I drove to Ralph's from Portsmouth Rhode Island on the recommendation of some friends and having seen some great reviews online. I couldn't be happier with my decision.The long and short of it is: These guys hooked me up and got me driving away in a better truck than I ever thought I could afford.I'm going to send my friends and family there, and this is why.1) Most importantly Ralph and Andy are a couple of honest businessmen trying to do right by their customers.2) These guys went way out of their way to make me a satisfied customer. When things didn't go perfectly, Andy, Ralph and the team did everything in their power to smooth things out as fast as possible.3) Great communication: from buying the car, to the registry, to me driving away in my Nissan Frontier, Andy was on top of it. He kept me in the loop the whole time.4) This place delivered on every front: they dealt with the registry so I didn't have to, delivered a perfectly running truck with an interior as clean as new, and a great warranty to top it all off.5) They are just a couple of great guys. On three different occasions I caught myself just hanging around chatting with Andy having a good time for more than 2 hours.

Ralph s is the only place in the area that I would buy a used car. I would not trust anyone else. They are honest, helpful and want to do right by the customer. I am completely satisfied with my 2008 BMW convertible and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good affordable used car. They will treat you well and that is why they have been in business so long.

The experience we had at Ralph's Auto Center was exceptional and by far the BEST used car buying experience! The customer service can not be beat! Tammi, David and Andy were all wonderful, sincere, no pressure and made the entire used car buying process simple, easy and hassle free. Tammi was spectacular and able to assist with securing our financing for a 2014 Honda Civic within minutes while she multi-tasked processing all of our paperwork! David was wonderful to work with, so personable and helped find our family the perfect car to meet our commuting needs. He connected with us on a personal level and even surprised me by gifting me a book based on conversations we had related to my fathers military service. Andy was great with communication, scheduling and detailing the multi-point inspection done to each car in order to ensure the most reliable used cars are offered for sale. Also to note - once we drove home with the 2014 Honda Civic that we purchased, we had it looked over by an official Honda Dealer and there were absolutely no concerns with it. Look no further for your used car needs. We will definitely buy from Ralph's again in the future and suggest that you do the same. You will be a satisfied customer. A big heart felt thank you to Ralph's team members. You all are the best!

Picked up our BMW last week. The car is amazing! Andrew is a man of his word. He assured us that everything will be right with the car, and it was! Great place to deal with! Those of you on Cape Cod looking for a used car should consider making the short trip Ralph s! Thank you guys!

I came to Ralph' s after having a not so great experience buying my first car. The experience I had was great, a total 180 from the last place I had been! Ralph was very nice and everyone there made the process of buying another car simple and straightforward. The car I purchased was in great condition and priced accurately. I bought a 2008 Honda Civic in the beginning of March, I've had it for just over two months and I couldn't be any happier. Totally recommended this place to my younger family members who are looking to purchase cars in the near future!

I was working on the brakes of my kids 06 Civic last week in the brutal heat and had to stop due to humidity. I brought the vehicle to Ralph s and they finished it up in for me knowing I needed it in a hurry. The service was fast and the price was very reasonable. While I enjoy doing whatever work I can on my vehicles, you can feel confident that Ralph s will treat your vehicle the same.

Excellent dealership. Wonderful father and son team are wonderful to work with. They provided me with excellent customer service and ultimately sold me a beautiful car. I would most definitely buy from them again. It s worth the drive.

Ralph s Auto Center is amazing. The whole staff is extremely personable and very helpful. I just recently bought my first car with them, and they were great every step of the way. Ralph and David took the time to hear what I was looking for and showed me all different kinds of options. They were very honest and informative about any cars on the lot and car history in general. Tammi in the front office was so friendly and really helpful in helping me understand all the paperwork that comes with getting a new car, loans, and insurance. Since this was my first experience with all this, she taught me alot. Tammi was also very responsive when it came to texts, emails, or phone calls I had. If you re looking to buy a car from a great, trustworthy place, please go here! I am so grateful I did.

This was my first time buying a car at Ralph s Auto Center, and I was beyond impressed with the customer service. I recently had a bad car experience a few months before I went to Ralph s and was very hesitant to buy another car at another auto center. However, Andy was beyond welcoming and patient with us.Andy was very helpful, reliable, and honest throughout the process of buying our car. He understood our concerns and even extended our warranty to make us feel more comfortable with our purchase after the bad experience with our previous car.When we received the car we purchased, it was very clean and even had a full tank of gas! We will definitely come back to Ralph s for another car in the future.

