I couldnt speak more highly of the service here. Called on Monday, Alex was incredibly professional and helpful, brought my fianc�s car in on Tuesday and it was ready Wednesday. Fast and honest service with a great crew at J & P Auto. 5 stars. Absolutely recommend.

100% recommend! This is your perfect shop! I needed my van to be looked at last minute before a road trip, called the shop and Alex got me in first thing next day! 5 minutes and my van was perfect and ready to go! Scotty and Alex both have awesomely knowledgable and are extremely helpful!!! Will definitely be back! Thank you Alex and thank you Scotty!

Terrible. Brought my trailer for a DOT inspection and once he failed me They said that they could make it pass with a couple of adjustments so I said sure go for it. I then asked for them to change my oil for the truck which they said they could and they did do that. But they broke the pipe that has the dip stick installed.They broke it and didn t tell me. They thought by zip tying the pipe it would hold.. well long story short my truck oozed out all the oil that I had paid for. Don t go here!Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

These guys know their stuff!I have a Ford F350 truck and I don t trust it with just anyone. As I ve found out, it takes a special mechanic to work on a beast like this!That being said, I popped in on a Friday and needed help quickly. My oil pan bolt was stuck and my whole pan needed to be replaced and I was leaving town on Monday!These guys jumped right into action and got me right in, ordered the part and fixed the problem without any issues, all by the end of the day!The cost in the end was exactly what they estimated.So if you have a truck that you love, don t hesitate to take it to these guys, they ll take good care of you.I highly recommend :)Service: Oil change

I've been taking my car here for the last few years for the inspection sticker. I usually don't wait until the last day of the month but due to medical issues.I showed up on the 31st and thought for sure it was going to fail since one of the headlights was out, went to auto parts store before heading to J&P. They installed the bulb for me and my car passed inspection. They are the nicest people! By the way, they did not charge me for switching the bulb. Thank you again for your awesome service. Let me just start off by saying this is a slightly long story. Basically I bought a car on Monday 6/19/2023 from a dealer in Attleboro MA. I was promised a 30 day warranty to bring the car back after having a mechanic look at it no questions asked (on top of the extended 90 day warranty I got on the engine, transmission and hybrid battery). I had my mechanic check it out - -COMPLETE JUNK. He told me to take it back to the dealer for a refund. Well, surprise-surprise, the dealer completely denied that he told me that I had a 30 day warranty (trying to take advantage of what he thought was a simple girl but boy was he wrong). So I did my research on what I needed to do as it completely violated the Safety Inspection Lemon Law however, the steps taken to get it to fit within those means has to be done within 7 days of purchase! It was already Wednesday at this point. I called J & P and told them about my unique situation. Alex was AMAZING! He told me to bring the car right down and that he would look through it for both inspection and repair costs. He was incredibly thoughtful to the situation, immensely thorough in his inspection of the car and detailed in his write up. With his write up and his digital inspection that contained photo evidence of issues, the dealer could not argue with me about giving me a full refund on the vehicle. I completely credit Alex and J &P with helping me with the rightful return of my nearly $7000. I would truly recommend this company, and Alex especially, to anyone in need of any auto or truck inspection, repair or service. The kindness and willingness to help a complete stranger and perform the services COMPLIAMENTARY, is something I have never encountered before. I wanted to share this to everyone that I received an A+ service from this shop. They were honest and upfront with me and keeping abreast about the status of my truck.. And after I got my truck back, few days later I received a text from the owner asking how my truck is running. For me, that is customer service deluxe! I am definitely going back. In addition, as of 12/17/21, I went back to J&P repair and service for maintenance and some minor repairs that was not repaired before. The difference between before and now is undeniable! You guys are the most caring and friendly mechanics i have dealt with for quite sometime. You understand your customer needs and you provide them with the best service anyone could hope for. J & P Auto is a great place to bring your car for repairs. Since we moved to Bellingham we have been bringing our cars there for tires, oil changes, etc... . The best thing I like about this place is you make an appointment and your car is taken at that time. Then the work is done while you wait. Also their labor fee is very reasonable and the people who work there are friendly and professional!

Prior to J&P auto repair I toked my car to diferente places that I felt they just toked my money not resolving the problems ,now with J&P they were on point on the things that need it to be fixed , very reasonable professional friendly and fair prices , the time my car need it to be fixed they even borrowed me a car and that was a big A plus . I always go here to have my RV inspected,they are very thorough and make sure everything is in working order. I appreciate that because I don't have time to fix things when we are out on the road.

Alex, Scott and Nick are very knowledgeable great guys. Very professional and they do quality work at a fair price. Hard to find places like this nowadays who do such good work and keep you in the loop with repairs. Was traveling out of state, I m from NY. My wheel bearing went bad on a holiday weekend. They had it fixed by Wednesday no issues and at a competitive price. Good place for business. These guys were able to get me in for an oil change and inspection on super short notice. Saw that my brakes were extremely low and let me know, didn't try to upsell but I asked if they'd be able to take care of them at the same time and they were able to get all three done in one sitting. They let me use their wifi so I was able to work on my laptop while they worked on my car. Waiting area is just a table in the shop but everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Great friendly service. Had a home repair that I got in over my head and they helped me out for a fair price. Edit: 6 years after leaving my previous review J&P still pull through as a good value for auto repair. Went today for an inspection sticker and Alex was super friendly. He showed me a light bulb that was out and offered to replace it as well. He was so quick and everything was smooth.I'll definitely be coming back for all my future vehicle needs!

Came for an inspection sticker. They told me I needed something else done first, which they did and I paid for. As far as I know everything was done right and I left with a sticker.They don't have a waiting room area so the receptionist offered to drive me somewhere close by and pick me back up when they were all done. That was nice. There was a puppy, which made my day! Every shop should have a puppy if you ask me.Four stars just because they lack accomodations for customers who have to hang out for a while. If they got a simple lobby, (a basic couch, and maybe idk, a wall separating me from being inside the work area?) then I would probably come back.
