They left me stranded for 8.5 hours waiting for a tow, and every time i called which was about 15 times total, they continuously lied to me saying they were in Route, they clearly were not because it took over 8 hours. I could've left my car and gone to work then got dropped back off at my car to continue waiting, but instead i missed a full work shift waiting on the side of the road alone for 8 hours because they kept lying to me. I recommend calling anyone but this place if you have an emergency. Then after 8 hours i was ready to just leave my car and go home, they called on my way out literally just in time to say they would be there in 10 minutes, they arrived 30 minutes later. The complete disregard for my job, and my family, because that job is how i care for them, was so egregious I'm literally horrified. And while this was set up through AAA who also got a similar review, im making it a point to leave this review as well because honestly it wasn't AAA. After 3 hours, one very nice woman at AAA just kept it real with me and said "look the dispatch at union can't reach the driver. They have no idea where he is or what's going on" then after 6 hours i told the next person at AAA what the first woman told me and he confirmed that was what's going on and they were trying to find an alternative driver. So don't even think about blaming this on AAA. I also called union auto directly to inquire about when they'd be here and i actually got the drivers number from dispatch, he answered and said they don't do tows he doesn't know what I'm talking about, then when they actually came at like 8pm, low and behold the name of this company, that i called that said they don't do tows and have no idea what im talking about, was on the side of the tow truck. And it just so happened that that driver had a Spanish accent and barely spoke English, just like the guy on the phone who blatantly lied to me. Something is going on at this place. I think they might just be scammers sprinkling in some real work to make themselves look legit. I wouldn't be surprised if it was a chop shop the way i was treated.

Pretty awesome place. I m gonna be renting again there in a couple of days most likely pretty quick as well as convenient

Jen has helped me through renting numerous times with union auto! They are amazing, kind, helpful and I would 100000% do all my renting vehicle business with them in the future!! Jen is so knowledgeable whine it comes to dealing with other drivers Insurance rentals. The best!!!

Horrible customer experience call them they said they have rentals available. I explain I'm driving a hour to get one they say fine it's available. I get there three people ask me how can i help you? The older Spanish lady sees me and says you have to go thru toro app and we now don't accept your type of card. So I do everything with the toro app , now the same lady says I don't know anything. Don't rent from this place. Seem to judge you the way you look. Given anti black vibes

Purchasing a vehicle at Union Auto NB was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I would give 10 stars if I could! I cannot say enough nice things about Mike. He is professional, friendly, honest, and efficient. He provides excellent communication from start to finish. The price we agreed upon was very fair, and worth every penny. Shortly after the purchase, we discovered that the vehicle needed a few minor repairs. The repairs were made without hesitation. The mechanic really went above and beyond to provide quality repairs and excellent service. The way the repairs were handled is what really solidified my opinion of Union Auto NB. Most dealerships are very pleasant up to the point of sale, but aren't always so upstanding afterward. Union Auto NB stands by their product and cares about their reputation. Every single employee including the salesman, finance manager, mechanic and owner were extremely pleasant, responsive and helpful. This service is 5 star quality. I will happily refer family, friends, or anyone looking for a car here. Next time you need a vehicle, do yourself a favor and head to Union Auto NB first. You will be glad you didn't waste your time anywhere else!

Absolute scammers. I used their rental services and rented a vehicle for 2wks. They are trying to withhold my deposit without a valid reason. Also they are just telling me this now after I returned the car over 2wks ago. We inspected the car when dropped off, I was told the deposit would take 3 days. But it was a Friday so I waited until about Wednesday and went there in person and they tell me oh there s an issue with ppl who used MasterCard give it a few more days and when I called back a few days later, after being put on hold for a ridiculous amount of time and then hung up on they finally say oh I found a note here from the owner that you can t get it back because of a $75 cleaning fee and the replacement of 4 hubcaps. How unprofessional that these people string me along most likely hoping I d let it go & when I didn t they come up with this fraudulent reason. Super super super unprofessional and shady. I wouldn t even give them one star but I have to to write a review.

My husband came here and purchased a 2008 Chrysler 300, and everything was done the same day. Service was extremely professional and they were very friendly and got everything done for him. The few extremely minor issues he had were fixed right away with no hassle. Would definitely re-visit.
