My husband bought a car from Sean and has stood by the sale and warranty! He has fixed any unexpected problems with ease and in a timely manner! The car is very nice along with the price! Sean has been super helpful, but most of all my husband is happy with it all and what makes hubby happy makes me happy!!! Thanks Sean and staff, great job! Continue being a true gentleman and great businessman

Bought a truck from him October 2016. Thought he was a nice guy working with me to sort out my being long distance and needing it registered in NY. It s apparent he was only trying to speed a sale to help himself! I drove the truck all the way back to Syracuse after being assured it would pass inspection. It failed MISERABLY on almost every count: brakes, serpentine belt it was even missing a brake fluid cap! I brought it back to him and like the other review said he didn t bother to show up. I texted him repeatedly politely asking for issues to be addressed and he would ignore them. He also shoddily welded pieces of the frame such that they were rubbing on my gas tank and render any usually easy repairs either impossible or a huge expense in time and effort. A month later I have to bring it back AGAIN because of a faulty gas cap and thermostat issue. Both were replaced but now a year later I just had to put in a new thermostat again (supposed to last 90k miles!). Best case scenario he s a totally clueless mechanic and at worst he is a criminal who is the reason why nobody trusts car dealers. I don t understand his 6 month warranty why have that if you know buyers are then going to have to come back to you incredibly pissed off?? What kind of a business model is that?! Stay away!!!

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. My boyfriend and I bought a car from Sean 10 days ago and it has been nothing but headaches. First, Sean said that the bank holds his titles and we would not be able to pick it up until Wednesday (we purchased the car on Saturday). So Wednesday came and went with many excuses.. finally on FRIDAY Sean says we can come pick it up. My boyfriend races to the registry (this is the last day of the 7 day grace period to transfer registration) and is told that the car cannot be registered because he forgot to sign a spot. We then have to go back on Saturday to get his signature. Sean knew that we were coming, gave him an ETA, and while on our drive there he says that he's leaving. We get there, he's not there, and we have to wait for him to come back. That night, one tire blows out on the highway and the car is forced to be towed. The air pressure in all of the other tires is less than normal and even after putting air in, they will not hold. He refused to pay for the tow or replace the blown out tire. Also, the service engine light has been on for the past 4 days. We asked Sean when we could come by to have whatever is causing this to be fixed. He said any night would be fine and we planned for me to stop by at 4:30. I just got home after driving to Ayer(30 minutes from home) for the 4th time in 10 days and the whole trip was a waste. When I arrived Sean was not there. A man at the shop called him and he stated that I would have to leave the car and he was not coming to look at it. This has been the worst customer service I have ever received. Do NOT give him a cent.

The mechanic told me exactly how to get a part replaced that should still be under warranty (alternators - installed by another garage, are supposed to last longer than a month!), they helped me deal with that so the part was replaced under warranty. They drew a diagram to explain to me what the work and parts were, what they did, so I really understood, then did the work quickly and for a reasonable price. I knew I needed exhaust work done, and while another garage quoted me thousands, Partridge quoted me hundreds. It is a father to son garage, i think the guy said they've been there for 80 years, they were recommended by 2 friends, and I am glad I finally tried them out. How many mechanics take the time to draw you a diagram and make sure you know what certain parts do and what is wrong etc? I was impressed, I rarely give a 5 star review, but this place earned it.

At first this place was amazing when I bought my 05 F150 haven't had the truck for evening a year and both parking shoe brakes broke off brought it back and they only fixed one side not both so a month last my other side went almost started a fire. I called the owner he so tow it out here I'll fix but you have to pay for the tow and then was only going to give me $100 towards it but parts alone were $300 I told him I'd pay for the labor never got the check. Last week both my rear end and front end of the truck went it doesn't even have 86,000 miles on it. I would not recommend going here my truck has nothing but problems. Now I'm screwed with the loan.

Hey you, whoever is reading this right now, id like to congratulate you on making a smart decision by looking at the reviews of an auto shop before you buy anything from it. Im writing this now because i care about you, whoever is reading this, i care for your well being. I am sincere when i tell you to not buy anything from this place. Ive bought cars from gas station auto shops before and this was the worst. If you buy a vehicle from this shop you will be going back after failing inspection a minimum 2 times, and he will try to tell you how what will and doesnt pass inspection...even when you have the paperwork from the inspection shop that highlights the MA inspection regulations. He will do what every other dealer does and tell you his cars are "mint" but all of them have more rust under the undercarriage than a shipyard. If he brought in more people to run his mechanic shop it might be bettee but theres a grand total of like 3 people working there, him included. You have been warned. His brother is pretty cool though. Seans brother, whoever you are, youre cool man.

Excellent service, never any of those unexpected issues!! Upfront and honest. My go to guys for at least 10 yrs now with repairs, and I even bought a decent truck there! Thank u Donnie, Sean and Brian!

I bought my truck 2 years ago and they have taken care of it ever since . They provide Fantastic customer service and have amazing financing . I recommend them to anyone looking to buy a used car!

purchased a used ford edge 1 year ago, hardly put any miles on it. The motor died today and they had no interest in helping. I don't recommend this place at all.

Don is a great guy not cheap but he does a good job fast and you can trust the work he does. So I guess as they say you want something done right it will cost you but u can trust the work

Bought a 2005 Ford Ranger. Had to go back numerous time for repairs on several 'different' issues. Sean took care of everything.
