Wow talk about amazing, car was equipped with a remote start, as I live an hour and a half away they didn t hesitate answering the 1000 questions always being very courteous not to mention they installed my very first car w/ remote start 20 yrs ago. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

My experience was amazing. The owner Bob explained all my choices and helped me figure out what's best for me. I wanted a remote starter and it was done right and in a timely fashion. The price was worth every penny. My car was done right and I appreciate Bob and and his family for being so honest and down earth. I highly recommend this business.

Years ago was a very good place to go, I did my remote start there, and was excellent, but now, I don t know what happened, maybe because his wife and his daughter are in the control and they are so rude. my husband car remote start was installed there , and the first week gives a problem, he calls and bring the car back, but they said was nothing, answer very rude, mean...the problem still, days work, days not. So I do not recommend it, I feel bad for the man, but he should keep his wife away before she makes him lose all customers.

My Trip From Dorchester To New Bedford Was Worth It And Forever Will always Have Me Coming Back From Great Customer Service Feeling Welcomed,Super Knowledgeable With Honesty About Recommendations. The worst, I when to get a services back in August last year, a remote starter and I have an issue with one of the remote, I know the guy back like 20 years cause he make a job for me that was very good that's why i when back there. He was closed on September do to a surgery when he came back he told me he didn't remember making a job for my car so a bring my receive he told me that he will call the company to fix my key starter an as until today evertime I call he give me an excuse, I feel to bring him to court for being so unprofessional and evertime I call always put his wife on the to give al kind of excuses...never again. He should replace my starter with no questions when he see that it wasn't working and I have the guarantee. It's going to be a year. What a looser.

Customer Service is what won me over on getting a remote start for my wife. There are lots of places to get a remote start for your vehicle and I checked out quite a few. Robert and Sherry were awesome to work with. I felt a bit of nostalgia when working with them. You just don't get this high level of service from businesses today. I highly recommend Auto Alarms & Accessories for any electronic service you are looking for.

Bob and his wife are great. They do a fantastic job and they really do stand behind their product and installation 100%. I have never had an issue that they have not been able to fix. Everytime I need an alarm or remote starter I always go see them.

Not very good. Had a radio door speakers and steering wheel control installed. Took 2 days get my truck back steering wheel control only works sometimes. Forgot 2 put back a screw that held my radio in. Had to bring it 2 best buy get it done right. Sorry would never use again. On top of that had to rent a car for work because what was told was a few hours took 2 days

The owners are very reasonable in price as well ! The owners Robert & Sherry are honest hard working family . If and when I need any accessories, I will be seeing Alarms & Accesseries!! Quick, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable. These people are awesome! I can t imagine improvement in any way. They are very interested in complete satisfaction. Really know their stuff, too. I live relatively close by but would travel a long distance to have work done here. This is THE place...Definitely recommended!

Well all seemed okay when I had them install my aftermarket stereo. Until I realized it wasn't mounted right and was practically dangling. The. They didn't wire other options on my stereo. I will never go back there. The point in sending it there was so it could be done professionally. I could have done a better job myself and I'm sorry I didn't.

Gave me free advice on my alarm issue over the phone. Walked me through the steps and solved my issue for free! Even Toyota couldn't help me. I'm so thankful for their help! You can't get anything for free anymore and this guy was happy to help me!

Best Alarm place around , Bob & his wife are super friendly everytime I have a remote issue I ve gone back and they helped me , my whole family had them put Alarms on their vehicles , I won t go anywhere else but here ....super friendly , treated with respect , and they do a awesome job !!

BROUGHT MY WIFE'S 4 YEAR OLD CAR HERE BECAUSE HER ALARM WOULD GO OFF WHILE YOU WERE DRIVING, ALWAYS SEEMED AT THE WORSE TIME. STOPPED AT A TRAFFIC LIGHT ETC. MANY UNAPPRECIATED HAND SIGNS.THE OWNER EXPLAINED EVERYTHING AND ANSWERED ALL QUESTIONS. HE WOULD TRY TO FIX IT IF HE COULD. TOOK THE CAR THAT MORNING WITH NO APPOINTMENT.HE CALLED MY WIFE EARLY AFTERNOON EXPLAINED IT WAS BASICALLY DEAD, JUST LIKE A COMPUTER IT WAS FRIED AND SO WAS THE REMOTE START. SHOULD MENTION SHE WAS IN A BAD ACCIDENT AND THIS WAS PROBABLY THE CAUSE.HE REPLACED BOTH ALARM AND REMOTE START FOR $120.00 LESS THAN WE PAID AT THE DEALERSHIP 4 YEARS EARLIER, WITH MORE OPPTIONS.GREAT BUSINESS, CAN T SAY ENOUGH
