If you want them to find something wrong with your car when it's being inspected even if there is nothing wrong then this is your place. They said I needed new tires with only 12000 miles on them. I only gave them an extra star because it was open on Saturday.If anyone is looking, Erdmans moved to uxbridge, it's worth the drive (30 minutes)

He did not fix the car as promised and he overcharged me. The owner of this shop is very rude. I won t recommend this shop to anyone. He promised a price and charged double the promised price. The car was malfunctioning after he fixed it. Be careful, he promises you a price and charges you way more than he promised you. I would rate him with zero star but the this rating system force you to select at least one star

Came here with my dad after I brought my Jeep Liberty to a shop closer to me for a second opinion and will definitely be back, not only did they clear it from needing a head gasket like the first shop had said, I had my check engine light on for longer than I d like to admit for an evap leak and o2 sensor and it was completed within a day. I would also like to thank Thad for listening to me and letting me show him what was going on with my Jeep as the first place I went to didn t even want to hear it. Thank you for the great service and a happy customer! My Jeep is running much better now

One of the few garages actually open on Saturday. I have been here for everything from inspection stickers and brake work and never had an issue. They are always upfront with what work needs to be done and charge very fair prices. They also do repairs in a very timely manner amd always provide communication on updates or times.

If i could give this place 0 stars i would. so unprofessional and rude. overcharged me for a service and then not even 30 mins later my car stops working after they said it was fixed. won t be returning and neither should you.

Typical, trying to make a sale off a perfectly fine car. If you look like a vulnerable and young female, do not stop here.I brought my car in twice. They advised I needed some tune up when I came for an inspection, said he wouldn t even put it in the machine because it ll fail. Ok, great I ll get it fixed and come back, maybe make an appointment here to get it fixed. Ok drop it off tomorrow and we can help . I got sick and decided against bringing it back. After I was no longer contagious, I made an appointment with my usual shop. Got the car fixed no problem. Bring the car back for inspection and it fails? For the same issue he told me about weeks prior that I already brought to get fixed? In fact, I was there from my shop. Advised to bring it back to the shop I got it fixed it, to which I did.Shop manager said not sure what these guys mean? He drove it around, and added extra flex seal to my car. I brought it to a different inspection place and it passed perfectly fine.Do not come here, they will try to take advantage of any customer they deem possible. Disappointment followed by the realization this place is manipulative and made me incredibly uncomfortable, cool.

I have been a customer of Executive Auto for 6 years and I ve yet to have a better experience anywhere else. I ve brought multiple vehicles here for various services including a full auto body repair for my Chevy Cruze that was totaled. Chad and his team pretty much rebuilt all the safety mechanisms of that car as well as some body work. I also had some damage to my Kia Optima that was well-repaired to the best of their ability and 3 years later still in great shape. I ve come for inspections, oil changes, tires, etc and my boyfriend has even sold a car to him. I have used other auto shops as I ve moved around pretty frequently none of them have ever compared to the level of care and service shown to me each time at Executive. I ve traveled from out of state (NJ & NYC) just to bring my car to Chad s. Today I traveled from Worcester to get my brakes done as well as a tire rotation. Thad was friendly and excellent with communicating the services, estimating the cost, as well as the time it d take to complete the work. My experience with Executive Auto have been excellent and memorable. Chad cares about the work he and his team do, he hires quality people, and they have always been considerate, communicative, and transparent about what services they can provide, what to expect, and what their capabilities are. As a happy, returning customer, I will always recommend this shop to everyone.

Came in for a walk-in inspection this morning. Was in and out in 15min. Staff was friendly and helpful. My wife had the exact same experience when she went in last week. Had two completely different experiences this week when I tried to go to two other shops for my inspection, where they were both less-than-friendly and told me to come back another time despite a scheduled inspection. Definitely recommend these guys.

Very friendly staff and competitive prices. Great work by Thad, Pete and team. They service all makes and models. They do the yearly vehicle inspection and stickers. Highly recommend this place.

This place is fantastic. I think many people underestimate the value of knowing a "real" mechanic with significant practical knowledge and experience. Those quick oil change shops and national chain stores are NOT the same, and they are not a substitute for a true expert. The people at Executive really know their stuff, and I could not imagine going anywhere else. They are trustworthy, hard-working, and do an excellent job. I'm so lucky to have found them.

