Never thought I d be able to give a five star review for a mechanic. I heard nothing but good reviews and I took my friends advice to get my car fixed here. They were extremely quick, efficient and didn t charge me an arm and a leg. Not a complaint. Extremely grateful for these people, will be back.

This place is the best! Immaculate waiting area and bathrooms. Friendly efficient staff. Reasonable pricing. Open Sundays!! Had major problem with front tires and was having a difficult time finding someone who could put new ones on. People were either closed or booking later in the week. I gave them a call and they got me in and on my way in reasonable wait time. Highly recommend!

I am from out of state and had an accident and brought my car to Tony s for repair. I am beyond satisfied with the staff especially Bryan who handled my repairs- everything went great and I will be back.

I came here for the 1st time after receiving roadside assistance for a flat tire change. They came & replaced my tire so quickly & efficiently so I figured I might as well give them a shot with the replacement. I was in & out within an hour & hung out in their super chill (& super clean!) waiting area. Everyone was pleasant & professional & I really appreciated the pay by link option. I ll be back for sure! Thanks guys!

My vehicle was towed to Tony's Sunday when I got into an accident in which the airbags on the driver's side deployed in Fairhaven, I was sent to St Luke's in New Bedford and the police sent my car to Tony's in New Bedford! My son and I stopped at Tony's to get some items out of the car. Brian, knowing I had just been released from the hospital brought over a milk crate to make it easier for me to get out of the truck. Enter Sandy who gave me the keys, and explained how she could help me with a rental when I'm ready. If the car is not totalled I would love it if this company could do the work. They seem knowledgeable and friendly.

We have 2 cars and we get them both serviced and repaired here. This mechanic shop has saved us so much money compared to other mechanics we used to go to because they do repairs properly and charge a fair price. We had a lot of experiences in the areas surrounding fall River and New Bedford where mechanics over charged us while not doing proper repair. Because of how efficient and professional Tony s is compared to other places, we ve given them our business for about a year now and would reccomend them.Services: Exhaust, Tires, Auto exhaust system repair, General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Auto maintenance, Auto brake replacement, Oil change

I don t normally leave reviews but it is so hard finding a mechanic you can trust, anywhere. I ve been going to mechanics for 20 years in this area and this is the first time I didn t feel violated. I took my grand Cherokee to three different mechanics and was given a different assessment at each one. I was quoted $500 for the repair at Goodyear and Chris got the repair done for less than half that price. He didn t do anything extra or anything I didn t need. Which is exactly what I want and need from a mechanic. Amazing service with my SUV and amazing customer service Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

Best mechanic I've ever been to. Chris was very honest and knowledgeable and took pictures before and after he fixed my volvo. Definitely coming back! Thank you! :)Update: I took my car back to get some body repairs done and they did an excellent job. My car looks brand new!

Needed to investigate a difficult problem on my Volvo and needed a lift to do so. Chris s team let me throw the car up on his lift and even provided another mechanic s eyes to help - and didn t even charge me for their time. Super thankful and will be returning soon :)

Had them do a timing chain job on my 5.43v Navigator ..I was hesitant as My engine has 200k miles and was a rather costly quote .Their price was higher than others but I am a firm believer in paying for it to be done right .My truck should run another 150k They did a great job ..will have them do other repairs in futureService: Engine repairService: Engine repair

They where the only ones i trusted with my car until the lied to me saying one of my fuse boxes wasnt getting any power. The whole time it was a tiny fuse that i just had change and charged me a little over $300. Then mind you it happened again them they said they didnt want to work on my car!! Bad service.

Almost got hit by a buick suv pulling out of here, the cars pulling out NEVER look including their own company vehicles ive also almost been hit by coming out of here! Horrible spot they should close this place some is going to get killed by one these people

Awesome Service And A Very Nice Staff.My Car Wouldn't start one morning And I didn't know why.Its A Push start,So I Instantly knew that I had a serious problem.Sent it to A Mechanic (Not Tony's Auto) And they did not want to work on my Car (2019 Chevy Impala) Because they said that I had an Electrical problem without even Diagnosing my Vehicle.Jumped Online And Found Tony's Auto,Had it towed in.And A Few days Later,My Car was Up And Running again I would recommend these guys to Anyone that needs they're Car back up and Running.And The price was Very fair.Turns out that it was My Starter.But Compared to the other guys that Had no clue On how to fix my car,Tony's Mechanics Are the best In New Bedford.Try them out.You will not be disappointed. Brought my car a year ago to have repairs and was given a quote on the price to pick it up, turns out other repairs where made and was charged over the amount just before pickup, I didn't have enough because I brought just the price I was originally told, was able to pick up but was told I was owed. Repairs where not done correctly and there was problems afterwards with them. Please don't go, it's really not professional.

Chris and the staff at Tonys are very professional..i had to have my exhaust and starter fixed ( 2 different time periods) they went over everything with me.. Super reasonable just awesome ppl

Terrible experience! A complete rip off and one dishonest owner. Repairs were not done correctly, spoke with the owner on multiple occasions regarding issues and received noting continuous lies. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR HONESTY AND RELIABILITY.
