Fullers oil changes are always the best and when in doubt they always do a quick vacuum. It might not seem like a big deal when they vacuum but it shows how much they care and they go above and beyond with customer service. Not only that but they also send you photos of what is wrong with your vehicle and do a great job checking for issues. Many places will say you have xyz wrong with your car and lie but here they prove it with photos. Great job Fuller Automotive keep it up!

AWFUL EXPERIENCE -Had a poor customer experience there recently, so I called and spoke to service manager Rob Fleck to clarify what exactly happened and share my poor experience.I strive to be polite and respectful with anyone in a service industry, and I was very courteous to the service manager the whole the entire call.I prefaced the call by saying "Looking to get clarification on the disconnect we had last Friday on the the vehicle I dropped off for a pre-inspection." "Can I share what my perspective was and then then I can hear your side" He said sure so I went ahead and politely and calmly expressed my perception of what had happened but he kept on cutting me off and thus not letting me fully voice my questions. However, I must of said something to trigger him because he took it from a 0-10 real quick. He kept on interrupting me while I tried to calmly talk. So I pause for 2 seconds and asked him "can you stop interrupting me and let me finish my explanation and that I would listen to his input on the matter after". Shockingly, he acted like a 8th grader in an argument,. No reasoning involved. Just talking over me like a bully.Next, he started questioning me in a VERY short, agitated and unprofessional manner. When I would start to answer his questions he kept cutting me off over and over and over, so I just kept silent. He then said " oh you quiet now?" I responded for the 4th time, saying "you keep cutting me off", and again he cut me off when I was saying that.At that point, I told him "I think we can stop here as we are not getting anywhere" , to which he replied "GREAT!" and hung up.I'm laughing to myself right now thinking how this guy was super mad, and I was the calm one with the bad experience lol. Certain people are just better at working on cars then dealing with customers. This guy was tapped and am shocked they let this guy talk to customers.Just avoid this place. I tried to to sort it out, but this is why I normally try to avoid "talking to the manager" I think I will avoid giving direct feedback to businesses and stick to Google reviews I hope it helps somebody from being treated the way I was by their service manger.Lastly, the owner, as you see in the comments has to come to a conclusion on what my situation was without having all the facts. Again, neither Rob the strive manager nor the owner got my side of the story and were both unwilling to just listen for a second. He's the owner and he run his business how he wants and I can leave reviews how I want. They will not get my business, my families business, or my friends business. Additionally, they should not get YOUR business. They won't give a sh*t should they not meet your expectation, and worse yet, you might have to deal with Rob Fleck.Have a great day all! :)

I have been bringing all my cars to Fullers for over 20 years. I have always been impressed with their mechanic work and customer service. Chris and all of his team (from technicians, mechanics, and front desk staff) have always been honest in their assessments (even letting me know things can wait), and have taken the time to explain things and answer my questions.I trust Fullers fully, and recommend them to anyone looking for anything from an oil change to full autobody work.Five Stars!!!

I'm a new customer. I've only been there three times (we have 2 cars) and each time I was very impressed by the way the service desk listened and documented the problems I was there for. They do full state inspections, oil changes with no appointment necessary. They are very efficient. I had to get a slow-leaking tire repair and tire rotation and a state inspection: I waited for the car there in the waiting area (which is clean, warm with amenities like wifi, coffee, TV) and listened to the service managers take great care in helping folks take care of their vehicles. I overheard them actively try and save their customers money by prioritizing parts, repairs and replacements as they wrote up work orders. The work areas are visible and appear clean, well-organized, and mechanics in quasi-uniforms, logo-bearings shirts, jackets and hats. This seems like it would be a great way to care for the workers as "the swag" is practical and creates a cohesive, unified 'look'.I will be going back for tires soon!

We've decided to stop using Fuller's Automotive after a frustrating experience that left us disappointed with their service. We recently brought one of our trucks in for an inspection and paid for it. However, Fuller's told us they couldn't go ahead with it because of some paperwork issues. Even though our truck was registered, we only had last year's paperwork (this has never been an issue with them in previous years). They said they'd give us a refund but didn't follow through. When we asked if we could use the credit for another truck, they said it wasn't possible. It's pretty baffling that they took our money when they couldn't actually do the inspection and just said it was their "procedure."But what really bugged us was how they treated us during our interactions. Our assistant manager called them in the morning and got frustrating responses. When I called later, I talked to someone who claimed I had spoken to them earlier ("My answer's haven't changed from when I talked to you this morning") without even checking if it was me or someone else from our company. It would have been more professional to ask if we'd talked earlier, which we had not. When I asked about why they had promised a refund at the counter, they replied with, "I don't know why he said that, if he even did say that," basically implying our assistant manager was lying. To sum it up, our experience with Fuller's was marked by rudeness, unprofessional behavior, a reluctance to do their job, and a lack of organization. They took our money for a service they couldn't provide without any warning. Because of this, we've decided to go elsewhere for our automotive needs, and we recommend others do the same. Fuller's Automotive doesn't live up to the standards of good service and professionalism that customers should expect.

I've been going here for years and these guys always do a great job. I recently had my first experience with the autobody shop and the work was great, which motivated me to take the time to leave a review. I highly recommend these guys for anything... oil changes, inspections, mechanical, and now autobody.

Shop was bigger than expected when I scheduled to get tires here. Nice shop setup and knowledgeable techs. Very accommodating and was in and out in less time than expected. Definitely a good alternative to the stealerships!

