They are really the best choice. I had a wonderful experience with Sam & Derek when I wanted to buy my first car. They both are very professional, honest, and experts in what they re doing. If you re looking for a place to buy a good second-hand car and an amazing customer service don t bother yourself anymore.

I was very pleased with all the vehicles at an affordable price. The application process was easy and my car was delivered in a delightful manner. Sam and Derek went above and beyond to provided exceptional customer service. The suv I purchased has had no mechanical issues and I ve purchased it 5 months ago. I will definitely be returning and recommending Best Choice auto sales. I appreciate you guys very much!

The Service from the staff was amazing. I was working very closely with Derek. He was very informative and I didn't feel like he was pushing me to buy anything. He explained the differences between several models in detail and led me to a perfect choice! I was communicating with Derek all week and he was attentive to any questions I had even before I arrived at the dealership!

I bout my Jeep from here last year And that was by far the best thing I did! They're customer service is exceptional! Derek is the man!!!!! Not only did he get me approved he has been there for me whenever I needed him.. Weather it was minor or major problems he's always made it happen. I truly appreciate and trust the team at Best Choice Auto!!!

I bought a Jeep here last year and recently had a problem with my catalytic converter. My mechanic said it was a $2000 job but Best Choice got it done for me for less than half of that. These guys are honest and great

I am giving a 5 stars because they are very nice people with a great customer service and they do a great job. They are available to help and provide the best service you need for your vehicle. I bought my car there a few weeks ago and I recommend anyone to that place.

There is a reason this place has such amazing reviews. I bought a beautiful Camry from best choice and the entire process was made as easy as possible for me. The communication between the dealer and myself was great and I was always able to get a hold of them when I needed them. They were super helpful and they even filled the tank for me before receiving my car. Very pleased with my experience here! Thank you best choice auto. Will be recommending this business to anyone who needs to purchase or finance a car.

Sam is the best. He offers high-quality cars at a very fair price. I have never met someone that genuinely cares so much about the car you are purchasing, and the experience you will have with it. He wants to make sure you are happy with the car you select- and doesn't try to sell you something just to make a profit. It has to be the perfect fit. My dad frequents his shop for all his auto-repair needs- and they have actually become friends. Sam is friendly, honest, and a just great guy. Give his shop a chance next time you're looking for your perfect car. You will not be disappointed.

Sam and Derek made car buying so easy for my wife and I. There knowledge of cars and and there choice in amazing cars that they stand behind was great answered every question we had and then some I will definitely be going to them for all of our car buying needs. I wanted to leave a review for others that may be reading these. This was the most pleasant vehicle purchase I've ever had and I have owned many over the years. From the start I could sense that the owner cared for his cars and chose them wisely. He just happened to have the specific color and make vehicle I was looking for and it was in immaculate visual condition inside and out. While looking closer I noticed a couple small things I was concerned about and I was immediately told anything would be fixed or replaced almost immediately. That kind of service is rare. Sam helped us over and above what he needed to do to get us on our way with our new purchase. That again to me is unheard of and something I was grateful for. I'll be recommending them to everyone I know that is looking for a vehicle not only for the cars but more for the buying experience and honesty you feel.

I was looking for a place to diagnose and repair the ticking noise coming from the engine of my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I m so happy that I went here. I dropped my car off for Monday morning and it was diagnosed and repaired by 4pm on Wednesday. This is a very busy place with lots of beautiful cars and I feel so lucky to have my problem fixed. No headache for me just great customer service. Highly recommended if buying a car, looking for a small repair or big one. Thank you Sam and everyone at Best choice Auto sales. This is the place!

Extremely honest, family-owned place. Sam takes care in making sure every car he buys has been well taken care of and inspects them top to bottom. I bought a 2013 Subaru Outback and it's been a phenomenal car.Shortly after buying I took it into my mechanic and he told me the front brakes looked around 80% worn. I called Sam and he replaced them free of charge, even though it turned out they still had 50% left on them and my mechanic misread the brake pad line.All in all extremely pleased and will come back next time I need another car. Can not recommend them enough.

Searching for a very unique SUV, a Hyundai Veracruz, now a discontinued model, was searching for a needle in a haystack. After months of hunting, I finally located a 2012, the last year model, at Best Choice Auto in New Bedford. From our first conversation with Derek to first impressions of the Veracruz at Best Choice, it was obvious that the vehicle was clean and had been well maintained. Derek was more than happy to share the AutoCheck report and he continued to be honest about the vehicle's condition and patient as I had several concerns about minor issues. Second opinion at a local mechanic confirmed that Derek's information about mechanics was accurate and honest. I would recommend Derek and Best Choice Auto Sales if you are in the market for a solid used car.

We bought a 2011 Volkswagen Tiguan from here and it was the best choice literally! I am so happy that we came here, I found the exact car I wanted for an amazing price! Everyone there was so helpful and friendly and insanely patient with us, when it came to test driving. I will definitely be recommending friends and family to this place to buy their cars from in the future. If I m ever looking for a car again, this WILL BE the FIRST place I return to! The absolute best!! Sam is trustworthy, fair, knowledgeable, very kind and generous. Wouldn't go anywhere else. He makes buying a car a pleasurable experience. He is there for you if you have any issues after the sale.

We were looking for an affordable car for our daughter and they had exactly what we were looking for. They helped adjust the price of the car we wanted to fit our budget and told us that if the car ever needed any repairs they would give us a discount because we bought the car from them. The car we purchased was exceptionally clean, low miles, and drove like new. I would recommend Best Choice Auto for someone's first stop before going to anyone else in the area.

Can not say enough good things about Sam, he was honest from the start. Never felt pressured and he made sure the car was in perfect condition before I took it off the lot. I will definitely go back to best choice and would highly recommend for a car purchase

I walked on to Sam's car lot and explained the issue I was having with my Jeep. Without hesitation he and his worker were under the hood and then Sam took me on a test drive, then he put it on his diagnostic. He figured out exactly what was wrong with it gave me a Quote and fixed it within an hour!I had been dreading to fix this problem for months and I wish I came to see Sam sooner because after parts and labor my problem was only $94...highly recommended!

Went to see if the car I wanted was available and it wasn t but I was pointed towards the car we purchased and it s an amazing car. Awesome customer service... too soon to comment on the car however it drove beautifully. I recommend them to anyone

The vehicle I was interested in was actually there when I got there,(very rare !), also the price you see is the price you pay no weird hidden fees, $2,000+ add-ons, or extras. they are very straight forward, knowledgeable, and good to deal with.
