First time using the Lundgren Collision Center. I was greeted professionally, the staff was very friendly, and the process and time of repair was explained to me as we did our walk around. They also contacted me regularly during the repair process to let me know the status of my vehicle, with the repair being completed in less time than projected. The outcome was great, the car was washed, and the interior was vacuumed. I highly recommend Lundgren for any body work your vehicle requires.

Update Feb 2024-after almost three months and Lundgren destroying my truck, I have taken it to another shop.FYI - This review is written before I see the finished product.I picked Lundgren based on Google Reviews and the recommendation of Progressive Insurance. My vehicle has been there since the beginning of December (it is now the end of January) and I have been promised its completion multiple times, yet it always gets pushed off, for some reason or another.I was encouraged by the other reviewers stating good communication from Lundgren, but I have received anything but. I have been told different things by everyone there. I have been told several times, that they would update me later in the day and even after numerous calls/messages/texts, I get no response.I have been told it would be ready, one day and then get a message telling me it will be a few days or a week.I am not trying to rush them, since I want the work completed and hopefully it will be done well, but I do expect reasonable responses from someone who is doing a job for me, who I am paying.I will update the review with details on the work. Hopefully it will be better than the responsiveness and reliability of the shop itself.

I brought my vehicle for repairs and I would 100 percent recommend them! The customer service was amazing. Mike sent me weekly updates.A month later I realized my horn didnt work. I called them and they had me come in. They fixed it without hassle!I will come back for all vehicle repairs. Thank you for the great experience at Lundgren Collision Center.

Was hoping the recommendations from my friends were good enough but after seeing the reviews and currently going through what some people have said in the reviews. Im giving 3stars and that's before my car is finished. Why 3 stars? Car got hit Jan 3rd, they couldn't take my car til Jan29th. From then it took until Feb 13th for final estimate to get approved. (I blame the insurance adjuster for that one, he took long.) Car went into repairs maybe two days later, Im not sure. Has been in repairs since then with an estimated date of completion for March 12th. On the 12th, I got told its scheduled for completion on the 18th, mechanical work was done and it needed one last thing before going to body shop. Now Im being told its still in body shop and will go into paint department sometime next week and I will be contacted Wednesday for an update. I understand winter just went by and there were alot of accidents but this is nothing new and has been going on for several years now from what I can see. It's not fair and not right. I dont want to rush them but I really need my car back already. I will update this review and the rating based on finished results and how the car feels after 2 weeks of having it back.

This shop is professionally run. You are given weekly updates as to the progress of the repair. The staff, from customer service to the mechanical side of things answer and respond to questions. It was the best experience I could have wanted in what can be a difficult experience for people.

I chose them because I have had a really good experience buying my car from the Lundgren dealership & getting it serviced there so I figured I might have the same awesome experience with them repairing my car at their collision center after someone hit my car parked on the street. They repaired the damage done to my car from being rear ended. They were excellent the whole time. They communicated thoroughly and my car was done 3 days earlier than expected and you can't even tell it was ever damaged to begin with! Having an accident is always an unpleasant experience. Having an accident 1500 miles from home adds to the misery. I had our damaged vehicle towed to Lundgren and I m very glad we did. I met Mike the first time I went to their facility which is extremely clean and big. Throughout the entire process I was kept informed as to the status of the vehicle. It was such a pleasure to know what was happening. They finished the vehicle ahead of schedule which I greatly appreciated as I wanted to head home. The repair was perfect and there was significant damage. I highly recommend Lundgren to anyone.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Auto glass replacement

Mike was very easy to deal with and received lots of texts throughout the process - Hertz has a booth at the collision center so renting and dropping off a rental vehicle was simple. I would like to say i was very satisified with the work that had been done. Great job on the paint matching and alignment of new front end parts. If there was a way to leave 0 stars, I would. My insurance company recommended this place. I will never waste my money here again. My car left this facility in worse condition than when I dropped it off. Please avoid this place if you have other options. They are not thorough at assessing damage.

I was so pleased with the work done by Lundgren Collisions Center. My car was beautiful when it was done, and the customer service was great. I loved the email updates and Mike always called to discuss things and keep me informed as to the progress. And I was pleasantly surprised when I got my car back, and it had also been detailed! Best experience ever!

I've had my vehicle worked on here a couple times already this year. Their service is exceptional. The quality of their work is beautiful and they guarantee it. I had an accident with my Kia forte GT last month and dropped it off at lundgren a week ago. Just picked it up today and am very pleased with the repairs, amazing customer service and a shiny sparkling clean car Inside and out! The staff were very friendly and professional. I received texts to keep my updated on progress and the turnaround time was quick. My car looks brand new where the scratches were. Lundgren collision proved to be great all around. I live out of state and my car was hit while on vacation. They got my car in immediately, set up my rental, and proactively provided updates while the car was there. I picked it up and it was clean and looked like it had never been hit. Mike was very welcoming, friendly and very helpful. I felt at home when I took my car there after an accident. Mike helped me with my car and rental issues� which really saved me a hustle. When I went to pick up my car it looked like brand new because it was very clean. Kirsten too and other staff in general were very nice that why I give 5 stars.
