I bought my new Honda CR-V from Lundgren Honda and I absolutely love it! I only bring it to the service department whenever I m due for an oil change, rotation , and inspection . The whole team including Chris are amazing! They are always honest and you are always updated with everything. I even got a car wash . Thank you to all!

This place truly represents the protocols of a reputable company and the American employees guys are full of respect and are experts in their job.I Love this place as soon as I handed in my car after the service as if it was new.

Have always had great service at Lundgren Honda; however, I recently had a not-so-pleasant experience. Thus, the 3-star rating instead of a 5-star. But Lundgren was quick to respond and set things right. I have been a loyal customer for quite a few years now and will not let this one issue stop me from continuing with them in the future. Lydia Krog has been a fantastic salesperson who we have been working with over the past six years when leasing our new vehicles. She went above and beyond assisting me with my recent bad service experience and has proven that she cares for her customers before, during, and after the sale. Lydia will be the main reason I keep returning to Lundgren Honda. If you are ever in need of a new vehicle, stop by and see Lydia. I ve always had my car serviced by a Honda dealer, but I won t be bringing my car here ever again. I was told I needed new rear brakes and calipers immediately and it was dangerous to drive the car. When sales people become to pushy, it s a red flag to me. I brought my car to a local mechanic and stated I needed new brakes. They checked the brakes and gave me my estimate. I politely asked about needing new calipers and they stated they were a little frozen, but the tech freed them - and stated they don t need to be replaced. Lundgren was willing to charge me, a loyal customer for years $800 to replace something that wasn t broken. Poor customer service - I am no longer loyal to Honda - I ve found a trustworthy mechanic that won t rip me off.

Dealer service here is top notch, courteous, prompt, accurate. I had warranty work done here on my 2020 civic, which was also purchased here and was also a generally good experience. The usual dealer caveats apply: you will get some sales pressure on purchasing and need to do some negotiating, and for repairs, out of warranty is certainly cheaper to be had at a local garage. Nothing out of the norm here though.

Ripped my gf off. 180 for an oil change. 460 total for routine service. Brake fluids replaced before needed. Pretty disgusting

Oil change, tire rotation, and reattaching a loose portion of my car's undercarriage went well and was done in a reasonable amount of time. No pressure to get anything unnecessary done, everyone there was nice.
