Been a long time customer of crank it over automotive in Bellingham. Actually, my whole family has been going there for the past two decades or so. Never been disappointed in them. They are always true and honest with their service and always looking out for their customers safety on the road. Great group of people. They will diagnose anything wrong with your car to make sure it s up to par and, I have even purchased one of the greatest automobiles of my life from them. It runs great and, I m very happy with it. The guys at crank it over will even help you out where to get an inspection and, making sure your up to date on your oil changes. They even have good connections to high quality auto parts. I would highly recommend crank it over to anyone I know who is looking to get work done on their car cheers!!! And, thanks again guys!!!!!!! YOU ARE THE BEST.

Chris and the team not only brought my Tacoma back to life, but did so for less than half what another shop had quoted for similar work. Turnaround time on my vehicle was impressive and the communication through the process (including photos of the work being done) was by far the best I've ever experienced. Bonus: Free unlimited petting of official shop dog Tully!

I had a great mechanic in my hometown growing up. Now that I live in Bellingham I didn't think I would find someone to meet those standards. These guys at CIO have exceeded my expectations. I've used them twice now and they have gone out of their way to make sure that my vehicle was repaired in a timely fashion. I found them to be honest, reliable and they did great work and kept it within the estimate. I will definitely use them going forward. I highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for a great mechanic. I do close to 30-40k miles annually for my job. I have to have a great mechanic to rely on. Thanks again for the great work!

I found Crank It Over for my automotive needs when Chris first opened the business. I continued to do so for the next 15+ years until I relocated to South Carolina. I recently returned and called for an appointment. Once again Chris, Don and the rest of the crew exceeded my expectations! Congratulations on your upcoming 25th anniversary of being in business!

We have used Crank It Over for our vehicle maintenance needs for over 20 years. They have always been fair and upfront with cost and needs when it come to repairs. They point out areas that might need to be addressed at a future date, but don't force you into costly unnecessary repairs. However if something is a safety issue, they will make a case to have it repaired as soon as possible. This visit we had the oil changed and we were in need of new tires. Chris provided us with several options and also made a recommendation but left the final decision up to us. We also had a wheel bearing replaced that was failing. With the addition of Metrowest Used Auto, many years ago, they have become our choice for replacement vehicles, and repair services.Service: Tires

I went to CIO on a recommendation after the dealership told me some things about my car that didn t add up and there was a noise when I was driving that they couldn t locate. CIO found the problem and fixed it quick and now my car rides like new again! Thanks for being quick, professional, and easy to work with! You ve got a permanent customer now

Great place! Needed new brakes, and Chris and his team did a great job. They communicated what they found and what needed to be done and what the cost would be. There were no surprises! Great team and great work! Highly recommend!

Took my car to Crank It Over for some new tires. Had a great experience. Extremely timely service with various tire brand options provided and honest pricing to help with my decision. Staff was extremely friendly. The owner, Chris, reached out a few days later to ask how my car was running post-service. Brought my car in with a maddening clanking sound coming from the left rear tire. No other mechanic could figure out what it was probably because they didn t take the time to look into it. But Crank It Over was so professional and diligent. They came with me for a brief ride to hear the noise, took the car in to investigate, called me with the findings, fixed it on the spot, and called me again to tell me it was fixed. All in one day. And the next day, they texted to ask how the car was handling. I haven t experienced this level of meticulous care and kindness anywhere else. (The problem was a broken swivel bar link.)

I have lived next to this auto shop for my entire life. Chris, Don and everyone who works there have been so helpful to my family and I through out the years. They have gone above and beyond on many occasions to accommodate our vehicles needs even on very, very short notice. My whole family has their cars serviced here, and there s no other place I d personally trust as much as CIO. I also purchased my current vehicle here last September, and Chris made sure everything met my satisfaction before I drove it off the lot. I love my car and have had no issues with it since. If you re looking for an honest, reliable, and trust worthy mechanic I am certain you will find it here. Crank it Over has been absolutely wonderful and I will continue to have my car serviced here as long as I live in this area. I can t thank Chris enough for all of the hard work and compassion he has demonstrated while taking care of our vehicles.

I have been really impressed with the service I have received from Crank it Over Automotive. I find them to be professional and fair. They do not charge me for repairs I don't need and are also there when I have car issues that need to be resolved quickly. Don has been really helpful and reliable since I began bringing my car to CIO. I recently had a brake issue that the owner Chris took it upon himself to follow-up with and made sure that it was fixed correctly. Would definitely recommend this Automotive Repair Business.

This is the best place for tires and alignments. Top of the line equptiment and technicians. Be careful where you have your car aligned, they can really screw things up. Chris and his team are personable, to the point, and honest about their work. I ve always paid low/reasonable prices for the work they ve done on my car. For repairs, they take a look at what s wrong with your vehicle and fix just those things, never pressuring you to spend more money on services you don t need, and never overcharging you for anything, unlike some other places. That is a breath of fresh air and is the reason I travel several towns over to get my car looked at by them. My whole family uses Crank It Over and swears by them. Good service and fair prices means we ll keep coming back!

If anyone deserves more than five stars, it s CIO. Chris and Don have been taking care of our family s vehicles (including domestic and foreign cars, trucks, minivans, and roadster) for years now. Not only is Crank It Over excellent at preventive and maintenance care, they can diagnose and fix everything our vehicles need quickly and at the best value. And they never ever recommend services or repairs our vehicles don t really need. After over ten years and hundreds of thousands of miles each, our cars still run great! In this day and age, it s truly wonderful to know there are still automotive professionals we can trust completely.

Recently, I had a very scary experience with my car. And after putting a new battery in it something still wasn't right. So I stopped by. And talked with Chris from Crank It Up. HE immediately took my car in and checked it out and verified with me that my alternator was going. I explained to him and his staff that I had a very busy and exciting week ahead as my son was getting married. They scheduled my car for the next morning and had it fixed within hours. My car is running wonderful. I can't say enough about this facility , it is so clean, they are so welcoming. Very professional they follow up with you. This is my new place my car.

I ve been going to Crank it Over Automotive for 14 years now and the only thing bad that I would have to say is that I don t live closer. They have always done a high quality of work and are always very informative about anything going on with the vehicle. They are always very punctual and helpful in every way they can be. I would recommend anyone and everyone I could to them. Chris and his staff are great to work with. You won t be disappointed.

I have been bringing my car to CIO for over ten years. I always feel very comfortable coming here and find Don and Chris very easy to talk to when I have an issue with my car. They never try to push anything on you or perform unnecessary maintenance or repairs. Very honest, kind, and helpful!

Chris and the CIO team are the utmost professionals - I was hearing an odd noise with my brakes, but only in certain, difficult to replicate conditions. Made an appt & Chris kindly took the car out for a spin with me - we couldn't replicate it on the road but he was able to in the shop. He gave me all the information I needed to know to assure me my new, recently purchased car is in great condition & that the noise I am hearing isn't a safety concern. Highly recommend Chris and his team. Have been giving them my business for years.

Installed new suspension components in the front of my Chevy Silverado 1500, General maintenance due to mileage . easy to work with easy to drop off convenient location, always professional . Follow up . I did notice after installation that the AC did not work . just hoping that it's a loose wire or something came dislodged I know there's a lot of wiring around the front shock towers and hoping nothing major . don't know if it's a coincidence or do the installation.. Just need to find a time to bring it back.Service: Steering & suspension repair
