Let me in the shop a few minutes earlier than when they actually open, always pleasant and helpful to deal with, work gets done properly and on time.Always get a call when it's ready to pick up, they don't over-promise. Been using them on my, wife's, kid's cars for many years and will continue to do so.

I got a flat tire and this facility provided outstanding, reliable, trustworthy, and excellent customer service thanks to Shane who went above and beyond to replace my tire and get me back on the road asap! His customer service skills should be used as a model for all tire shops and overall business. I can't thank Sullivan Tires & Auto Service enough for helping me out of a jam! Much appreciated, keep up the good work Shane!

Excellent experience every time! Original tires were out of stock but gave me a better option for Michelin tires for my vehicle. Service install was backlogged a week but was able to find a date that worked for me. The Bedford management is friendly and flexible when needed. Just a few reasons I ve come back many times for all my tire needs.

I purchased 4 tires 4 years ago but they had less than 20K miles on them. All 4 are defective due to the belts slipping which results in a wobble as I drive, particularly at slower speeds. I dropped by their shop in Bedford to see what could be done. The incredibly rude desk clerk laughed at me and said he d be happy to sell me 4 new tires. That s the last time I ll ever purchase tires from them again! They re a joke.Update: The Sullivan Tire Customer Experience Manager reached out to me and we were able to work out a very amicable resolution! They take these reviews seriously and do everything they can to ensure their customers are happy.

Always very timely, they get me in right away when I need it and they always explain and breakdown quotes. My household has been coming here for the last 4 years and we will continue going to them! The best!

We needed a new tire (old one was unfixable after my teen hit a curb). They didn t try to sell me more than the one, the price was fair, it was done in less than two hours, and they were professional.

BAD SERVICE! DONT TRUST!BAD TIRE INSTALLATION:1. Installed 4 tires. Within a week, 1 of the tires started to LEAK. Checked at other 2 body shops, and both confirmed that it was because Sullivan guys didn't do the job correctly!!!! I don't trust them anymore. I would rather fix my tire at other body shops.2. 1 wheel MISSED VALVE CAP, the other 3 valve caps are LOOSE!SCAM PRICING:1. When I booked the appointment, they quoted the price to about $1050. I confirmed at least 3 times, no additional costs, and I wrote it down.2. Then after the service, they charged me $1200, added some services they never told me before.3. I paid at the end, but ! ! ! dont trust their quote over the phone.

Efficient, friendly service.I had to wait a while to settle up because of customers in front of me on line and the service technician gave me a $25 "Thank You Reward" for my trouble. I didn't ask, so this was above and beyond.

In and out quickly for an oil change. Very kind about the fact I forgot my wallet! And tossed in a new lug nut so they all match.Recently had to replace tires on a old car - ordered me some very good tires at a great price. Just what I needed.A couple of months ago recommended some excellent tires at an excellent price (better tires and price than I had been considering) for the coming winter and did my brakes on another car.I feel like they have taken excellent care of me and my cars.

Chris and Paul fit us in same day to fix the shocks. We were supposed to leave on a family trip, and I wanted to know if it was safe to drive as is. They managed to fix it quickly and we left only a couple of hours later than expected. We appreciate the great customer service.

Brian is a great customer manager (Bedford store). I like him and his overall demeanor, personality, etc Oh and I like the work Sullivan Tires does for my auto too, lol.Thank you for having a great team. Went in with a slow leak from a screw, hoping they would plug it. Instead got a big up sell trying to sell me four new tires. I said that we'd like to get it plugged and then after that we could talk about new tires when we're not leaking air. It was made pretty clear they weren't interested in helping us, even suggesting that if all we wanted was to patch the tire, we should probably just go to a service station.So yeah, we did, the service station was happy to help us out. When it's time to replace all four tires, we'll be going to the service station that was willing to help us out...

I am from out of town. I called the shop desperate for service. They told me to come in. They gave me something to drink and worked me into there very busy day. I felt very welcome and cared about.The customer service was superb. The gentleman that assisted me also help out with a discount not knowing I really needed and appreciate it. You guys are the best and I am truly thankful and blessed to have had the pleasure of you all working on my vehicle. Thanks from the bottom of my heart. I'm sorry that I don't have there names, but if you can look them up and let them know how they blessed my life with there compassion for me and my vehicle. Thanks again. Melinda Lawson

I'm an out-of-towner, planning to leave tomorrow and the brakes were doing something funky. Sullivan said they were booked but if I dropped it off, they'd make room for it. When I dropped off, the guy I spoke with had an idea. He checked and his hunch was right. I got reassurance that I'm ok to make my 900mi trip tomorrow. And they didn't charge me a penny for their 5min of expertise. Such nice people!! If I lived here, 100% this would be my go to auto repair company!

