Broke down at a business, called for a tow, took a little under an hour for him to arrive and he towed me and my car to a nearby autoshop. Was very kind and helpful.

The owner Mike is a complete a-hole.. very rude and ignorant. I went there to ask him a question about a vehicle that was towed there and all he did was scream until he was red in the face. He wouldn t allow me to remove personal property out of the vehicle.. he wanted over $900 before I could even go near the car. What kind of bs is that?? I would NEVER recommend him to anyone.. even if he did it free of charge. Extremely bad customer service.Service: Car towing

I found Correia Towing very helpful and polite. And answer all my questions too their best of their ability. And they were on time. If i needed another towing "Correia,s Towing.!" would be the tow company I would call. Thank you once again.

Spoke with who could only be the owner to flat out refuse service after a 90 second call . I asked can you send a flat bed to my address very simple . And he goes off about do I have ground effects which I don t . Etc . After a long already frustrating day and a simple request for any tow truck owner with a pulse , this was disappointing . Thankfully it was my leisure car and not an emergency . If it were an emergency I would ve been in trouble for atleast 24 more hours . Call someone else .

My wife broke down yesterday in a Walmart parking lot. The insurance company used Correias towing to pick up my wife. She was so pleased by the professional courtesy of the driver helping her. The driver went out of his way to help my wife and for that I must say thank you. She has MS and it takes a lot of effort for her to get around. Give that guy a raise he s earned it!

My car broke down in New Bedford and I live in Fall River. My insurance company went through Correias towing. I cant not say enough of what a great experience I had. Joe was the one that came to help and was amazing, patient, and very knowledgeable. Thank you so much again.

Long story short, the guy dropped my car at a completely different location, I told him where to tow it, even showed it on the map, literally showed him the satellite picture of a spot, nope, he decided to just drop it where he felt like it, after I called him a number of times to figure out the details of the location of my car he just stopped responding, well done, very professional, I ll go find it myself I guess, never ever use this business for towing is my advice and what a shame to have such unprofessional personalService: Car towing
