NEVER has anything in stock. Plus the workers there like to hang up on customers; and then when you tell them your opinion about the store they like to keep spam calling you and leave an inappropriate voicemail. Go somewhere else this place isn t it. Big African American guy who works/worked there is awesome though.

I had to go in and get new wiper blades for my car. Mine had broken completely and I needed a new one immediately. Robert came over and helped me and answered all my questions, and helped me pick the product I needed. He even asked the other employee to give me a heads up where I could go for a windshield replacement! Wonderful customer service and I absolutely will be back there for any future needs.

*edit: i was able to go to the O'Riley 2 min down the road and they were able to answer all my questions with ease and got me exactly what i needed. I was in/out in 5 minutes. Save yourself some time and just go to O'Riley!!Employee was entirely useless. Had to call a dealership to get my answers even though they said anyone at an auto parts store should be able to help. And then even with showing the employee literal pictures of what i need he STILL couldn't help me. I have learned more about what i need from calling other people right in front of him and he still couldn't help! Meanwhile there is a SECOND employee just standing there watching us like a bunch of zoo animals. Useless.

This location has a great size parking lot. I never have trouble finding a parking spot. The staff are mostly friendly. The store had what I was looking for and was in stock, but I needed more than one of the item I had purchased. If they don't have it in stock the store will order it for you. Just be sure the item they select for order is correct. I didn't receive a text when my order was in as told, but the staff were kind enough to call to notify. Though they did not leave a message I was able to look up the number to determine it was them.

Always clean and well stocked. As a pro I like having real parts guys to deal with, not pot head teens. This place has an awesome staff. They are sometimes buried with customers but not once have I seen them get rude or short with anyone. This is my go to store.

Staff is super friendly, takes the time to help me find the best options for my personal vehicle. The company I work for uses this location for all our truck needs too. They have never let us down.

Great thing is the guys will help you out with just about anything. Even as a woman that knows my way around cars something as simple as getting a steering wheel cover on can be difficult even for the guys. But they will come out and try to help you. Prices are average for auto stores. Never a long wait to check out

Rude on the phone when asked about an item. Since it s a drive, I wanted to know if an item was in stock. I was hung up on once. Called back thinking it was an accident and was told item was universal (oil filter wrenches aren t universal). Explained it wasn t and was told can t help unless I brought it in. Explained size is on the package and was basically told I wasn t going to be helped and was again, hung up on. Nice.

Great, friendly service. What else can you ask for. You are only there because you have a problem with your car. You don't want any more problems.

Great service. They had the part I needed in stock. Suggested I use the online order to store to save me an extra 5 dollars. Also gave me a few ideas on what could cause my check engine light to keep coming on.

I'm here just as much as Walmart it seems. Always clean, well lit..everything pretty easy to find. Sales Clerks friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Very willing to come outside and answer questions you may have about your car. Not sure how it can be better.

today 13th of april 2021, i had a very bad experience with Advance auto parts in belligham ma, on Pulaski Blvd. I bought the brakes fir my Honda Civic, front and back, they told me they had a 3-year warranty, I went back there today because my brakes are no longer useful, I showed the responsible manager, and she told me that the warranty does not cover if the brakes spoil only covers if something breaks, my car is shaking all over because the brakes are really bad, and I paid for the best! I also want to say that the manager of this store very badly, I advise everyone and I will warn my friends never to buy from this store again, they give the guarantee only to sell the bad product at a high price.

To this day... .I've had nothing but good things to say about this Co. 5 star- statement from September 2019...October 2020 !!! Approve the greatness. The only thing that I have a hang-up with now is the fact that they have complications finding orders <RETURNS or EXCHANGES WITHOUT the RECEIPT. I've been in NEED for this 3 times & COULDN'T DO IT. I have a problem retaining my receipt....SO BE PREPARED

I was a loyal AutoZone customer for years. Made the switch two years ago. I'm always offered coupons to buy online for 20-25%off. And the speed perks program saves me additional money. Customer service and returns are easy and hastle free even with no receipt. My only gripe. They can't touch rock autos prices. So in situations where I can wait days for parts I use rock Auto.

The staff here is always eager to help. They will scan your check engine light codes for free. This is my go-to spot for everything automotive, including tools. No Snap-on but they do come with a lifetime warranty too.

Bought a fuel (gas) cap as mine was worn only to find it impossible to remove to pump gas.Three click lock on but bypassed on exit-even full service station had terrible time removing. I believe it a recall issue because they said it should have been correct cap. I received a store credit Had to go to trusty Auto Zone and get Duralast....little things in life that can really put a damper on things.

At this particular store, there's a goodly variety of your usual parts, accessories, tools, etc. as well as the general care products like oil, additives et. al. The staff for the most part are fairly well versed in getting you what you need, but not all, and it depends on who's on at any particular time. The reason I didn't give it a higher rating is that: 1. Many of the products are a bit more expensive than at other auto parts venues (e.g. O'Reilly's comes to mind as superior in this aspect), which makes it less likely I'll try out a new item; and 2. While the staff are fairly good at diagnosing problems, I've been sold the wrong (i.e. unnecessary) part on two occasions. To be fair, the people who work there aren't professional mechanics (they may have good knowledge and/or experience), but their primary task, after all is said and done, is to sell automotive products. I still go there for basic things if I happen to need something right now and it's the closest store, but if I have the choice, there are other stores I go to that are just generally better overall. It's not a bad place, just not the best, so I don't want to come off as badmouthing them unnecessarily, as overall they're o.k.

Unimpressed. Didn t ask if I had a membership/ phone number here in which I do... nothing for Subaru here. The guides to find parts are very out of date. Employee on his cellphone cashing me out. 2/5 just because Autozone is 0/5. Only slightly better.

I went to have my snap thing pull out of my car for Progressive Insurance. I couldn't get it out. The salesmen was great, I explained the situation and he went right out to my car, he wasn't sure we're it was but in a second found it and pulled it out! THANKS ADVANCE!

The staff at the Bellingham location are knowledgeable, helpful and although I have an Advance Auto Parts fewer than 2 miles from me, I've always preferred going out of my way to the Bellingham store. They seem to have a better selection, in relation to stock. They have dedicated, and knowledgeable personnel, who are helpful and willing to give you that extra minute, will listen to what you're actually asking for, hear you, understand, and assist you to obtain the correct items that ultimately will get your project completed. The Bellingham Advance Auto, seems to have a more capable and friendly environment overall, I'm not just comparing Advance Auto Part stores to each other, I'm including all locally sourced new parts. It has been my preferred for locally sourced new parts for a long time, and I won't switch unless they do.
