Glassman Auto definitely deserves a 5 star rating for their customer service, promptness and reliability! I know I can always trust calling them to be honest and help as best as they can. 4/2/24: UPDATE: I took my car to Arthur again and he told me I solved the problem myself. He wasn't going to lie to me and take the car in for unnecessary work. So I said as long as I'm here, can you do an oil change? He also told me how to treat the issue from reoccurring. He's just honest, non judgemental and/or condescending. Go to him, but not too often, I need him to be available for my car ;)I was ripped off at speedees for so long on oil changes.. they charged me 125$ every oil change. Last 2 oil changes, both were 57$... You do the math.GO TO GLASSMAN AUTO, ARTHUR IS THE OWNER AND TELL HIM LISA SENT U!!!Old review:Arthur is wonderful. I got an immediate sense of trust from him. It was very reasonably priced for the repairs. He called before doing anything. This will be my next cars Dr. Thank you.

I highly recommend Glassman Automotive Repair and Sales.Arthur is honest and goes above and beyond.I ve purchased two cars from him and it was an excellent experience both times.He services my cars as well. I don t know too much about cars, and in the past was taken advantage of because I was female and didn t know better. But with Arthur of Glassman Automotive, you never have to worry about that.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto maintenance, Oil change

I've been bringing all my cars to Glassman Auto since I started driving in 2015! They always know what to do and will never overcharge! They are not the type of mechanic to replace parts that don't need to be replaced yet!

Arthur is as honest, as nice, and as fair as they come. I have been there for a variety of repairs on several vehicles and have never walked out the door feeling like I was unfairly treated. Is always very willing to explain what he plans on doing then what he did and why he did it. Never have I ever had any hesitation in going there because I know the repair will be professionally and fairly handled. Thank you very much Arthur for your many years of repairs for this very satisfied customer.

This place is great. I can't recommend them enough.Choosing a mechanic is never fun and knowing if you can trust them is even worse.I can tell you from experience Glassman's is 100% trust worthy.I brought my used car in for a general inspection after I added about 40,000 miles to the odometer. After going through the car top to bottom, they called me and couldn't find a single thing to charge me for or sell me.It's refreshing knowing that Glassmans isnt going to "find" things to charge you for unless they car really needs it.Again can't recommend them enough!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Glassman's was great! they kept good communication with me. When they started, they gave me a quote but as they dug into they realized the problem wasn't as bad as they originally thought. Mr Glassman is one professional, very honest, straightforward guy. If it doesn t need it yet ? He ll tell you. Stand behind all of his work. My wife and I only bring our cars to him. Great business to deal with. Highly recommended. Another reason. Just too my car for a simple oil change. He told me I had a screw in my right front tire. Repaired it. Where are you going to get service like this. He checks EVERYTHING!!!! Thank you Mr Glassman !!!!!!This is a update!!!! This you are you are soooo honest you are so honest. Love yaawesome. Arthur Glassman, and his entire service personnel, have always taken great care of my car-servicing needs. Pam is not only pleasant and thorough, but she's incredibly knowledgeable, too! Very knowledgeable and helpful. Even though they were too busy to accommodate me for at least a week, the gentleman on the phone was honest and told me what I might be looking at in terms of parts and cost from my rough description of the issue. He also gave me a rough idea of the work involved. Even though I d be going elsewhere. He was honest to me in saying that I d be better off going somewhere that I can be helped sooner, rather than pressing me to use his shop despite the wait time - now THAT s customer service, and I m not even a paying customer!

New to area stopped in and they checked my car as I was having issues with my battery being dead 2 days in a row. They did a check of the car for free and told me a few things to do to rule out certain things. Thank you will be going back for sure. They were very friendly.
