The service person was extremely helpful to me with a battery exchange. He carried several batteries from the back to match up sizes with an old battery. He also assisted me carrying the battery to my car.

Absolutely fantastic costumer service! I needed a light bulb replaced and the worker changed it for me. He was extremely friendly! I will recommend O'Reilly Auto Parts to my friends and family to come here!

NEW REVISED REVIEW:5 stars today: 3/28/24The young man behind the counter helped me very promptly and professionally. I needed wiper blades and knew the type I wanted and had already picked them out, he confirmed that they were top of the line. Then he replaced them for me in the rain, explained that there is a warranty on them if I should have a problem. WAY YO GO! it was exactly 7:30...I was first in line, he was short with dark hair. Please give him a raise, he completely renewed my opinion of this business.The older gentleman opening the store, held the door for me..slas chivalry is not dead!!OLDER REVIEW:The girl who called me was very nice. The young men, not so much. I waited 8 hours for a part and it didn't come in and they didn't call me. When I called to check, they could have cared less. They were cussing in the background and acting very unprofessional. The part was delivered to the wrong store and the nice young lady who helped me, she found out what happened and called me to tell me she had it sent to the right store. She was very nice.

I was having quiet a rough couple hours with my car stopping and having to get it over to the location. But Bebo was absolutely helpful with helping me get my new battery & was a pleasure to speak with . Very personable, kind & most importantly quick with getting what I needed so I can continue with my day. Thank You Bebo for your help & hard work . Keep those kind of staff happy ! Worth keeping & will have me coming back for all my auto needs!

The sales lady behind the counter was helpful. The other sales people in the store are the reason for two stars. The langue was ver poor for being customer facing. Bad form.

You will find most of the auto parts, if not available you can pay there and get to the nearest available showroom of theirs to pick it up. Good staff. Let them know your mechanic name if at all they have any discounts they can give you

Always has what I'm looking for, either right then and there or within 24 hrs fantastic parts store. The associate Derek that works at this location is a super star. Always wants to help and actually goes above and beyond to help each and every customer

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Had the break pads we needed in store.Allowed us to put up a poster for our Veterans Day Rucking For Veterans Charity Event, even supplied a plastic page protector and tape!We've always used them for auto parts, but them going above and beyond for us really sealed the deal for them being our only auto parts store!!

When the new store in New Bedford opened I tried it, was happy with the service, but a few times I overheard the manager speaking rudely to her employees. I had to deal with her today and will never return, condescending and rude is the best way to describe her. She should not be part of this chain,she will drive away more business,I will try to convince everyone I know to go elsewhere.

I just left Oreillys. They were having a meeting, and I thought I was gonna have trouble finding someone to help with windshield wipers. Out of the weeds emerged a great helper, a middle aged gentleman with glasses who was super helpful. I mean really helpful. Without asking he offered his assistance and went outside with me and helped install the wipers. It was 10 degrees outside ! Superlative service- I m a new customer! Only want that guy to wait on me !!

Staff is very nice,polite and helpful. The quality of their parts is rather poor and questionable. Have had several comebacks using O'Reilly parts due to defective/part failure. They will replace the defective part no problem,but the customer does not pay me a second time due to a defective part that I installed. Been doing repairs for 35+ years and I'm not into loosing money with poor quality parts. I really like the place, but can you blame me for being hesistant buying parts at O'Reilly's?

Clean store a good amount of employee's. I did have to ask someone for help as i was asking about a specific item. Unfortunately what he told me regarding the lights was to buy the gof light's led to put in my headlights. He said alot of people do it and seem to work fine. He did print out item number and told me another store had them but not there. I looked up online and the box says for fog lights only. 2nd the info telling me i can use them as headlights are false as it says it is illegal and yes it is brighter but does not give the correct distance as a headlight should. I was glad they did not have in stock because i was ready to purchase. Very happy i did not as i was given false information and told its ok to do when it is illegal in this state

I ve taken 5 trips here now to get the same part and still no one can give me a straight answer. First they ordered the part for me called me to tell me it was there. When I showed up the part wasn t there. So I reordered the part came to get it 3 days later and they had sent it back after I had called and asked them to hold it. Which they did not do. Sick and tired of running around trying to get the same part!

Went there and the people were nice but the parts don't stand up. Replaced 2 radiators with in three months and also replaced 2 starters with in three months and 2 toggle switches. People that work there but parts are not cheap but they are made cheap. Will never go back.

Plenty of parking. Super friendly helpful staff. Manager should be given a raise. Her interactions with staff and customers should be the standard by which others are judged. I drive right past 2 other big autoparts stores to go here. The 30 min drive is worth it everytime.

This location is not really friendly. The customer service is not what I would expect from O'Reilly Auto Parts at other location. I ended up leaving and going to Auto Zone right next to it and received the service I needed. I went into this location and asked about a Gas Cap for my car. The guy told me he would be right with me. I waited for about 5 -7 minutes. He walked behind the counter and got on his phone and I continued to wait. He continued to be on the phone so I left and went to Auto Zone. The guy at Auto Zone greeted me asked if I needed help? I told him I was looking for a gas cap? He looked it up and went and got it for me. Total time in the store was 4 mins. He even asked if I needed help putting it on my car!

Went in looking for an exhaust tip and was greeted and helped immediately. Guy could of lied to me to make a sale but did not. Extremely impressed with the service. Service is 100 times better than Autozone!!

Thought I needed new brakes, so I had someone come by and take a look at my car for me while I was at work. While he was looking, I figured bc I couldn't leave and didn't want to try & send someone else with my card, if try to see if I could by parts online. Or pay for them anyway, and have someone else pick it up. When I called, they told me I could, in fact, pay by card online, and pick up in store. And, someone else could pick up the parts. I ordered them, and they were ready for pickup with in 20 minutes (email said 1 hour, but they were ready in way less time). Turned out I didn't need brakes. Lol, check engine light was also on, they checked it out, and even gave a print out so I could take it to my mechanic. The next day I took the brakes with the paper receipt and returned them the next morning, no questions asked, other than for the card I used, so they could credit it back. Very easy, and will def go there again.Also noticed they turn rotaars (& drums, I think it said in the window?!)... I just remember it being a hard to find a place that did that on the weekend especially, so it was a sign in the window I noticed and made a mental note to remember this, lol, and that they rent specialty tools, another plus in the diy mechanic world. Def will return there for my car repair needs when it's something someone I know can fix for me. Other than that I go to TNT Racing in Acushnet, bc Jim, the owner, is amazing, fair, trustworthy and can usually get you in within a few days time!Hope this helps anyone that is debating trying the "new-ish guy on the block*! Give it a try, anything is better than autopalace or whatever that one is called (NOT autozone, the one opposite them on Mt Pleasant)!!!!

Service was prompt, helpful and courteous, even if I did hate the price of spark plugs..($8 each seriously?!!) But it's the same at the other auto parts places so I guess thats the price of having a car. Smh.

My favorite store for parts. Everyone here treats me good every time. Parts allways exact no confusion like others places. In and out . wont go anywhere else.Derek is allways happy to explain and answer my questions.

I always come here when I need parts. The staff is always polite and ready to help. In terms of management it always seems properly staffed as opposed to their competitors in the area.

All i drive is junk so im always here buying parts. Never any issues very helpful friendly staff. Most of the time they have parts the other stores take a day or two to get.

I went in for some parts and was amazed at the knowledge of the staff. David Inparticular. You don t get parts guys that know what they are talking about these days. High scores for that gentlemen. He has me sold I ll be a customer as long as he is there.
