Daughter had some work done on her Toyota Rav4. Front-end work. looked good went back 5 months later some plastic fastener came loose. Fixed with no cost, no fuss. Happy my young person had good experience working with them.

I just moved back from Florida and I need to get my Nissan Titan xd fixed so I looked around and I found this spot. The people that own the place are very polite people, I would call to check on the vehicle and the employees where nice. The body work was excellent the truck look like the day i bought it off the lot, if your thinking of a body shop go with these guys best around hands downService: Body & Trim

Six Month Review:I purchased a rebuilt F-150 from Lake Street Auto and owners are very honest and reliable to their warranty. The vehicle was flawless except for a minor electric glitch in the tailgate and the husband and wife owners were very accommodating to my repair request. When they could not find the cause for the issue, they sent me to a dealer and if was fixed immediately with no cost to me. After six months with the vehicle, very pleased with the purchase and the workmanship. I would highly recommend this business.Service: Body & Trim

Karen is an amazing woman, she walked me through everything today and was very kind ,friendly, sympathetic and understanding with my whole situation a d I would most definitely recommend them to anyone who needs their car repaired. This is a family owned business not some retail chain store where you are just a number on a piece of paper, the use your name and make you feel welcomed and you know you and your car are in good hands and will be well taken care of. Best vehicle experience ever!I have bought all of my trucks from here amd have had them there for body work on multiple occasions. The quality of work is unmatched.The body work they have done has been quick, and absolutely perfect. Like nothing ever happened.Scott and Karen are extremely friendly and easy to work with. I will never go anywhere else but Lake Street Auto.

I bought a beautiful 2019 Salvage/Restored truck from Lake Street Sales. I got a good price for a great truck.I did have a related problem, but they stood behind their guarantee.I am VERY satisfied with Lake Street Auto Body and Sales.Good people.

So very pleased with the service and attention to detail that I got from the team here. They know what they are talking about, worked well with my insurance company, made the fixes faster than expected, and worked with me on finances. Not only that, they were wonderful to talk with - such a friendly team! I will definitely go again for future needs!

I have had work done here twice, and was very pleased both times. Most recently, I had the front bumper of my 2006 Malibu replaced as well as some other dings and spots fixed and painted. When I picked the car up, it looked brand new. They even cleaned the inside! Scott and Karen were great to deal with, and the price was very reasonable. I've found my new body shop for life!

Got in an accident a month after getting a brand new car and it was completely smashed up in the front. Lake Street auto was where it was towed and after talking to them and hearing how they 100% guarantee their work for the life of the car I felt comfortable having them do the repairs. A couple weeks later I was able to pick up my car and was so happy with how it looked. You honestly couldn't tell anything had happened and it looked good as new! Even when I found a few issues later on that weren't easily noticeable they got the car right back in and took care of everything with no hassle at all. There is no evidence of it being in an accident at all - inside or out of the car!They did a really great job and were so kind and responsive throughout the entire process. I highly recommend them and would use them again in a heart beat!!

Wow I really can t say enough good things about this company l! This is the only mechanic I ll ever go to in my life ! They treat you like family the minute you walk into the door and go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed! I m a young girl in my 20s a lot of mechanics would deffiently take advantage of that but they don t ! Scott and his wife are the nicest most honest people I have ever come across!Thank you guys for being so kind and helpful !-Denise

Bang up job!Got into a hit and run accident 6 months ago damaged my drivers side fender bumper, and both fog light and headlight on the drivers side brought it to lake st because we've never had an issue with this place. Paid 200 or 300 for the deductible when it was supposed to be 500. Got my car back and got in it turned in on and the screen on the inside didn't work, just a black screen, went back in to tell them (and they acted like they didn't notice it before?) he told me to come back in the morning when his electronic person was there. I went the next morning he just played around with the radio (just about the same thing I did) and then sent me to the dealership to get it fixed. They covered the dealership fees however I ended up having to go back to the dealership again for the same issue. As I look more into the repair itself I notice that my bumper doesn't look like it fits right, it looked like they had to shave it down for it to fit and it just didn't look right. Looking at it closer I see little paint bubbles starting to chip under and around my fog lights, brought it back (AGAIN) and he told me to call my insurance company... didn't try to help me or anything just sent me to the insurance company. So I call my insurance company, they send out an agent to look at the car and they ended up telling me that he used lowergrade parts than what the insurance company told them to use????? So that day they ordered an original bumper and I ended up canceling the order the next day because I didn't trust they could fix it correctly the second time. I haven't gotten the bumper fixed yet and the paint continues to chip and just the other day paint chipped off on the middle of the bumper when I was power washing it (paint shouldn't come off with water?) To add to this horror story, the fog light they fixed stopped working as well. I will never go back here and I will never let anyone I know go here. Such a joke!!

Ive been involved in 2 accidents, not my fault for both and each time the body work was flawless and perfect, they handled everything, secured my rental and all I did was sign my name..hopefully i wont have to go again but if i do they are the bestService: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Buying a used car, this guy promises a lot of repairs but on the contract writes down the bare minimum. That way he can talk and not deliver.He asked me for a huge deposit on a car I wanted to buy. One day later, I decided the car had too many needed repairs. He refused to give me any of my deposit back.Get everything in writing.