Great place! After so many problems with the dealership registering my new jeep the owner/inspection guy allowed me to come back 3 times with no extra cost to my first payment to inspect my jeep. After we finally got it really registered he had to fail my car with great intentions. He showed me why he had to fail me (tires where bad! Can you imagine a place selling you a $17k jeep with bad tires?!) so he told me he would do the inspection anytime after the dealership replaces to tires. So much patience from the entire staff. The front girl was so good with my 1 1/2 year old son. Staffs friendly as well. Will come back for every problem my jeep has. You guys are the best!

I've worked with Executive for all 3 of my cars for the past couple of years for inspections and some repairs. They've always got me in right away, were honest about any work needed, took care of any needed repairs at very reasonable prices and the work performed was great. Executive Auto is awesome! The guys are knowledgeable, ethical and considerate. I always feel like I'm getting the best repairs for the money, and my car is always fixed properly. They take the time to answer any questions and ensure I understand the repairs needed. Excellent customer service!

I'll tell you this, they ARE amazing! And no, no incentive to write a 5 start review. My only incentive was that I felt they deserve it! The staff (Chad and the Crew) is super friendly, is patient with my lack of car knowledge and explains everything clearly.They break down costs HONESTLY. they won't proceed with any repairs without your consent first, and they are thorough and good at communicating!I am so grateful a colleague recommended me to their shop.(Probably the most honest mechanic I've been to)I would recommend this repair shop to my family, friends and Colleagues.

I went in for an oil change and they found a few things that needed to be fixed. When I explained that I didn't want to spend an arm and a leg because I want to trade the car in in a few months, they were very helpful in finding after-market parts and keeping the price reasonable and were able to get the parts and make the repairs within an hour or so! The office manager, in particular, went out of her way to be friendly and accommodating and because of that, being there an hour and a half seemed like 10 minutes.

Con artists that are not educated in the inspection process.My girlfriend kindly brought my car here to get it inspected earlier today. The car proceeded to fail inspection due to an emergency brake "issue". I ended up having to leave work early to go back and have them re-inspect the car. When I got there I asked them to show me why it failed. They proceeded to put the emergency brake on, put the car in drive, and revved the engine (over 2100 rpm) until the back tires were being dragged in the wet parking lot. The person doing the test said that this is why it failed. I stated that this was incorrect as the test is supposed to be done at 1500rpm. The person doing the test got very defensive and proceed to tell me I was wrong and that my car would fail at any other shop. I left and drove straight from this shop to another garage were my car proceed to pass without issue (picture shown of the passed inspection)It appears that the people running this shop are not educated in the inspection process and are just looking to con people. Chad has been a gentleman each time I have had my vehicles serviced there. Oil changes, inspections, large and small repairs have all been completed quickly and with no surprises. Even when my check engine light was on and no other garage could figure it out, Executive fixed it right the first time. He and his crew are honest and knowledgable. I wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else for service.

Takes advantage of women. Fails inspection for dumb reasons just to make money. Came in on a Saturday and they had no other business so they threatened to fail me if I didn t pay them $98. Guy over explained everything which made it super sketchy. Said it was $98 for the hour of labor but it took him 5-10 min. Scam dont go here for inspection!

I visited for an inspection sticker. The waiting area was clean. There were a couple of customers ahead of me, but once they completed their business I was able to get my inspection done and then was on my way. They accept cash only for inspections, just mentioning because I usually use a credit card. It was an easy process and I will probably return next year.

it's a good place for a oil change but not for repairs or inspections. I had a bad experience. Also sometimes I see very nice cars there but question if they are out there for a illusion of business. I say this because it's allways very quiet in the bay's empty when I'm there but there's cars outside as if it's kinda busy. But very lax when your in there. And they take your car right in. Some repairs shouldn't take days too another red flag then you pick up your car and some of the nice cars are still there and your car next to it. Walk in and very quiet and was thinking what did you do for the past two days.

