I actually can t believe how great this place is. Chad and his team run the neatest and cleanest garage I ve ever seen. They re caring, HONEST, professional and efficient. They ll go way above and beyond for their customers, cause they re actually just great and caring people. When my alternator died, I UBER ed to work, and while there, figured I d give Caryville a call just to see if they had any availability over the next couple of days. What happened next was amazing. Chad offered to come to my house, drive the car (in danger of dying on the road at any moment) to his shop, and he had it repaired before I even got out of work. Easiest car repair ever. What a guy! They service more than a dozen different brands, and have an off-site location for body work and paint too. After dealing with such a great locally owned business, you ll wonder why you ever went to the dealership. Thanks Caryville Garage!Service: Auto maintenance

Great Bunch of guys, had a Flat tire but tire size on my car is hard to find. But went out of way to help and get us back on the Road. Very pleasant. Would recommend to anyone.

Had some work done here on short notice. They were very accommodating and upfront with everything. All work that was performed was excellent and done exactly as I expected. I have been in the automotive industry for almost 40 years and I will be using this shop in the future!! Thank you Chad!

Extremely clean and neat repair shop with a top notch mechanic! Adam is incredibly knowledgeable in all aspects of repairs and advised me of things to keep an eye on in the future. The waiting room was very modern, and had a good selection of magazines and air conditioning so I was comfortable while waiting for an oil change with my son. It's comforting to know you can trust a good mechanic to help you make informed decisions on repairs.

Amazing service!!! My car has never looked so good. I had to get new brakes and new tires. I also had a tune up oil change and a detail. Everyone I spoke with was so nice and very professional!!! I will never bring my car anywhere else!!! I had a perfect first visit yesterday for an oilchange and will be returning for all of my regularvehicle maintenance moving forward. The staffare extremely courteous and professional, whichis invaluable when trusting your vehicle'sservicing to any local shop and a gem of a find.The facility is also second to none in terms ofequipment quality and cleanliness with plenty ofroom to park.

my gas cap was stuck, and I was late to work, and Chad took my car immediately, pulled out the gas cap, and replaced it with a spare I had at no cost. in and out in <5 minutes. Super nice too. Great Experience

I will only be bringing my car to Caryville. They are always on time, their prices are more than reasonable, and their work & care is unmatched. I have been to other services where they were not only slow for the job, but overpriced. Highly recommend.

Very disappointed, do not bring your vehicle here,cheaper and better service at the dealership, I was way over charged,never received a call when the vehicle was ready,ended up waiting 20 minutes in the waiting room no body around.spilled oil all over the back seat ,cover was never screwed on tight on the gallon of oil i supplied for oil change ,over charged for a cabin filter i that already changed,dirty fingerprints all over hood,couldn't even right the correct next mileage oil change off by 20,000 miles.Adam no longer works there .no reason to go back there.I won't be back .lost a good customer
