Had a great experience at North End Auto. John sold us the Nissan Altima and let me tell you, no issues at all!! Great price, great miles, & great service. Amazing experience! John the owner is so knowledgeable and will answer any questions you have. You can tell he really cares about the cars hes selling and the families he is selling the cars to and the entire process was quick and easy. My husband and I are thrilled with our purchase and have peace of mind knowing that we can give John a call with any questions we may have. This was the most amazing car purchase experience I have ever had. John was awesome. No pressure, great warranty, went well above and beyond to make sure we were happy and satisfied with our purchase. Truthful and honest every step of the way. My dad had been a previous customer of this dealership and had wonderful things to say about the service he received. When I needed a car, John worked really hard to find what we were looking for at a price that suited my budget and accommodated the size and needs of my family. He was very friendly and personable and continued to work with us even after the car was purchased to make sure that it was exactly what we were hoping for. I would definitely recommend this dealership to others.

Bought a Subaru Forrester 3 years ago for myself at a great price. It was well detailed and in great shape. It is still driving great for a 13 yr old car.Liked my experience so much, took my son there this past week to get his first car. Acura TL in great condition and reasonable price. My son is also well pleased.

John helped me Immensely with securing a Vehicle that I was interested in. I found his business through a Google search. I am 3 hours away from New Bedford ma. It was impossible to just pop in to view the car I had my heart set on.John allowed me to put a down payment with a credit card over the phone. Hs is a straight forward and honest man & I would recommend to my family a friends to go to his website and view his selection. John was great at first, very helpful and made the process effortless, but after I got the car, he changed his attitude. Wasn t helpful at all. I recently found out after having the car for only a few months that the oil was totally black and also needed a new ball joint. He told me in the beginning, before I actually bought my car that he fully services all his vehicles before putting them on the lot and all his cars come with a 90 day warranty, which he now doesn t want to honor.

I bought a truck from John at North End Auto Sales in New Bedford, Ma. I was extremely pleased with the with the entire buying process. John went well out of his way to accommodate me. I am more than satisfied with the quality of the vehicle that I purchased. I also received an extended warranty at a great price. My daughter purchased a car here and it all went downhill from there. The engine had to be replaced at a cost over $5000, the warranty only covered $1900, This was after having it two months. There are so many things wrong with the car, I can t even list. Small car dealerships should be held to higher standards. No one should have to hope there car doesn t become an overpriced lawn ornament. I know you John Singleton. Trust me I know a sketchy businessman when I see them.

Disappointed! The owner would not allow my wife to bring the Honda Accord she wanted to our mechanic to be checked. The owner even knew of our mechanic and could have checked with them to ensure she had scheduled and appointment. I hope who ever purchases the vehicle has good luck with it and I hope my impressions about the local business are wrong. Oh well the search continues!

Visited this car lot in search of a car. I was dealt with curtly, rudely actually, so was my buddy. After I pointed out a car I might be interested in, and started walking toward it, the(owner) planted his feet where he stood, without moving, and would not take me to the car at all, but told me to go online to see it? Well, I was there in person so what sense does that make, to drive back home, go on the computer, look at the car that I cannot smell, feel or touch online? I asked for a carfax report please, he flat said NO, abruptly. My buddy and I walked away feeling that for him, WE inconvenienced HIM. Not kidding. Mr. Owner, I have no idea what got into you to behave so disinterested, curt, non helpful and rude. And that's your issue, not mine. My buddy and I were in complete disbelief that he was running a public business and treating people so inconsiderately. My intuition said NEVER return. Now I'm here reading reviews and WOW, no owner accountability AT ALL in his replies to the customers who purchased defective vehicles from him. Sounds like the same guy, that spoke with me, or rather hardly spoke with me. Anyhow, you gave us some really good laughs for the drive home Mr. Owner. No hard feelings...you are hilarious. A comedian for sure.

I would not even have given this location not even one star but that was the only way I could post my review and had I seen other people's reviews before coming to this location I would of turned the other way!!! I purchased a car from this sight around September 2018 and everything seemed in good standing with the car; the vehicle is a (2001 Corolla Toyota). Well, give it not even a few weeks ( I had a 30 day warranty on my vehicle, mind you) after the purchase; the car starting making noises every time I drove it and so I brought it back to speak with the owner (John R. Singleton) and asked if he could see what the issue was. He told me and my boyfriend that because the driver's license plate in the back was loose that was what and why it was making the noise and clanking against my car! Even before this happened we had a previous issue with the car's engine warning light but the issue of the brakes was a more important matter so that's why I am mentioning it. Moving on, so my boyfriend and I left with our car feeling uneasy and unsure about the response the owner gave us. A few days after my brakes failed and my boyfriend and I went to a car shop to have it fixed because we just couldn't trust the owner after the last time we mentioned the car making noise. And after the brakes failed we have had problems with the brakes ever since; we have fixed the brakes three times in the total time we have owned it and we purchased the vehicle around September 2018 and we are in February 15, 2019 now and that's not a long time to have that many repairs done; the most recent brake repair I had was just this last week at another shop! :( Annnnd the car is making noise again!!! Do not trust this location and it's people! Sad to say but true!

WARNING WARNING WARNINGZERO STARSALSO READ OTHER PEOPLES REVIEWSBought a 2014 Jeep Patriot. The heater core blew after 9,000 miles. Prior to that, it failed inspection due to gas cap venting. There was a crack in it. Instead of buying new one he had his "mechanic" smear grease on it as a sealer. A week later, a foil heat sheild fell off. A week later I needed new brakes, and two other pieces have fallen off needing replacement that if happened at speed on the highway would have resulted in a major accident.John, owner, refuses to return calls or texts. Once he has his money, he ceases all contact with you, unless he have something negative to say (see his review of ME) Even in person he will ignore you. Please share this so others will be warned.
