Waited for 45 minutes for somebody who knew what they were talking about at the desk and nobody showed up. There s a young kid that runs this place he sits in the back all day. It has an elderly woman that doesn t know much about cars serve all the customers it takes two seconds to give a helping hand to a make a customer happy..

I called AutoZone to check if they would be able to install a new battery for my car. Michael explained on the phone that he looked up my car and he could do it. When I arrived 10 minutes later, Michael was there ready to replace my battery. He let me watch and explained the process. He finished the job super quick and was very helpful and polite. The customer service goes a long way now a days. I will be going back to AutoZone instead of the competitors due to Michael s customer service.

When I arrived today, there was a massive line, and I noticed the self checkout. Proceeded towards it, scanned my item and paid with my card and I was gone.

This location seems to always have issues.3 times now I have ordered things online to be picked up in store and all three times there has been an issue, either some of the items not present (bearing sets) or the items being in severely damaged packaging. One time I ordered door hinge pins and they came in 2 boxes, but one box was empty except for a single retaining clip while the other box had all of the parts for both kits.I would highly recommend you inventory every box and item and make certain they are giving you the correct part numbers before walking out the door.

Place is unprofessional I when for a battery charger, and after an hour I when back. As soon as I put it in my car the battery was dead. Didn't even let me know if was good or bad. No knowledge in auto mechanic. I won't recommend it for this type of service.

They need to seriously get rid of certain staff that definitely don t belong in the customer service industry. Some of the things I ve heard and witnessed is unreal. I really try to stay away from this place.

great service! The night before the huge storm, I came in looking for a spark plug to get our snowblower running. Manny A. was extremely helpful and polite. He found what I needed and assisted me in finding the appropriate socket as well.

Check your receipts. These guys are always adding bulb grease when you are not purchasing it. At least have the decency of adding the item to the bag. This is straight up stealing from customers. Honestly, its sad to see this unethical practice still exists within AutoZone. It s pretty clear the team moral is on the floor and at times have the audacity to smart mouth customers for questions that may be obvious to them. I don t like to speak bad about local businesses but the customer experience at this place is on the floor and needs the attention from someone who actually cares.

Poor, disrespectful customer service, cashiers too busy talking with themselves to help me find what I needed, and then at check out another cashier couldn't put his cellphone down for 15 seconds to look at or acknowledge me or to ask if I found everything I needed. No "hello" no "thank you or please come again" . I will not give them anymore of my business.

Store is rude as hell very far from helpful. Before coming into the store I called and was hung up on several times rudely. Then next on top of it when I entered the store continuing my pursuit of a product I was rudely treated by staff and then stood at a counter for nearly ten minutes before I was checked out. We understand that sometimes it s busy but poor service is just that, poor service.. Auto Zone try harder

I wish I could give it 0 stars. The staff does not care if they give you the right part or not. I have been to this store 4 times more than I had to be all because I had received the wrong brake pads, rotors and lug nuts for a Honda Accord. A car more common than the amount of times it takes to get the right part for you. Only go here if you want to feel frustrated.

Very very helpful staff member! Asked me what I needed, looked up the items (reg maintenance items, headlight & wiper), brought me over to them, explained the differences between brands, types, high end vs low end, wattage vs time, and wiper blade types, seasons, etc.. Very helpful, and very honest! Glad he was able to help me out, and I purchased what I needed and it was all the right ones. Great prices, too!

I wasn't originally going to leave a review but after reading the other comments I felt it was valid. The help has absolutely zero idea of what they are doing. A simple oil filter today I was asked 1000 questions when a simple year, make and engine would suffice. I got annoyed and O'Reilly got my business.A month ago I was in for a battery. Same deal. 2 year old battery they're telling me was 6 years old. I remember when I bought it AND the manufactured date sticker was still on its side. Another sale lost to O'Reilly.Seriously?? Are you folks trying to push away customers? If so. You're doing a fantastic job

Horible help Needed a water pump for Lincoln Navigator .Autozone has two one is a 100.00 more than the other I wanted to know the difference and if the 35.00 one had an impeller as in pict online looks as though it didnt .The Young lady who answered phone said she was not able to compair .two water pumps they sell because they were wrapped in bubble wrap.And that i needed to know which one fit my 5.4 ..there is only one style water pump for 5.4 .I was given option to look at same picture online on their monitor if I drove there.I only needed to know what parts were not on the less expensive pump and adter 10-15 min wasted got nothing but an invite to see same pict ..Oreilly,s will get my biz 3 fam vehicles and two biz trucks from now on .

Ordered one filter through AutoZone and was going to have it picked up at the store. Returned the day after it was supposed to come in and they already sent it back. I was told if I pay for it before it arrives it will definitely not leave the store. Again due to time I returned the day after I was told it would Be in. Again after waiting in a long line was told it was sent back because it sat too long on the shelf when it has only been a day. I just canceled my order because it's ridiculous I've been there three times for filter and have not got it why would you send a part back that someone has already paid for? After all this I'm not even offered to have it just shipped to my house at this point really kind of a joke for just a filter.

The professionalism you experience varies from employee to employee. Some are polite and helpful. Some are rude and treat women as if they could never tell a brake drum from a brake shoe or transmission fluid from power steering fluid... just insulting. Store is organized. Prices are average. Nothing special here.

Helpful at registers, but nobody offered to help with wiper blades, fuses....clean store..but I got wrong fuses 3 times?

The folks here are really knowledgeable and helpful. They went on a wild goose chase trying to find a part for me, which they totally didn't have to do, but they went out of their way to help me out and that was really awesome. I definitely.recommend this location if you have a choice between this and another one.

My mother and my daughter went to buy new Hubcaps for her car. Lucas assisted them. My mother thought he was wonderful. I'm very grateful he put the hubcaps on the car for them. Thank you Lucas and Autozone

Staff was very nice. Fast check out. Although they aren t too knowledgeable about certain things I asked about my exhaust. Which really sucked. Other than that very nice staff.

Asked for help and one of the dudes didn t know what he was talking about so manny.a took over and manny.a knew exactly what he was talking about and helped me get the right part he s like the only one there that knows what he actually doing he s very polite and very helpful and he s very handsome

I give Matt 5 stars, he put new bulbs in my lights, the place 4. They didn't have one of the bulbs even tho the inventory said they did, and their battery tester was not working.
