I called with no appointment and Rick said come on down. Steve was very knowledgeable. Rick is very friendly and entertaining!! Steve was clear on my car. The videos were helpful. The Midas card is a good deal. Thanks Rick and Steve!

I came in for a oil change and have my brakes looked at. I didn't think they were that bad then this amazing guy Rick explained to me how bad they really were and said I could get approved for a loan to get them done. I was able to leave my car the same day and get it back the next day!!!! I couldn't have asked for a better experience at a mechanic shop.. thanks Rick for taking care of my car and my safety!!!

The staff at this Midas were incredibly communicative and accommodating so that I got my vehicle in and out and completely serviced. They were also affable and made me feel like a valued customer. Top notch work!

I ended up stranded at this Midas after my vehicle broke down. But what a place to be stranded at! Super hospitable staff, and I ve definitely made a good friend. What started out as a stressful situation ended as a memorable and pleasant experience. Thank you!

Wonderful experience. The team called me back within 5 minutes of my making an online appointment inquiry. Rick was incredibly kind and helpful. They provided an uber home and then back to pick up my car. The service report was incredibly detailed, and even included pictures and video. Excellent service, great team.

Midas was super helpful and got me in in a pinch for front breaks I desperately needed. Rick was kind and honest, and further helped me with new tires I also needed right then and there. I highly recommend!

Horrific. Quoted me $2800 for 1 ball joint and simple e-brake fix on a Cadillac Escalade I bought for my daughter. The parts were about $300-$400. I got other quotes and the entire job should be $500-700 or so. Midas kinda raked me in the past. They must have been testing how much of a sucker I am. I asked Rick to print out the quote for me. He said "We don't print out quotes." They printed them before. Magically, no more. ZERO STARSIf I also wanted the brakes and rotors done he said it'd be $6800. I was baffled. Rick said "Yeah... Cadillacs are expensive."When I went back to the store to pick up my daughters vehicle I told Rick I got a few other quotes and that he was 400%-500% more than everyone else and he said "Yeah... that sounds about right. Might be a little excessive." JUST WOW.P.S. They had my daughter's School ID and our house keys. We're going to change the locks on our home. I'm actually concerned to have my house keys in the hands of liars and thieves.I'll update my posting when my locks are changed.

I had a great experience with both Rick and Steve, they were attentive and accommodating. There was an issue with the drain plug from the manufacturer, however, Rick was quick to get my car back in and correct everything free of charge. Very dependable service.

Requested to get my headlight adjusted as it s not seated properly on my mkz. I Was told only a dealership can bolt/ adjust headlight. Called another local shop who is going to do it for 80$. If Midas can t do this small of a job, they shouldn t bring doing any work at all on vehicles. Avoid this place if you can.

I'm very particular who works on my cars even just for an oil change and am very happy with the service I received on all three of my vehicles. Great customer service, comfortable waiting area. Service performed as requested without pressure for more unneeded repairs. They had me back on the road in no time for all three of my scheduled appointments. They are absolutely wonderful here. The manager Rick absolutely loves people and wants to do what's best for you and your car! They are honest. I needed to get my MIL's car an oil change and I knew exactly where I was brining it.They deal with many different cars so they are knowledgeable. Getting your oil changed isn't cheap but it is necessary and I feel confident that what I paid for was good quality and done correctly.Don't hesitate to come here!

Rick and his team at Midas Auburn did a fantastic job on my vehicle today. They were professional, courteous and showed attention to detail. Call to get a price quote for a oil & transmission fluid change on my vehicle. Rick answered the phone and was extremely professional; which in my experience is very rare in today's business companies. He quoted me a fair price and got me right in I was very pleased with the work and the speed of how quick I was in and out. Definitely a 10+ for a recommendation. Ask for Rick he'll make sure to get you a fair price and great quality services. New service done today had my tires done. Call Rick up without an appointment he took me right in as usual great customer service and a super great deal on the price for premium tires. This is my guy won't e going anywhere else as long as he's around. Two thumbs up and 5 stars.

*edited* I'll leave my previous problem below, But Rick the manager was great. I was hesitant to go in with my issue, but as soon as I showed up and started to explain he recognized me. He had been trying to reach out and make things right. And that's exactly what he did, I can confidently say they have some of the best customer service. If you have any concerns I definitely recommend going in, if they did anything wrong they'll make it right.Commercial car shops tend to not have the best reputation, but this Midas seems to be doing everything they can to turn that around.Mistakes and oversights can happen, and it's nice to see a business that cares, or more so, a business run by people that care--Went in to get a 4 wheel alignment, my back two wheels were in desperate need and I put brand new tires on the day before. Just a couple months later, my back tires are completely smooth, driving in the rain is incredibly dangerous, I'm sliding around, I take it into my mechanic and it turns out they never did the alignment. Or at least the alignment on the back two tires, My mechanic put marks on before I went in and it looks like they didn't even touch the back wheels

I brought my car to Midas in Auburn to get an oil change and an estimate for new brakes. I received an estimate from another shop but Rick, the manager at Midas, won my business with his thorough explanation of the repair job needed, while also not overselling me on maintenance that wasn t necessary yet, also the price was better and he worked with me to make it affordable, all while having a friendly yet professional disposition. Now that I have new brakes, my car runs amazing, there s no more noise and it s very smooth. I am absolutely impressed by the quality of service I received by Rick at Midas and I will definitely be a customer for life!

I had a terrific experience here at Midas! I came in a few minutes late and they were still able to take me, I was told it would take a bit and got a ride home, turns out it didn t take long at all so Rick was able to get me an Uber back! Cheapest oil change around and Amazon customer service!