I have used them many times. Chad the owner has great integrity in my opinion and experience. The work has always been good, and the prices very fairI usually do all my own work. But on occasion, life gets in the way and I do not have time to work on my cars. So I take them to exec auto on those occasions.Quick Story... helping a customer out... Literally the afternoon before July 4th, our minivan we had all loaded and ready to head to up-state NY for the July 4th week with the kids, the front strut coil spring snapped. So at 2:00 pm, on July 3rd, I was confronted with changing a front strut / coil assembly.. .but I still was not done with my day job. Hate to do it, but called a few places near my work to see if they could take the car on short notice given the predicament. Those that had any time slots basically wanted to rape me on the cost... figured that I was in a bind, and they would take advantage of the situation. I called Chad, he said.... wow... bad timing for sure. Bring it in, we will work late. Add to that.. price was excellent.. a price point that even if one can do the work themselves, you say 'may as well let them do it at that price '. So the fact that they took my job in at short notice, worked late on a holiday eve to get me on the road, did not kill me on a price because I was in a time bind... that speaks to the integrity of the owner Chad.So there is my 'real life' unsolicited story. Take the negative reviews with a grain of salt,

So I read the reviews below, and want to comment on those before I tell you about my experience: inspection sticker laws are getting tougher and tougher yes some people will pass you and they are not suppose to, but if they get caught they will lose their right to give inspection stickersTo say the employees are crack heads and drug addicts is a bit much, I met several employees today and they were all very nice and seemed above the influence.Okay so here goes my experience today. I was welcomed as soon as I arrived by the shop owner and another mechanic, I went in for an inspection sticker, they took my right away.Unfortunately, my Subaru failed, the grill was cracked and falling apart and I knew this but o hoped it would work, the owner asked me if I wanted him to give me a new grill, I asked how much and he told me a very reasonable price.He noticed at this time, that I was on beach clothes and had a cooler in the back, he said don t worry we will get you to the beach in no time. I didn t want him to rush so I had my friend pick me up and when she did the other mechanics carried my stuff out of my car and put into my friends car, and even put down a piece of paper so her white leather seats wouldn t get dirty.They let me prepay and they locked my car so it would be safe.I can t thank you enough and my car looks so much newer! Thank you thank you thank you and please give them a chance and decide for yourself!

They are great. The guys even will drive me to the train station in the morning after I drop off my car so I can get to work. I dont know of ANY place where they will taxi you over to the commuter rail when you drop off your car for repairs except maybe a dealer where you will pay 200% more for everything. I have had many repairs and inspections done here and have never had a bad experience. The price is fair and the work is good. The owner even started a body shop nearby and does great work for a really really good price. I could not be happier with them. Im glad they are only a few minutes from where I live.

Came in at 12:15 PM and the guy that does the inspections wasn t there. I told the person at the desk that I would be back by 4:45 PM to get an inspection completed, he said that was fine.I arrive at 4:40 PM by rushing for work trying to be considerate that they close at 5:00 PM, supposedly the Inspection guy had to leave.So I wasted time going back trying to be a good customer and left with nothing and a majorinconvenience, even though I was assured I could get an inspection complete at 4:45 PM today.

Great, friendly shop! I had multiple issues going on with my car and Chad took care of everything, even got me a ride home and back to pick my car up. I appreciate the honest work from this shop, and plan to bring my car back for future oil changes and maintenance.

Executive is great on a Saturday afternoon to get an oil change on the spot...however, this is the second time we had a bad experience getting more than that done. They kept telling us they would call to give us a price and tell us what was wrong with the truck. However, for three days we were the ones having to call only to find out that they hadn't even looked at it. We were worried it was the engine that blew up, so we were really stressed about it and wanted to find out as soon as possible....however, communication was terrible. We ended up wanting to have it towed somewhere else and Chad had his 20ish year old employee handling his dirty work and calling us to tell us we owed money for "labor". My husband went down there to talk to Chad and he was nothing but rude, condenscending...did not even apologize for the terible customer service, and although he did lower the price of the repair, my husband was so upset by his attitude he still decided to have it towed somewhere else. I would not give this place business again. It's very dissapointing because I did like this place prior to this previous 2 visits- same problems each time,

I have had my cars inspected here for years - and repairs made. I've used the auto body shop twice now and it's fantastic. Chad knows how to take care of customers and is always there to make it right! I highly recommend Executive Auto.
