Joshua was so kind and nice. Helped me out with my two tires getting them out of my truck for me and getting me a great deal on two replacements!I m so grateful for the experience and kindness. And tires that NO ONE HAD anywhere in this County it seems like I searched for, this store did have them!! I had a flat tire and had to bring the tires without my car. And when we called, we got somebody almost immediately and they treat so nicely.

I want to start off by talking about how amazing JOSHUA! was!!!. I went into town fair tire not knowing anything and coming from a dealer that I spent hours at and was tired. JOSHUA made it so easy for me and was so helpful! Got me in and out the same day. He was so welcoming and so genuine that it made my day!. Joshua explained everything and made sure I understood and what was included and picked out the best tire for my car! in that short time span of getting tires and getting pricing, I got to know he had an adorable little boy, which why he works so hard for and I can see it. Please recognize him for his hard work and making people, like me feel at ease when coming in getting something we don't know anything about. Everyone there that day was working very hard and was very busy. Thank you to the staff at town fair tires for a wonderful experiences that day. Thank you Joshua for making me feel confident when getting new tires. I'll be back! I'll make sure my family goes too! and to see you!

Got myself in a pinch, had a double flat tire and had somewhere to be the next day, another state away. Went into the town fair tire in Auburn and Joshua not only helped me, but he was able to squeeze me into the stores schedule to help me out and get home in time for a very important event. Joshua was very nice, and he made me feel valued. I will be coming back to Joshua anytime I have tire needs

Needed new set of tires and an alignment. As absolutely slammed as the store was when I walked in, once my turn in line came up I was greeted and warmly welcomed by Terry with a smile. Discussed my particular tire needs and alignment I requested. Everything was completed in a timely manner and exactly as promised.Terry and the entire team i interacted with in Auburn are friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you for everything.

I had my new tire here last Thursday. Terry was extremely quick , professional and genuine. When I spoke on the phone with someone she said I have to get 2 tires instead of just replace the flat/ broken one because they always do 2 or 4 not a single one. It means it will be over $500 for 2 ( I only need one). When I came in Terry took a Quick Look and said my the rest of my tires are very new and still had a lots of mileage left in them, so he said I only need to replace the flat one. Within 45 mins I had a new tire! I would recommend this place to anyone. It s hard to find a trustworthy place like this place.

Today I had the pleasure of working with Joshua at Town Fair Tire. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. Joshua was thorough and took the time to explain everything. All the staff members here are exceptional which makes for a pleasant experience every time!

Such a great experience! This was my first time at this particular Town Fair location, and it was amazing. I needed two new tires and was helped out by Angel. He was super helpful and informative by explaining the process and what was needed all while being personable and friendly. Thank you!

Terry was amazing! He was knowledgeable and helpful. We arrived 30 minutes before closing with what ended up being a nail in our tire. It was fixed quickly and we were on our way. Highly recommend Auburn Town Fair Tire!

I have been coming to Town Fair Tire for years but today was by far my best experience! Joshua was amazing and he really helped me out. He was so kind and pleasant. As soon as I called this morning he was willing to price match the amount that I received for my tires from Firestone. No one ever expects to hit a nail and need two brand new tires so I truly appreciate Joshua s help!

Had a nail in a tire. Needed it patched asap. Went to town fair tire in Auburn. The gentleman I dealt with was Kevin. Very polite, easy to deal with. He took me in immediately (I was lucky, no one in front of me). Thirty minutes later the repair was complete! Very happy with the whole experience. It usually doesn't work out like that. I'd certainly recommend these guys to anyone. Rick

Stop what you re doing and go see Terry at Town Fair Tire! I had to replace the tire on my rental car and Terry made a stressful experience easy and seamless. He was so friendly and knowledgeable and had me in and out of the shop in record time. Cannot recommend enough!

I have never experienced such great customer service as I did coming to this facility. Jacob and Brett were VERY helpful with their service today for my wife and I. What impressed me the most about both of them was the fact that they told us that they wanted to help us with new tires and didn t want us to leave without. And for that I am grateful! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Terry at Town Fair Tire in Auburn is a true professional and fantastic sale and tire expert. I came in looking for a quote for tires for a ford focus I had just purchased and I ended up purchasing tire with a full alignment and road hazard. Terry showed me a few options and quoted me on all of them. He was very informative and answered all my questions. He was very genuine and down to earth. Overall I had a great experience dealing with Terry and the work was done quickly. Thanks again Terry and I look forward to working with you and your team there at TFT in the future.

I came to town fair tire today and dealt with Jonathan Rodriguez bar none customer service very polite and enthusiastic. He helped me with my car and got excellent service ans hospitality. And tge prove for labor and tires were unbeatable compared to other places. Definitely will be coming back with all my vehicles !!! Definitely recommend this place.

I have been a long term customer of Town Fair and I have to say, I m always pleased. I called to make an appointment and they were able to fit me in the next day! I was greeted by Jonathan and he was more than happy to assist. As an online shopper I thought I knew what I wanted before I went in when in fact with Jonathan s help he was able to provide a better deal that I had missed ultimately making a better choice. I left the car expecting it to take all day but I was called and told the car was ready within a few shorts hours after I left. Great team effort from the front desk to the garage! I will continue to keep coming back. Great job, Auburn location.

Easy online ordering of 4 tires with an alignment. Scheduled online to have them installed and everything went perfect. Dropped my car off a little early and the employees had the car done within an hour and a half. Great customer service

Joshua was fantastic. I came in looking for a specific size tire, and when I called around, nobody had it except for town fair. Joshua was enthusiastic and happy to help me place my order. He gave me an awesome discount and saved me a lot of money. The tires arrived the next day and were mounted for me to pick them up that same day. Prices were unmatched and if you ask for Joshua he'll take great care of you.

The guys at Town Fair Tire took me in at 15 minutes to closing, repaired my flat tire quickly and efficiently, and also were kind enough to print me a proposal for replacing all four of my tires per my request. This is a business that takes pride in their work, and it shows!

Came to town fair tire today and the atmosphere and the hospitality was great. I dealt with Jonathan R auburn location and he treated me very well I'll definitely be coming back. Definitely recommend coming here it's one stop shop tires balancing alignment and prices were affordable. Thank you town fair tire !

Terry provided me with multiple quotes and helped me to choose the best tires for my needs. The costs were lower then any competitor. The Yokohama tires were installed quickly on my Toyota RAV4 and handle well. It is a smooth ride. I am extremely pleased with how Terry from Town Fair Tire assisted me through the whole process from start to finish. I will definitely return to Town Fair Tire the next time that i need new tires. Thanks Terry for all of your help!

Dropped my car off to have a minor issue addressed. They did the job much more quickly than anticipated and called right away to let me know. Joshua helped me out at the counter and was excellent all around -- thorough, efficient, and exceptionally friendly.

Despite a long wait to drop off car for snow tire change over, was relieved to see Brett back at the Auburn location. Was planning to make this my last trip but will stay on now that Brett and s here. Thank goodness.

Town Fair Tire Auburn gave great customer service and answered my questions about my tire situation. Jonathan Rodriguez and staff gave me great recommendations on my tires and I left supported and informed about what the next steps I need to take to have a safe drivable vehicle.

Scheduled a last minute appointment at 4pm, ended up getting there at 3:30 and Jonathan met with me right away. Took care of my tire once he got my information and 25 minutes later Jonathan had my car all ready to go. Best and fastest Town Fair Tire experience I've had.

I had a great experience at Town Fair in Auburn. Josh was able to help me right away with my tires and explained how long my service would take. Sure enough, 90 mins later I had my keys back and was out the door!
