Just came from there and omg I have never felt like someone has cared about me or my car more as much as these guys. I noticed a screw in my tire late last night and saw Neighborhood Auto Services opened at 8am. I gave a call got in. They noticed I had one in my other tire in addition and were able to plug both. Got there about 8:13am left about 8:30am. One of the guys even took the time to update me on finding the other screw, my tread and explaining to me how to get the most out of my car. They didn't try to upsell me either, which I greatly appreciated. Being a female I get that often especially when it comes to mechanics. Goodbye Toyota and Hello Neighborhood Auto Service! I definitely will be a repeat customer for all my needs!

My poor mother has been going there for many years to get her oil changed. She trusted these guys. I believe an oil change consists of changing the oil and the oil filter and checking the fluids.... Well, for years this place has been ripping my mother off. My mother has been leaking oil for years. Why? Because this place never changed her oil filter! My friend told me he has never seen anything like that before. The filter's seal was split and was hard as plastic. My friend also told me that the filter was ancient. You could see the oil tracks around the whole filter. This place tried to rip me off a while back, and I had a few words with the guy. I told my mother not to go to that place, but she told me that they were good to her. Haha. That's just so wrong! Neighborhood Exxon ripped off my mother! Why would this guy do that? It's just so wrong! You're busted and you should pay back my mother for all the oil she had to buy and all the oil filters they charged her for when they never changed the oil filter. They probably rip off everybody else too.

Rude and condescending to woman if you question their services. Will also try taking advantage of woman by charging 4 times the amount it cost to fix the car. Never been treated this way at any car place before. Never again.

Today - on a Saturday when most other mechanics shops are closed or wanted me to drop my vehicle off for days, they were able to get me in almost immediately to have my SUV looked at. It looked like a plate or piece of plastic was dragging under my car and making an awful noise. They were so nice and accommodating. I was in and out in under 20 minutes and the charge was unbelievably small. I am so thankful that they were able to get this taken care of for me so quickly. Steve and Richie are great guys honest quality work at reasonable prices. If you need a sticker Steve has you covered in and out quick. Very professional and go out of their way to help you out and get the job done.Highly recommend.

I have been bringing my car here for 12 years, and I have never had anything but positive experiences. They always do great work, and the service is super fast and friendly. Compared to other places in the area, they are well priced and completely worth it. I recommend this place to friends all the time.

Came to New Bedford for my Father-In-Law's funeral and our truck broke down. Steve was able to fit us in on short notice and got us back on the road that same day. Great service. Fair prices. Highly recommended!!

Okay, so we were initially told that out car would be looked at in 20 minutes. We came back and he told us to park and we would be looked at momentarily. We wait in the car for over an hour while this guy takes other customers and parks cars. After a while, we ask him how long the wait will be and he says it'll be another hour because all the employees are 'gone' whatever that's supposed to mean. Keep in mind, that's not actually to get the car fixed or anything, that's to get it looked at. We took time off work to get this stuff done today and it's frustrating when we're told one thing and it turns out to be something completely different. It was a complete waste of time.

I call and explain my issue over the phone. The guy tells me drop it off TOMORROW morning. I miss work to come drop it off, now tells me I don't know if I can get you in today I have several jobs today to take care of. Now I ask how is that my problem and why would you tell me bring it in tomorrow morning? Waste of my time and missed work for NOTHING. Peace of advice: next time say you can bring it in but I can't guarantee it'll be taken care of the same day... Or give me some kind of expectation. Terrible way to do business.

I've been going here for years, and these guys are really down to earth. While I was there, I was complaining about the weight because it was so busy, and another guy said, that He's been going there his whole life, and these guys are really beloved in the neighborhood. I have personal reasons for going there, so I can't really be unbiased. But the fact that the neighborhood loves them, and they've been around for so many years, as really a mom and pot place, speak volumes about the quality. I would totally recommend this place.

Had my transmission done 2004 Honda Accord. Price was reasonable and they were fast.. Highly recommended. Great Staff.

They picked up my car at my job while I was working and my car was ready by the time I got out of work. They did an amazing job and it was half the amount I was expecting to pay. This is going to be my go to place to get my car fixed and Im going to recommend them to everyone I know.

When I arrived i asked a man standing in front of a car if he worked, and he responded pointing to his shirt logo, possibly ... i was inside the car and wear glasses so I couldn t even see his logo... i just left and looked for another place to do my car inspection