I would stay away from this business. I put 4 sensors for $450 which I put 4 brand new tires for that price in another shop. Literally rip off

Super friendly and transparent with costs and issues that need to be repaired. The team here feel like what you would picture when you think of your friendly local auto pros, which is nice, and why my husband recommended them/uses them regularly. I didn't feel like I was being taken for a ride and they were patient when I said I might be running late, just before closing time. I will be back for any future stuff that comes up :)

I've been going to Sullivan Tire in Bedford MA for several years now and it's mainly because Brian the Manager is the best and honestly has taken great care of me and my vehicles. I have no complaints and I constantly recommend them to people at work and other people that live nearby and will continue to do so.

We always get good tires and service here.This was a quick online order for some Toyota Camry snow tires. Low cost with a discount for a full set. Now installed, easily done.

Quality of service is usually very good. Timeliness can be a little slow. They have a good selection of tires to choose from. Staff is usually very friendly and knowledgeable about tires and services. Keep in mind this is a tire store, it smells a little like new rubber tires. That is a fact of the business. I heard someone complaining about it.

Professional and courteous staff. I came by with my vehicle warning of low tire pressure. The front-desk fellow was polite and professional. The space was clean and orderly. They told me to drive into their large garage, and a young guy checked my tires and filled them. No charge! I will definitely come back when we need our cars serviced. These guys look great.

I am a novice car owner, and I have not been taking care of my car as well as I should!I came in because one of my tires was flat, and I suspected the rest of the tires were probably also due to be replaced. I filled in the form online and checked a bunch of boxes because I wasn't sure what services applied.When I arrived on site, the person at the counter took everything in stride and was able to parse what I was hoping to accomplish -- minimally a fix for the flat tire; and a general inspection to make sure things were in working order.They called in the middle of the day to tell me what my car needed based on their initial assessment -- it did need new tires, after all! -- and the pricing was very reasonable. The person on the phone couched it in an apologetic tone -- they must have to deliver disappointing news all the time! -- but what they laid out was in line with my expectation.They were able to get the car back to me in time for me to pick up my daughter from daycare, which was a pleasant surprise!In general, everyone I spoke to was super friendly and did a good job of explaining things. Something I also appreciated was that, naturally, there were a bunch of add-ons that I could get, and after the initial explanation and the offer for a pamphlet, they were not pushy at all!I will happily go to Sullivan Tire in Bedford, MA, again should my car need anything!

While there are many positive aspects of Sullivan s tires, and I have used this location for many years, the service is unreliable to the point that I have decided I can no longer bring my cars here.First the positive: it has an old-timey family-like feel. The building is a bit run down and the waiting area is simple, but in a quaint kind of way (what you d expect from a tire store that has been around for a long time). In general, the staff is nice and seems knowledgeable.The negative: it has been difficult to get appointments here and when I am able to schedule them, they typically cannot address even simple issues in a timely fashion. They expect you to leave the car and come back at the end of the day (when I ve asked to wait, they indicate that they are too busy to get to the car at the time that was scheduled). Even after leaving the car, they don t always get to it on the same day as the appointment. I left my car for a 9am appointment (tire was leaking and I suspected corrosion on the rim) and I called at 4:30pm and it still wasn t done. I had to pick it up without getting my issue addressed. When I did, the man at the desk indicated that more and more they aren t able to address all of the cars that are scheduled on a given day.I ve ultimately decided that I need to find a place with more reliable service.

Sullivan Tire has taken car of me and my car for about 8 years now. I trust them implicitly. Brian, the manager is honest and a very sweet person. He knows his customers by name and remembers information about my particular car. I stopped going to my dealer after my Lexus was about 2 years old. Since then there has been no one but Sullivan Tire. They have completed all my oil changes, and All other repairs including tires of course. Sullivan tire is VERY convenient. I use the Bedford location, but when I am at the Cape I have used Sullivan Tire in Falmouth. There are many locations. Try it!!!