I honestly recommend using this auto center for buying pre owned cars. I'm really happy with the car I bought which is a 2012 Honda Accord Ex in Great condition. Plus when I came to pick it up they washed it and filled it up with a full tank of gas as well as put really good weather proof mats.

My husband and I came to Ralph s to look for a first car for our teenage daughter. I have purchased cars from here in the past and have had nothing but positive experiences in sales and service. Andy helped us look at a few cars on the lot and was extremely informative about all the cars we inquired about. He spent a lot of time explaining different car s features to us and never seemed to rush us through our decision. Andy assured us we would be purchasing a car that was as clean and safe to drive as if he were purchasing it for his own family member. We decided on a Honda CRV and it was perfect for our daughter. The car was spotless and had all new parts that needed to be replaced as it was a used car, and it was delivered to our front door. Tammy who works in the office was so pleasant to deal with. She s so friendly and accommodating and went out of her way to make sure the process was done in a timely fashion. These employees are why you need to go to Ralph s for your next car. They stand behind their cars and there are no surprises. Honesty and integrity go a long way in todays world. Ralph s has just that. Great people and a great business. We will be back. Thank you. I am absolutely in love with my new CR-V! I needed a new car and my boyfriend told me to check these guys out first. Their reviews on here, and other websites, were really good so I really felt like I could trust them. The car itself was spotless, the previous owner definitely took great care of it. Andy, my salesman, said that's type of cars he tries to get to sell to his customers. They aren't trying to buy a cheap/junk car at some auction and turn around and sell it for top dollar. And it really shows, my 2008 car looks like it's a brand new car. I took the car for a test drive and it felt like it pulled a little bit to the right so I let Andy know and he said no worries, he'll take a look at it and do an alignment. (And he did!) I bought the car that day because it was perfect for me and the service and honesty I got from Andy really sealed the deal for me. I wasn't available to come back to pick it up for a week and Andy said that was fine. When I came back to pick up the car everything was all set for me; it was registered, inspected, my plates were on, AND it was running with the AC going! It was completely ready for me to drive away. I seriously can't say enough positive things about this experience! Buying a car isn't always fun, especially when you are replacing one because of an accident but Andy, and the whole Ralph's team, really made it easy for me. Thank you again!

UPDATE TO MY PREVIOUS REVIEW: Do not trust this guy. There was rust in my husbands car and Ralph promised us everything would be fine. A year later and thousands of dollars put into the car, it s now a total loss and undriveable due to the rust. If I could go back in time, I would never come here. He worked so hard gaining our trust while we were there yet he sold us a POS. ZERO STARSDrove from CT to check out a RAV 4 we saw online. Was exactly as pictured. Ralph as very friendly and knowledgeable and ensured the car was in tip top shape before delivering it to us. Excellent customer service, would highly recommend this place

I recently purchased a used Volkswagon Jetta in great condition from Ralph's Auto Center. The Volkswagen Jetta was already more than reasonably priced and Ralph did a complete overhaul of this vehicle for me before I took the car from his dealership. Ralph always makes sure that all his vehicles are in top notch safe working condition before they leave his dealership. I never felt rushed anytime that I was there and Ralph spent alot of time thoroughly explaining everything to me that I needed to know about the car and my options, They are an awesome dealership with the best priced cars and service! My husband recently bought a really nice 2006 Ranger here at Ralph's with low mileage. We were very happy getting a deal done with Andy. He was very nice and easy to work with and we got a really good deal! Also ,we had a couple of issues a few days after the purchase with the truck ( fuel pump, belt).My husband took the truck into Ralph's service center for repair, they didn't even charge us!!! Huge thanks to Andy and Ulysses in the service center! This is a great place to buy a car!!! Highly recommended!!!

I recommend Ralph's Auto Center without reservation. I bought an exceptionally clean and well-maintained Toyota Corolla for under $10k as a second car for my family which precisely met my needs. Andrew, Tammi and the rest of the staff members always extended exceptional professionalism, above and beyond what is expected. Paper work, title, registration, inspection were all handled efficiently and on time. I travelled over 70 miles to buy this car and it was well worth the trip. If I am looking for another used car in the future, I will definitely shop at Ralph's first.

