Ripped off my daughter terribly for the 800 tax. At the dmv never fixed any of the warranty problems so all tolled owes her about 4k do not buy from this guy

Can't say enough great words about my experience buying my new 2012 Explorer Xlt! The owner was awesome kept me up to the min on all the financing steps and approvals! Even helped me get the car on the road since I couldn't leave work! I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking to get into a great car at a great price! Great service! I've purchased 2 vehicles from him & he went above and beyond. He fit us into something both in our price range and the vehicle type we needed.. Any issues were taken care of in a timely manner & done so correctly. You can tell he takes care of his vehicles & takes pride in his reputation. I'd highly reccomend them if your looking for a nice reliable vehicle.

This place is the worst ever, they promise people ( innocent / older) they will take care of all the paperwork and people wait months and months to get their paperwork in order and nothing gets done. Then they try scamming saying they need VIN numbers to complete the application but what kind of dealers don t have records ( in todays date) to get this done. Please DO NOT ever buy any thing from this place. Happy for all those that got everything they needed but for the rest of us that trust everyone PLEASE PLEASE don t trust this guy. He s still trying to scam me but I m 1 step ahead!!! Play on MF ..

Terrible service. Car was not detailed before given to me. I was told the brakes were done and only had been done in the front and needed to be done in the back . Also a month after receiving the car the AC stopped working , I contacted the sales person mark to go over these things he ignored my comment about the detailing, reassured me the brakes had indeed been done and changed the AC fan , two weeks later the AC fan stopped working I contact him to only be ignored, I brought the car to my mechanic and he found the the ac fan that has just been installed at the dealership was in fact a used part and that s why it had stopped working again almost immediately. I would ve worked with these people but the completely ignored me 100% do not suggest

Un professional !!! This dealer needs to be closed . I would not recommend this dealer to no one . They are fast to collect there money but when it comes to fixing vehicle they are hard to be located . They took one full month for a registration . Engine light came on all they did is shut it off and said it s fine . Drove off and came back on with engine shaking. Gave them a call and was being unprofessional. He takes advantage of people he thinks will not do anything . He s already been reported to BBB and will continue to do so till something is done .

I had such a great car buying experience at B2B Auto. Marwan was a breath of fresh air after dealing with many other car dealers. The photos of the car were properly represented. He was honest about everything about the car over the phone. No hidden surprises and no pressure to purchase. I found the car I wanted and left with all smiles. I am so happy with the purchase I made at B2B auto! Not enough words to describe how amazing and how well taken care of we were, extremely welcoming. I have never had such a good experience buying a car before this place. They gave me no problems, solved everything.Answered all questions, for the first time I had no confusions while buying a car! Terrible salesman sold me and my brother junk engine lights on for both vehicles his engine siezed on him not even a month of havin it and he takes your phone to write his own review and basically pushin you to a vehicle you didn t want guy is fraud

Marwan took my ex girlfriends car almost 2 yrs ago. He stated he would sell it but has not. He stated he had an IRS levy which included her car/ title. He owes her $ 22,000.00. In the interim he is able to go to Canada and wine and dine his politician girlfriend EVERY weekend with total disregard to this debt. And probably many others. Do your research please. This man is not a good business man. BEWARE OF B2B.

The absolute best car buying experience! Marwan went above and beyond to help me purchase my Buick Enclave. The price was more than fair and he even took it to my mechanic for my peace of mind. I live far away from the dealership, so he brought it to a convenient place so I didn't have to drive all that way to pick it up! The customer service here is AMAZING, highly recommend and would definitely buy from them in the future!

Just bought a new CR-V from them a few days ago. Mark was great! He helped me and my mom find something affordable yet reliable (and also cute for me LOL). The service was just amazing very helpful and he knew what he was doing. Very comforting considering we don t know much and most places like to take advantage. Great variety of cars and nothing overpriced. Also, the registry piece is done there as well so saves you a trip! It s a one stop shop LOL! Definitely recommend anyone looking for a car to stop by B2B auto! You won t be disappointed.

I cannot be more satisfied !! I bought a 2008 Toyota Prius 2 years ago and I am very happy with how clean the car is. I didn t have to repair a single thing. I received a great service and they answered all my questions honestly. I recommend this place 100%

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!Once they sell you a car, you don't exist! They don't return phone calls and follow through with their written/signed guarantees!Took them over 2 months to get us the vehicle title!And now they are avoiding reimbursing us for a at sale existing repair that a signed contract states they would cover!Big mistake buying a vehicle from them!Don't deserve even 1 star!

BUYER BEWARE, after COMPLETION of PURCHASE review after 1 year workshop owner waited 16 days after I insured vehicle to submit to rmv, got vehicle registered and PASSED INSPECTION BY THEIR COMPANY with a failed hand brake and blown reverse lights, 3 months later still attempting to get hand brakes fixed along with reverse lights! which was a circumstance to the only reason I would buy the car. One year revision. WAS TOLD FROM B2B OWNER HE INSTALLED A NEW BRAKE CABLE AND NEEDED NEW E BRAKE PADS. JUST CONFIRMED BY JORGE AT CAIDES AUTO MECHANIC 8/17/22 (1 YEAR LATER) THAT THE CABLE IS OLD AND WAS NOT INSTALLED NEW. After one month driving the Check engine light came on 2 weeks ago the B2B dealer cleared the codes and now I am sitting on the side of the road with a car that won't turn on. I called B2B owner and He replied "you get what you pay for" I haven't even owned it for 3 months. I Paid for the warranty 3000 miles or 3 montha and he won't disclose the actual warranty that I paid 100 dollars for. Never gave me a warranty pamphlet and was the largest AND Worse purchase in my life
