I typically had gone to another VW dealer where I purchased my car, but due to moving and not being too thrilled with their service I wanted to give this dealership a try. I was impressed by the level of detail that the representatives went to - not only making sure my problem was solved but also made sure I had a ride to and from work, washing my car at the end, and even fixing this pesky seal on my back windshield that keeps coming undone. I've been a pretty loyal VW customer for years (purchased about 4 different vehicles over 15 years at this other dealership), so it was refreshing to feel like my loyalty was appreciated at your dealership versus the other!

The vehicle I wanted wasn't in stock, so I mentioned to the salesman that I'd like to be placed on a wait list. A week or two later, the general manager, TImmy, called to say that the car had just arrived in the Port of Baltimore, and if I was still interested, the car was mine. I said I was, and offered to leave a deposit. He said it wasn't necessary because "[He's] a man of [his] word." Sure enough, the car arrived, and went to the dealer, finalized the deal, and, without issue, purchased the car. It couldn't have been easier and more pleasant a car-buying experience!

Getting the appointment and check-in was great, as I was able to secure the appointment within 3-days and was immediately greeted and could take a seat in the waiting room. I was a little disappointed it took ~2hrs to make a simple patch on a tire and missed out on a work meeting as a result. That said the patch is holding and everything was repaired to needed level.

I only take my car to Minuteman Service Dept because they are helpful, friendly, quick and I trust them. Its a comfortable environment so I don't mind waiting and they communicate every step of what's needed. I've been going to Minuteman to buy and service my cars for over 15 years.

I had an appointment scheduled for 8:30 am that was supposed to take about an hour. I had to keep going to him for updates about the status of my vehicle. At 10:30 am, I was surprised to hear that my car still hadn't been evaluated, and he pushed my appointment back to around 11 am. I let him know that I needed my car back by 3:30 pm, and he assured me that it would be ready by then. However, at 2:30 pm, when I called to check the status of my car, a different service advisor informed me that it still needed to be evaluated and they couldn't work on it that day and we were going to have to reschedule. The service center offered me a 25% discount on top of the coupons added to my bill for the initial delay for all the inconvenience, which I appreciated. But when I went to pick up my car, the original service advisor was extremely rude and confrontational towards me while I was trying to get confirmation on the discounts I was offered- he scoffed at me and interrupted me multiple times when I was trying to explain what I was told over the phone.This place clearly didn't realize the opportunity to build business and a potentially new relationship with a lifelong customer. Despite the discounts, I'll be taking my business elsewhere due to the service advisor's attitude.

I went to a couple other dealerships over the last month and didn't get the usual "salesman" vibe when dealing with the employees at Bedford VW. I spoke with two different salesmen in the few visits prior to purchasing my Tiguan, both were extremely friendly and I didn't feel pressured at any point in looking for a car while at Bedford VW.Eric was professional, friendly, and was realistic during the negotiation process - he answered all my questions without any sense of judgement which was very helpful given that this was my first time shopping for a car on my own.Even after deciding on a car, the payment process was extremely simple with no extra work needed on my end and Eric was flexible around my personal schedule in regards to me dropping off the check as well as with picking up the car. Eric even went through a quick overview of the car and made sure I was comfortable and didn't have any concerns before driving off the lot - he even directed me to an official VW video for some additional info if needed.

I chose this rating because the service department has yet to fully repair an obvious defect in my 2022 VW GTI, despite their two previous attempts to fix the faulty infotainment system. I am very disappointed in the failed attempts, but pleased with the responsive service manager that I have been working with. He has been sincere in his attempts to fix the issue.

I've been using Minuteman for many years. The video taken by the service engineer is extremely helpful to understand the general severity of any issues found with the car. They're honest and forthright about work that needs to be done. And overall service is extremely friendly and professional.

My service advisor, Patrick, went above and beyond to make sure my car was spectacular for daily driving. I have had zero issues because Patrick always makes sure everything is spot on and wonderful for my Tiguan. For any car owners out there I thoroughly recommend Patrick as a serivice advisor, as he will take care of any needs. 10/10 service and will most certainly be a returning customer for Patrick moving forward.

Overall it was a good experience. Eric (and team) did a nice job working with me on price and terms, was very responsive to my calls and was straight with me when I asked questions about the car. He was also willing to work with me on my time, even after hours. When I first started looking at Minuteman, I was disappointed that there wasn't more information about 1) when/how the 2023 sunroof recall would be resolved, and 2) availability and changes for the new model year, as these factored into my decision-making on model/year. Had I known when the recall would resolve, I might have chosen a different model.At delivery, Dave did a nice overview of how to use the car and features, and had it re-detailed to remove minor scuffs that I noticed.Re: the website, I was frustrated that there were cars that looked available online, only to find out that many were unsaleable due to the sunroof recall. I feel that's misleading. If there are cars on the lot that are unsaleable, they should be removed from the site, or marked as temporarily unsaleable due to recall (with expected resolution timing).