I have owned 3 vehicles through Ralphs. 1st 2007 civic, 2nd 07 Nissan versa, and 3rd a 10 Honda CRV. I have had Andy in all three experiences. He is so patient, kind, professional. I ve never felt rushed, I ve never felt pressured. Each time I ve been shown multiple vehicles, test drove multiple vehicles, and never been lead astray. Paper work is fast, quality is top notch vehicles come clean/detailed, any requests taken care of in a timely fashion, each time car was given with a full tank of gas. I ve never had any issues with vehicles breaking down. The service center gets you in fast, they care, they treat you like family. Ulises the service manager is incredibly kind, caring, professional. Financing with Tammy is seamless, shes patient, kind, she gets things done fast. I ll never stop coming, I will always recommend Ralphs auto, when my kids drive they will come here. If you want a place that cares, treats you like family, has great customer service, and good quality vehicles they stand by. Ralph s Auto is for you.

I had an excellent experience with their undercoating service. The guy was so thorough with my brand new truck. I mean he got every square inch underneath, inside the rocker panels, inside the hood, the bed frame. Fantastic job!!. Wool Wax says apply once a year but It's been 3 years since I had it done and it is still all there and Zero Rust The only place it rubbed off is where the dealership's lift comes in contact with the frame for service. It's an excellent product but the person who applied it did an exceptional job.

Great place to buy a used car as the dealership's motto seems to be"new school technology, and old work service and integrity". Super clean cars and many "little things" ( or not so little ), like a full tank of gas and well serviced vehicles. Also, meticulously clean vehicles, which means quite a lot to me. There are many options, when buying a used vehicle and Ralph's is among the very best options!

I am very pleased with the service I received at Ralph's. Ulysses was very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained to me that I needed shocks for my 2006 Toyota Forerunner just in the front and not the back, as they were still good. I appreciated his honesty. Ralph's prices were reasonable for the work performed. I thought my bill would of been hundreds more.I also like that they checked all my fluids and tire pressure. Not many places do this.I would highly recommend Ralph's if you need to have your car serviced.

I would HAPPILY buy a car from Ralph's again. Ralph, Tammi, and the team made this the simplest, most enjoyable, and least stressful car-buying experience I could imagine.When I started car shopping, I knew what I wanted. I had a budget in mind, I had some target options of make and model, and I knew what I ideally wanted in features. Used car buying of course has a reputation for being... less than fun, and being what it is (especially now when the market has gone INSANE), I was admittedly losing faith in my search. Then I found Ralph's...Everything about the experience there was the opposite of the shady sales pitches and tropes everyone else will put you through. Ralph had real conversations with me about the car, provided a detailed history no problem (even following up to get more detail when I asked about something), talked through every question I had, let me test drive it AND take it a fair distance to my mechanic for a quick look, and - to top it off - has still been available for any questions I have MONTHS after my buying the car.Tammi was also super responsive, calling and emailing with updates so I had transparency into the pricing and understood the process from start to finish (I was a first-time car buyer).They're a great team, and good people, and I'm genuinely proud to have the name Ralph's Auto on the bumper of my new ride. Can't recommend it enough for a buy.

I was recently in the used car market. We did not purchase here cause we ended up finding something closer. However, Tammy gave us the confidence in the vehicle we were considering to drive 1 hour and 45 minutes for. I truly believe this dealership cars about quality used cars. They are looking for the relationship and not just the business. Definitely would consider them again when looking for a used car. Let it be known their impression on me made me take time and leave a 5 star review for a business I didn t do business with. That s how amazing they were.

Be careful if you are looking at that blue Lincoln Town Car L! It was very rusty but they sprayed it over with undercoating. Run away from that car!

I recently purchased a 2012 Camry from Ralph's. I can echo many of the sentiments already expressed in other reviews on here. The buying experience is no-hassle/no-pressure and they delivered me a quality fully serviced vehicle for a very fair price. If it had ended there, I would have been more than satisfied. Where Ralph's really put themselves above other dealers was when after a few weeks, I had a problem with the vehicle. I called Ulises, explained the issue, and he had me bring the vehicle in right away. They worked through a very complicated to diagnose, yet overall minor issue over the next week. I was kept updated and they even provided me with a loaner while it was in for repair. I'm still beyond happy with my purchase and Ralph's proved to me that they stand behind what they sell. A top notch used car dealer!
