process and did a fantastic job in keeping everything neat and organized. We hit a few hiccups with some of the aftermarket parts but the guys worked through them and had the truck running smooth. Its been about a year with all of the work done and the truck is running stronger than ever. I would defiantly recommend these guys if you need any work done to your diesel

Had Mass Diesel do a Southbend OFEC clutch for my 2013 Ram 6.7 Besides one hiccup that was on Southbend it was a Super smooth and easy process. Will be using again in the future for any major repairs. Thanks again. Pictures are of old clutch with 60k miles on it bought the truck with 42k miles on it. Can never tell how the previous owner treated your vehicle until you see things like this.

If there was an option to give a negative star rating I would. Last summer I had them do my oil pan on my 7.3 and that was a nightmare took them almost 2Months. I had my truck brought there to be looked at for an oil leak thinking maybe it was my oil pan again I set up the appointment for Tuesday 8-15-23 I had it towed up there on 8-14-23 during business hours. On Thursday 8-17-23 I call for an update because I haven t heard anything they tell me that my truck hasn t even been looked at yet and If they get time they will look at it that day. I said ok no problem I get it few hours later I get a call couple o rings and gaskets are leaking I ask for them to put together a quote and email it to me. On 8-17-23 at about 3:30/4pm I approve the repairs to be done and I m told they will have it done by 8-25-23 the latest. On 8-30-23 I call to be told the techs are at lunch rich in the office will check with them and call me back with an update I call on 9-1-23 because I hadn t heard anything from rich and he tells me he dropped the ball and will have the parts ordered. I ask for Scott to call me so I can talk to him which he never did I call back and check with them on the status a few more times over the next week today on 9-11-23 I get a phone call my truck is done they will send a bill via email for me to look at 3:30pm I finally get a bill sent to me with an extra 227 dollars tacked on for a break line that blew wile they were test driving it. I call back to ask about it because that was the first I heard about it blowing a break line and I m getting the run around I ask to speak to Scott and told he s not available when I have been trying to get a call from him for over 2 weeks he still has not been bothered to call me every time I ask for him he s not available. Mean wile every day they give me the run around and have my truck I loose more money I am a Mobil mechanic that was being lazy and didn t want to work on my own truck. Do not recommend them at all! Worst experience I have ever had.

I took my truck, LBZ Duramax, there for an injector issue. I had installed new injectors and needed help figuring out why 2 we're out of balance with the others. The day of my appointment I was told they did a graduated cylinder test and the 2 injectors were bad. I provided the information to return the injectors as they were under warranty. The injector shop tested them and they were not bad. Since they were not bad, I had to pay for the test. When I called to check on my truck at Mass Performance Diesel, I was told they had not heard from the injector shop. I called the injector shop and was provided details from the conversation. The injector shop had tried to help and asked what pressure they tested the injectors at. The response was "we didn't.". When I pointed out the 'miscommunication' about hearing from the injector shop, "I meant we haven't received them back.". That is very different from not hearing from them and not forthcoming enough to acknowledge the test results. When I picked up my truck I told them I shouldn't have to pay for their mistake which resulted in me paying the injector shop for testing good injectors. The person I spoke with got angry and said they would remove the charge but told me not to come back. Shortly after leaving, check engine light for low rail pressure.

Very up front and honest with what needed to be done on my truck. Very clear and great communication skills when it comes to what needs to be done. Felt like I was taken care of as if I were family. Will definitely be back in the future with my other vehicles.

Had my LML worked on at mass diesel. They did a great job, even stayed late on a Friday to make sure I had my truck for the weekend. They also walked me through everything once the truck was done which was very helpful. I would recommend them to anyone with a diesel truck.

