Repair and off-road are hands down the best recovery team in New England area. Got my truck out of bad situation that multiple other tow companies wouldn t even think about attempting. Their crew was transparent with the entire situation from the cost to how they were going to handle the situation. They were extremely friendly and professional and ultimately got me out! If you re stuck and need out at a fair price call repair and recovery. Thank you to you and your entire team.

Christian is more confident than Competant. Seems like an ok guy until he makes a mistake. He built my NV4500 twice, I spent over $4300.00 and it's worse than before. Save $$ get reman. He has No dyno, No Test bench, Trans building area is filthy. Theres a reason his trans don't have warranty. Don't be Fooled....

This is an honest shop and the owner, Christian, is someone who obviously cares about his craft and customers. I was unsure about the estimates after the repair, but he was able to politely break down all the work his mechanics did that I had not considered. He did not want to cut corners by providing narrow sighted diagnostics, so his crew took their time so they could understand what was truly wrong with my vehicle.It made sense to me after he broke everything down. Christian and his crew are good people and I will use them again.

My car was showing low tire pressure 2 hours away from home; I dropped into the shop and was immediately helped by Eric (? sorry if wrong name!). This place is the absolute BEST!! Christian explains everything in detail and is completely honest and forthcoming about ANY possible charges on repairs/diagnostics. First time in my life (as a woman) that I ever felt like I could trust a repair shop. He also gives you options for parts (using what he orders or buying your own) to help make the work more affordable. Solid work. Utmost integrity.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Christian and guys are awesome, they will show you what's up with your vehicle and explain what solutions they can do. They will also give you price quotes to see what works best for you. They'll even bring you to your nearby job if you need to drop your vehicle off for the day! All around nice guys. I cannot say enough about these guys. I had my GMC truck stuck in the mud, and I could not get any of the local tow companies to come out in a reasonable period of time. As soon as I got a hold of these guys, they jumped right on the situation. They were very helpful and responsive. They made my situation their top priority and I cannot express how relieved that made me feel. As a truck owner, it can be hard to get professional help when you need it. And when you need help or work after regular business hours, it can be even harder. Christian and the guys were there to help no matter what day or time it was.