I dropped my car off for service recently. They offered me a Lyft ride on them so that I could get to work while they looked at my car. They also offered me a Lyft later that day back to the dealership to pick up my car. They took my car through the car wash before I picked it up. The staff were all very friendly.

Cannot recommend enough. This was the easiest experience buying car I ve had. It was no stress! First, they had cars on the lot the day I visited. I feel super lucky as this is a rarity these days. Second, they allowed me to test drive locally and on the highway. Third, they were able to hold the car for a few hours for me while I finalized my decision. Fourth, they were not pushy at all and they were transparent about everything from what was in stock, financing, timeline etc. Fifth, the car was cleaned, waxed and GORGEOUS when I came to pick it up. A really awful situation of unexpectedly being without a car ended up being a wonderful experience with a fantastic new car. Can not recommend Tim Bishop enough. Sean and John were also wonderful to work with while signing paperwork. Highly satisfied with my experience!

Everyone I interacted with was very helpful--especially Rusty in service. I came in for a scheduled appointment to get a new key programed but got a warning light on my way in that there was another problem. They identified the issue and were able to take care of while I waited. And they were able to confirm it was covered by warranty so I didn't need to pay anything extra!

I love this dealership , I have bought two cars from here for my wife a 2021 atlas and just recently a 2024 atlas , my first time here was so good I went back to my sales guy Apurv Dave and he made it as easy as the last time to get my wife into her new atlas, He strives to help you buy what you want and explains all your options so you are educated about what your buying.Tim Pullo the sales manager does a great job with his sales team and makes it a point to engage with people and recognize customers when they are there (new or returning ) and make sure they are being taken care of and are satisfied.And of course No trip to the dealer would be complete without visiting the business manager , or finance office . Usually I dread this part but John is a Great guy, personable and professional Makes sure your happy gets you in and out and doesn t try to talk you into things you don t need and upsell you things, you sign for what you want and nothing more. I am proud to refer my friends and family to this dealer knowing they will be taken care of. salesman get a bad wrap usually for good reason but Minuteman Volkswagon showed me Not all salesman are created equal, it s refreshing to be able to walk in and buy what you want at a good price. I will be back for my wife s 3rd atlas in 2026.

We recently brought my daughter s car in with a tire key issue. The service staff, Patrick was the best!!! He kept us posted throughout the entire process. We were really stressed because they weren t sure they could complete it that day and my daughter had taken off from work. He called me back to say a member of their staff had a key we could take and they d replace theirs the next day. I don t think you could ask for better customer service than that?!! He assured me his staff did not mind at all. They are literally the best!! My daughter was now safe with a tire key and they quickly (and inexpensively) fixed her tire leak. From buying the car, working with the finance team and now Patrick in the service station everyone was great!! Such nice people, I would definitely recommend using them for your VW needs!!

Everything went smoothly. I dropped off my car. I was given a ride back to my home. You called back later, verified the problem and asked me to approve the repair. At maybe 4PM, you drove me back to the dealership. I paid for the repair and drove home.

super friendly staff, easy scheduling. They sent me a video of all the parts underneath my car that i can't see and explained why and what i did or did not need done on my car. Jodi was awesome and super friendly! ill will absolutely be back!

I was incredibly impressed with the service. Not only did you have the car in stock that I wanted to test drive, Eric spent time showing me all the features and took me on a long test drive including the highway so that I could really experience the car. Then when I wanted to buy one, Minuteman was able to find the right car for me and bring it in. When it came time to buy, the finance process was as easy as could be. Eric even sat in the car with me, explaining each button so that it was fully customized and set up before I left the lot. He went above and beyond. I visiting a few other dealers who acted like they didn't have to even bother with me because the cars were selling themselves - I was very impressed with Eric.

I have bought many cars over the years. This was one of the most pleasant car buying experience that I have had. The dealership is on my way to work and I had stopped a few times to browse cars on the lot and once in the showroom. The doors were often unlocked so I was able to look and sit inside several vehicles and I was not bothered by over eager sales persons. When I was ready to do a test drive and get more serious, one was readily available (Dave).I was able to do 3 test drives to find the right vehicle, one on my own. Throughout the buying experience, everyone was friendly and relaxed and I did not feel pressured by Dave or others on the team (Tim and John).The turnaround time from purchase to delivery was faster than expected, basically one business day. The last car that I had bought from a different brand took over a week and there were numerous hassles and lack of communication from the dealership.As mentioned, this dealership is on my way to work and a great location for me. Although I had not purchased my eGolf from them, I have used them for service and have been very pleased with that.

I really enjoyed my experience shopping for a car in Bedford VW. Firstly, I was on a budget they respected that and worked with me. Secondly, as a women who does not know much about cars the sales person ( Eric) was open, honest and sincere. Thirdly, my sales person Eric, was great. I never felt pressured, he was patient throughout the process and honoured my budget. Ask for Eric.. I went to a bunch of dealerships and I found him to be the best.
