Steve is awesome. I have 2009 scion XB I got radio with back-up camera and remote Start and they did such a great job. Just as if it came from factory.

These guys took care of my car. I needed an amp and sub put into my mercedes and the setup is clean. These guys were really chill and fair priced. I'll definitely come back if I need something done. I highly recommend this place if you need a system done.

I got my stereo system replaced in my 2008 Honda Civic and it's a great touch screen with Bluetooth. They did an amazing job and I recommend them.

Service: Yes! Tech was great. Wired well.Customer Service: No! The lady told me a lower price over the phone. Booked the appointment. hook & bait sales tactics. In person told me it s $100 more. Next time will record the phone callService: ElectricalService: Electrical

These guys and gals were awesome! Price for remote start was great. I definitely didn't expect same day service, they called to bring it in same day and was a quicker install than I expected. Top notch in my book. Thank you.

By far the worst place ever!! Extra charged me for things I didn t ask for he knew I was 8 months pregnant and then tried to charge me 28.00 to use my cc! Truly the most disrespectful MAN/OWNER ever!!!!

The people at car tunes are awesome. Great customer service and top notch work. Even gave me a ride home after I dropped my car off instead of me using Uber. Had a remote starter installed and they installed a sub that I had. The work came out terrific! Highly recommend them.

This place is not good how you have your open on Saturday until 2pm and I come at 12 and there close the fact you have false info makes me not want to give you my business

Installed something in my car that I was never given a make or mode number. Trusting that they would put a quality product in my car. They put lowest possible quality part instead. Immediately did my reasearch upon installation and within a hr told them I was not happy with this product. He told me to find a product I want and he would try to get it. No prob. Next day call him and tell him what I wanted. Gave me the run around playing phone tag for 3 weeks and then finally has the nerve to tell me that the distributor won t refund him for the part and because he s a small business there s nothing he can do. So guess I m screwed. But this review will forever be here as a warning to others. BEWARE

My husband had a radio system installed and was very happy. Had a problem a few Weeks later and Rob took care of everything. Outstanding service ....this was on his Harley Davidson you know how these guys feel about there Harley's.....

Before having my backup camera installed I visited multiple shops, spoke with staff and got different quotes. Car tunes seemed to have the best staff and best price. They quoted me $625 for brand new radio with backup camera everything included. I decided to make an appointment and have everything installed. When I got there the price suddenly jumped up to $664, not a big deal, I understand mistakes happen. Then when I picked my car up the the steering wheel controls were not working. I went back inside and they said that was and extra $75. When I had gone to get my original $625 quote they had explained to me steering wheel controls were included and even showed me the box. They said they would install the steering wheel controls for $60 for the confusion which still made my total $724. That is $100 more than I was originally quoted. I was upset but I really wanted the steering wheel controls so I decided to make another appointment. When I went in for that appointment they told me they had accidentally used the last steering wheel controls on another vehicle and I would have to come back another time. Needless to say I will not be going back. I would not recommend Car Tunes to anybody, they have poor communication with customers and poor communication among staff. It would have been cheaper and a lot less of a headache to go to any of the other shops I had originally visited.

Had a Compustar 6900-AS remote start with alarm installed. The system has conflicts with factory options such as Auto Unlock door handles. Now I have to manually unlock doors or the alarm goes off and it effects additional safety equipment in the car too, such as blind spot monitors.When I asked them to make the program adjustments that, according to the manufacturer, only the installer can do to the system , the Car Tunes guy says I m not doing it again, the manager says you ll get used to it.Don t put this in a newer vehicle, it may be ok in an older vehicle without any technology in it.This stystem is a step backwards in technology and Car Tunes customer service is lacking.If this system is what you want go to Best Buy. It s an easy installation, no wires to splice just a programmed module to plug in and an antenna to install. Best Buy treats customers well there.I should have read the reviews, done more research, and found a company that s customer friendly.Trust your instincts. If you walk in their front door, you ll see what I mean. Signs all over the place No Refunds No Returns No Exchanges They should add No Good Service .Years ago the owner Rob was a good guy to deal with. Today it s nothing like it was, Rob s not there and the good service left with him.Too bad. My best advice is STAY AWAY

Meant to leave a review awhile ago but I m finally getting my door fixed now. They ruined the inside of my bug, literally all my door panels have fallen off because they snapped the plastic screwing them back in. Some cheap speakers now cost me $400 to fix the inside of my car.

They sell/install outdated versions of alarms/autostart that they have leftover in their shop. Do yourself a favor and go to Crow city motoring or bestbuy, they will sell/install devices that fully function.I went to car tunes to get a new alarm remote, they informed me my alarm system was old and recommend to install a new one. I caved and also got autostart. It did not function properly and had a lot of quirks (beeps loudly when open door, locks and unlocks door for no reason when someone gets out of car when car is running, etc). In order to alleviate some of the quirks, I then got a 2-way remote for the alarm/autostart. I still had to pay for the other 2 remotes and got to keep them, but they don't work and are useless. I wish I went to crow city, but they had a two week wait for an appointment, but I was impatient.

I have had all my vehicle's work done there and family members also great place they make u feel comfortable and always work with u and they don't push high price items on u like others they let u decide and if any problems they tell u come down now. GREAT PLACE THANKS

Robb and the Cartunes staff are great...been dealing with them for years for auto alarms ..remote starters and lately my jeep stereo...great service after the install..as always!!!

This is the worst place you could ever goI bought aftermarket radio and I installed everything but I can t connect the backup camera so I brought it to this shop to fix it for meSooo just they look at it and make me wait few hours and I called many time they never answered so i went thereshe told me its all set but this camera need a special wire and they charge me 30$ for these two words.....I don t recommend this place at allBe careful guysThink before you go

Had a appointment to put in my dash kit now they can t do it for months what type of business now I paid for a dash kit I can t put in thanks would never recommend any one there they was good not no more and mind you I had to wait 3 weeks for my dash kit smh

Cartoons is the best place to go for anything for your car they're experiencing it excellent the people that are great very very nice and the owner is just a great guy is well I brought in for my car's already through the years and have also had friends and relatives go there as well

Cartunes. Is the best audio place in New Bedford to install. Radio subwoofers. Car alarms. Etc... they re great. Treat you like family. And. They have the best prices. Always. A great time when I stop by. Recommend. Everybody. To go .