I Should have left a review sooner I thought I did but guess not. I Highly recommend mass diesel performance. I had exhaust work done on my f350 superduty back in March 2021. Scott took care of my truck. I was super pleased with the turn around time and the customer service. Happy to report haven t had a single issue with the exhaust and it still looks and sounds great! Thanks

Scott and his guys diagnosed my Allison trans for me after I had issues and made sure everything went well and kept me in the loop the entire time. Scott personally called me before he even had the truck to try to help me fix the issue myself but it ended up needing to go in to his shop. He handled everything professionally and explained all my options thoroughly with price points and longevity. He went out of his way to fully warranty my batteries even though I didn t buy them through his shop which was an issue on top of my first issue. Normally dropping my truck off to a shop is stressful and I worry the entire time about what kind of work and the quality however I felt completely confident while it was here the entire time. I will be going here from now on for any work on my truck and recommend him and his shop to anyone looking for work to be done.

You can't go wrong choosing Massdiesel Performance! I'm extremely picky regarding who I allow to work on my Cummins-powered 2012 RAM 2500 4x4. Scott and his staff are very professional and extremely knowledgeable about all things diesel! No matter what kind of trouble you are experiencing, I'm confident this shop can resolve it. Whether you drive a diesel-powered car or heavy truck, these folks have the skills, the tools, and the experience required to diagnose the trouble correctly and get it resolved quickly and economically. From maintenance to performance, they have you covered. If you happen to experience unforseen issues after a repair, Scott is extremely fair: he will work with you until the issue is resolved. I have been a completely satisfied repeat customer for more than four years. I give Massdiesel Performance my highest recommendation!

Place is awesome, great and honest staff. From the minute they pick up the phone too check out you feel like family. Scott is great, answers all emails fast. Will definitely be back, and send customers thier way. Its great that you can still find honest and nice shops.

Didn't find out until into my cross country trip that almost nothing I paid for was actually accomplished, too late for me to go back while on my move to the west coast with all our belongings in tow.I had to pay again for the exact same issues I paid Massdiesel for to be fixed by others while on my trip.If you use this place double check the work and your bill!!! I blindly trusted them and got taken for thousands of $.

Outstanding Results from a High Quality Shop. The team at Mass Diesel have done quite a few projects on my 2001 Dodge Cummins. All we re in depth projects and very technical; and all we re done flawlessly with exceptional results. Consistency is perfection; and Scott strives to achieve this on every job. Through the past 8+ years, they have practically rebuilt my truck, from engine work, to transmission, rear ended, brakes, front end/steering; will pick it up soon after the latest refit. Mass Diesel is our trusted partner when it comes to working on my Dodge.

My Son Brought his truck in to get fixed and three months later he now has to replace the engine. I have never heard of such unprofessionalism and no warranty of their work. And they charged him just over 11k. Completely ridiculous.

Took my 97 Ford f-350 for a number of repairs. Rear brake replacement which consisted of brand new drums. They installed some used parts as identified by the next mechanic who worked on the truck. They were supposed to change the wheel bearings on the truck as well. Scott did charge me for them but as I later found it he never changed a thing. Very dishonest shop. You would think when servicing your heavy duty pickup truck they would provide their customers with professional service, instead they lie and still charge for services. I strongly encourage everyone to stay away from this shop!

I'm from out of town. Engine light on in my diesel. 1200 later I pick up on Saturday they are closed. Not 20 miles down the road back on and went into limp mode. DONT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!!! The service displays says bad DEF fluid well guess what they worked on??? Maybe if they test drove it after work preformed they would have know they didnt do it right. But they took my money and sent me on my way. Not a care in the world

Had my 01 Duramax lb7 towed here with the tranny leaking fluid. Another guy had tried to remove up to the tranny and messed it all up, mass diesel gave me an extremely reasonable estimate and even looked at it the next day after it being towed. Great place, honest guys.

I've been going to Mass Diesel since they moved here 10+ years ago. As the owner of two diesel trucks, Scott and his team have taken great care of my vehicles. I wouldn't go anyplace else. Seriously.

Just had my 2003 Dodge Ram 5.9 Cummins done by them couldn't be happier, Truck came out better then I could have imagined.
