O Rileys is always my first choice they always have cheapest prices compared to competitors and better warranties too. And If you do find a cheaper price at a competitor they will match the price.

$200 dollars for a midgrade battery. They give a 2 yrs warranty because after 2 yrs it is trash

Usually I don't go to O'Reilly, but they had the parts I needed when the other place didn't. So I went. Anyway, it's 3-30-2023 around 6:30PM and there's a guy and a girl working at the front desk. This dude is insanely rude. He's annoyed because I was unsure of something and needed a moment to look at the pictures on the computer to figure it out. He recommends I go buy it online (that's rude) so I say "that's okay I'm already here," to which he responds "that's okay I'm all commission, i dont mind making yer money" (Insanely rude) and then he steps back and plays a youtube video as loud as his phone will play it. I'm having trouble thinking, by the way, because of a recent real bad motorcycle accident where my head was struck, which I told him. So after the phone, out comes the pen that's he's now striking on the counter as loud as possible in repetition like he's trying to nail Morse code. The girl working with him is even looking at me in disbelief like she's about to laugh. I've had enough of this nonsense, so I walk out. He says, "God bless" nice and loud as I'm leaving. What a jerk. No respect, and I'm sure his work ethic isn't great either. Won't be coming back here.

Clean and helpful location. Service is fast and friendly. Never busy in the evening but week staffed so you can get above and beyond service.

Good store and crew here is helpful. Sometimes you wait as there may only be one person up front but they really help you find what you need or install wipers always clean too.

Great people! I came in late right before they were closing because I was leaking coolant. Wasn t going to make it home which was still an hour away. A tall guy with a black goatee came and helped me. He gave great advice and got me back on the road and was able to make it home. If anyone knows his name that would be great! I want to send him something!

They fired me for something I did by drive by the old employees house she said I was a crep and she did won't me to work there the manager dose know what he doing there at all his name is Dan oley good person there is the commercial manager Mike in the back

I needed a battery and they had exactly what I needed. It was charged and I swapped it out in the parking lot. Everything worked out great.

Every person I have dealt with in there is extremely helpful and go above and beyond. For example, one time I had a fuse blow in my car and my family was all packed up and ready for a trip. Instead of just selling me the parts and wishing me good luck, the guy actually came out and replaced the fuse for me... not his job to do, but went out of his way to help my family.

I had never been here and I wasn't sharp enough to get the names of the two girls working at the time. They were personable, friendly, helpful and simply wonderful! Great employees and amazing women!

I was hiking with my dogs in N Oxford and someone stole one of my windshield wipers. Knowing that more storms were coming, I stopped here on my way hom (Saturday June 6th around 7 pm). The gentleman who waited on me, not only explained the different grades and prices, but also installed it for. I would definitely recommend

On New Year s Day I leftMoney on the counter by accident. Instead of putting it aside or report it the people behind the counter misplaced 900 dollars. I can only imagine what other things go on there.. how many others get robbed.. Shame on this place and the people..

In the cold pouring rain here the very kind man who cashed me out also installed my windshield wipers for me. I am so great full for his assistance. I'm hoping they actually get reconixegnised here for their above and beyond service

Sent my daughter there for a new battery after it was jumped..the youngster installed her battery for her..it was below 0 with the windchill..who says youngsters have no work ethic today..good boy..

Walked in with a list of things I needed and was shown options of what was in the store and what they could get and which other Stores in the area had it. Couldn't have been more helpful and was out of the store in 15 minutes
