Purchased a 2024 ZX6R from Higgins this week. Process was quick and seamless. Mark was very helpful and Dan in finance was very responsive. Also got a fair trade in value on my bike. Would do business with again.

They ve got a great crew here, made my first sxs purchase an easy one. By the time I signed paperwork I pretty much met everyone in the place, don t see that too often. Shoutout to Nick for helping me find my ride and to Sam for all the part recommendations

Just purchased a Kawasaki Ninja 400 form here the employees were very helpful and friendly. Knowledgeable and helpful with any and all questions I asked as I'm a first time motorcycle owner. I am very excited to get my bike and ride it for the first time. I will definitely recommend and be a repeat customer in the future.

Can t say enough about this place - my husband enjoyed the ease of doing business with Higgins. He specifically loved dealing with Mark - he had a no pressure attitude that made my husband want to and enjoy buying a new bike from Higgins. We highly recommend!

Mark Lareau is the most pleasant salesperson I've ever run into! The whole process of buying go karts for my kids and myself was a very quick and easy process! Dan Garnieri in Financing continued with making the process smooth and helped us acquire our new toys!! They have definitely earned the repeat business from us down the road.

First time doing business over at Huggins Powersports but certainly NOT my last. Great experience, all staff extremely helpful. We had a very enjoyable experience at Higgins. All of the staff we came in contact with were very professional. Patrick went out of his way to have our tire repaired quickly and very cost efficient. I would go back to Higgins again each one of the staff we came in contact with was professional, courteous, and the place was exceptionally friendly, and each person we came in contact with. It was very knowledgeable. I would definitely go back in a heartbeat and happy to write this review with full confidence.

The team at Higgins deserves more than 5 stars. The experience of buying my bike was amazing one I definitely won t forget. Started off by calling up to see what they had in stock for CanAm Rykers I talked to Mike who is the sales manager he was awesome, very cool guy. Said they had a couple in stock and put aside a rally 900 for me. Had me get the process by applying for credit which they made easy. Once I was done Mark who was my sales consultant called asked when I could come down to finish I said I would be down that night! When I got there was greeted by both Mark and Mike both awesome as they were on the phone! It was cool to see my ryker brand new not even fully built yet! Then Dan the man the finance manager was great very helpful getting me through financing part it. Overall easy process, the owner does a wonderful job. I didn t have my license when I bought so they brought the bike to me worth the wait. The service manager pat is very helpful especially great all the questions I called and asked him about my bike! Finally thank you so much to Mike,Mark, Dan, Pat and the whole team at Higgins you guys are amazing!!!

Our experience at Higgins was above and beyond most powersports dealers. Mark, our salesman, went out of his way to make sure we got the color ATV we were looking for. Would highly recommend them if you're in the market for anything powersports related.

Very nice clean store with lots of inventory and some small trails on the property to test drive machines. Mark was great to work with he responded quickly to get me the answers and quotes I needed to decide what I was going to buy.

I want to share the wonderful experience I had at Higgins last week. I traded in a used motorcycle and left with a beautiful SSR 250 dual sport bike. I shopped around at different stores across MA until I came across Higgins. The friendly, caring, and excellent customer experience of all staff won me over. Especially Mark Lareau was extraordinarily prompt and cordial to tackle my needs and get me what I was hoping for. Higgins will be my go-to place for future motorcycle needs, and I recommend it to all friends and family.

Great place for your Powersports toys! And they are now getting Sur Ron s as well! Had a ton of e-bikes on the floor to choose from, but the Sur Ron won me over easy. Michael N. in sales was super easy to deal with as well, always helps.

I have been riding motorcycles for 12 years and needed a three wheel motorbike due to health issues. First I looked at Harley trikes and they are incredible, but the cost was too high for me. I visited Higgins Powersports to test ride a 2023 Can-Am Spyder RT Limited. I met Mike (Sales Manager) who had a great depth of knowledge regarding Can-Am vehicles and did not try to 'sell' me. He took the time to answer all my questions before my test ride. I truly appreciated his poised and professional demeanor. I also interacted with Mark (Sales) who was equally as personable, relaxed and very knowledgable about Can-Am vehicles. At no time was there a push to sell/buy the vehicle. Mark patiently answered all of my questions like Mike post test ride.The 2023 Can-Am Spyder RT Limited has everything you could want in a touring motor vehicle and is incredibly comfortable. I purchased the vehicle the same day. My decision was based not only the performance of the Can-Am and its feature rich appointments, but also based the positive and professional interactions with Mike and Mark. The finance manager Dan was great to work with and made the financing process a breeze and painless.Overall this was the best experience I have had buying a motorbike/trike.

I just received my new ls125 tractor from Higgins power sports i would have to rate the whole experience a 5 out of 5 everything went easy from beginning to end. The sales person Mark was great the finance guy and the delivery person all great. I traded my 2015 Kawasaki vaquero for down payment. They did great on trade value. they picked up motorcycle and delivered tractor to my house. The delivery person spent at lest 1 hour with me making sure i could operate tractor safely .The hole transaction took 22 hours. Just amazing . Do not hesitate do do business with Higgins power sports !

Great spot with a bunch of friendly guys to help you out! Very knowledgeable of all the products they carry and always willing to help out any way they can to get you the machine you want! Super clean and nicely arranged showroom with all sorts of great machines of all shapes and sizes!

Stopped at two other Polaris dealers more local to me prior to Higgins, and after a few minutes of speaking with Mark Lareau, I made the decision to buy there. He answered every question without hesitation, delivered on every expectation, and did so without the arrogant attitudes I received at the other dealers. Solid experience. I will purchase again at Higgins in the future.

Higgins listed a Yamaha xmr 570 with dps and several other points that were wrong drove and hour to see broken lug bolts missing headlight and cracked body all of which wasn t listed

Recently had my Spyder serviced at Higgins Powersports in Barre, MA. As usual, they did a great job and the bike is running great. Also, the service was done on time, as promised. My experience with both Sales and Service has always been helpful and courteous.

I picked up a z400 for a good price from these fine gents yesterday and had very positive experience. Mark worked with me over the phone and had everything ready for when I showed up because I had quite a drive to get there. Then I signed paperwork with the sales manager Mike who was very polite and respectful. Kamal did a great job helping me load it up in the pickup.Overall these guys did a great job and really respected my time and business. 10/10 would buy here again.

Our experience purchasing our slingshot through Higgins was amazing. Mark our salesperson was great at answering all our questions, Heather was helpful in ordering any of the extras we felt we needed and more than helpful in making our experience very personable. Ron the owner came over and chatted with us and congratulated us on our purchase. The finance department was wonderful in helping to make our purchase one that worked best for our financial needs. All in all we would give Higgins a ten out of ten. Will definitely return there for all our motorcycle needs!