Fuller's has taken care of all 3 of my Mustangs, repainting my 2004 Mustang GT Convertible and installing all new decals, fixing the front of my 2006 Mustang after a bike ran into the front of it, and will soon be repainting the side of my 2013 Mustang after a punk keyed it last week. They are the BEST body shop I've ever dealt with !

Great staff all around, they are my families go to place. Went there today for oil change and tire rotation, service rep at desk said they had to reschedule my tire rotation due to bays all full. ( The big boss overheard conversation and rolled up his sleeves and got it done for me ) Will definitely continue bringing my Jeep Wrangler here. Really great mechanics, fast friendly service and reasonable prices. Also the chairs in the waiting area are way more comfortable than they look.

Fuller's always provides top notch service and they do what it takes to work closely with their customers to keep them fully satisfied. They completethe work in the time frame that they commit to and they won't do any services on your car that are not needed. Pricing for services is competitive andthe full staff is very customer service oriented. If any issues arise they will be completely supportive to the needs of the customer. I have been a regularcustomer for over 10 years and I am completely satisfied with my experiences in getting my cars serviced here. Good job Fuller's!Dan P.

AWESOME experience! Fuller's of Auburn was recommended to me by my insurance company after I struck a deer on 395. It was an upsetting and emotional experience, not to mention disappointing considering I've only had this truck for a year. All I can say is this place is the closest you can get to "white glove" treatment every step of the process. They have a Geico insurance adjuster on-site, an Enterprise car rental on-site - it truly is one-stop shopping for all of your auto body needs!Josh Fuller was there to greet me and walked me through every step of the process. He made the service very personal and answered any questions I had. Willie was great at communicating timelines. My truck was ready a day earlier than originally promised, which was impressive given the Christmas and New Years holidays. And the true test of any auto body repair - it looks like nothing ever happened.I could not be happier with the service that I was provided and the quality of work!

Was on my way down 495 heading to a work function and caught a nail in my tire. Put the spare on and went straight to Fuller's. They knew I had to make a work engagement and took care of me right away. Great service, friendly, knowledgeable staff. Couldn't be happier and thankful that they were there to help. Would highly recommend. Thank you Fullers!!Service: Tires

Made an appointment with Josh to have my repair done after someone hit my car. He made the whole process so easy. From the time I walked in to the time I picked up my car they kept me informed the whole way. They had to order parts for my car and they came in quicker than I expected. They are so exceptional when I picked up my car I found that they even detailed the interior! I am beyond happy with the work they performed you wouldn t even know it was in the shop! 12/10!!Service: Auto body & trim repair

It's where we go!! Why?? They take care of us and all of our cars in the family. Today as we were heading out on a four hour road trip, my car's service required light came on. I pulled in and I explained that my husband is a disabled veteran and a tech came out to the car to check it out and ensure our safety. Sometimes it's the little things. Sometimes the little things are HUGE!! Thank you for your service.

Don t go here for inspections. Honest people but will fail your inspections for minor repairs such as a scratched license plate . Don t waste your time.

The Fullers Team is nothing short of spectacular, every time. I get my inspection stickers there every year and the process is always simple and efficient. I recently had to bring my car in for body work, everyone was extremely pleasant, explained the process to me and made the whole experience as seamless as possible. The attention to detail and care that is put into every interaction is exemplary for all businesses.Services: Body & Trim, Vehicle Inspection

I have been taking my car to Fuller's for almost 10 years, and they have never done me wrong. They are the best example of the kind of service you get when you visit a local business that really knows what they're doing. They are consistently friendly and honest, and on many occasions have suggested low-cost solutions or simply said "Your car looks good!" rather than squeezing me for every dime. Highly recommended!

Fuller's in Auburn is the best place to have any kind of work needed for your vehicle. The staff are extremely helpful and knowledge and have always repaired my cars so I feel safe driving them. I will never go anywhere else.

I came in for new tires with my spare tire on the pickup and the flat tire in the bed. The service writer Patricia was very friendly and quick to get me started. While the pickup was up on the lift, the technician noticed my front passenger side brake caliper was not working properly. This was an easy fix that could have resulted in something bad if not repaired. While I was waiting, I asked Patricia if the technician could put the spare tire back to where it is stored on the truck. The answer was, oh ya we did that already. In summary, I would recommend Fuller for all your auto and truck service needs.Services: Tires, Brakes

I recently moved to Massachusetts so I had to get my car inspected. After looking around for hours at online reviews, Fuller s appeared one of the most reliable and least shady in the area. When I arrived I was told it would be about 40 minutes as they were somewhat busy at the time. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. My car was inspected within twenty minutes and the staff member who had done the inspection went over a few things to keep an eye on but nothing that would fail inspection. He was very friendly, personable, and helpful!I will return to Fuller s and from my experience I would recommend this business.

I could sit here and list the multiple issues I have with Fullers, but I do not have the time. They did not fix my car completly and they took their sweet time. 6 months to find a engine, but it took them 2 months to even put in a order. I only know this because I have close friends who were watching my account. They drag their feet no if, and or buts about it. Fullers did not let me know that they do not have the tech to take care of the issues I had with the vehicle either. They wrote it off as fixed, but I left with additional issues that was not wrong with the vehicle before. The Auburn location and the enterprise next to it are worth staying clear of. I would rather walk my butt everywhere before I go back to either of them.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Engine repair
