At the point where I don t know what to do with this god awful company. I bought my car on March 6th and haven t had a car since March. It s affected every area of my life. I bought a car here with a bad transmission and to punish me they ve been leaving my car sitting there for a whole a month, nothing fixed, no reimbursement or help for a rental. I own my own business and I can say that Empire has taken a HUGE toll on me finically and mentally. If I don t get a car soon I m going to have to take legal action. I ve already contacted the attorney general since they sold me the car with bad brakes, a bad alternator, and a cracked rim. I have pictures of the rim being damaged the day I bought it and it even needed air on my test drive yet they re saying it wasn t within 30 days. They won t fix the alternator and rim and they re taking a month to fix my transmission, so I ll still be without a car when I get it back because I ll have to fix the alternator myself and the transmission. This is the worst situation I ve ever been in and I highly regret ruining months of my life ubering and biking and asking for rides just because I max the poor choice to go to Empire Fall River. Oh and they make you tow you re own car from dealership to dealership despite clearly selling a lemon. It s truly sad how they treat people and I don t know how these individuals sleep at night. I can t even deal with them because it gets my blood boiling that they don t understand how much money and time they ve made me loose.Services: Transmission replacement, Auto maintenance
