One of the best Firestone Stores I ve ever visited! Nik the manager and his team are knowledgeable, helpful, and provide quality repairs and recommendations for my vehicle. Highly recommend this team that s always willing to go above and beyond to satisfy the customer. Never leave disappointed. I recommend this shop to all of my friends and family. A+++

I was able to get a tire and an appointment quick and it didn't take too long for my tire be changed. The one thing I'll say is that the tire protection was added on without me confirming. I had completed my request online for my tire and had denied the protection but in store it was somehow added on so just be sure to review the invoice before paying in case.

Starter for my Toyota Tundra died on me. The great staff at Auburn work me into their busy schedule and spend many hours replacing the starter because of its location. A repeat customer who had to have both leaf springs replaced. The manager knew of a spring manufacturer in Worcester who made custom springs. Save me close to $2000. My number one place to go for oil changes to replacing a starter and leaf springs.

I shredded my oil filter housing and just couldn t get it off no matter what tools I used. I ve been to Firestone before for my wife s jeep so I d had a relationship with this place before. Called and they said they were kinda booked up so I just had it dropped off with no time expectation.They called in a couple hours after I had come into talk about it saying it s done. I brought it in kinda in pieces and they found all the pieces I had just angrily thrown in the bed and put it all back together (even added a nut onto my skid plate.) Service manager I believe James is great to deal with and had everything handled before I walked in the door. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and trust worthy spot.

Provided prompt service to my vehicle. Well communicated on what would be done, status throughout the service, and very knowledgeable manager during the process.Nik did a wonderful job explaining all the details and commitment getting my vehicle on time. She make it a very pleasant experience and added laughter that made it a better experience.

Chance was excellent! She navigated thru the computer and used her resources to apply all savings possible. Great customer service! Explained everything to a T!!2nd visit and still impressed! X-Zavier helped me when I found my tire flat, same day service. He, also, looked for any savings he could provide me, knew my tire was in stock, kept me informed throughout the repair and explained my invoice. He was quick and efficient. My repair didn't take long at all. Very happy with their customer service.

I had a great experience here today!! I made an appointment online and they had my car in and were working on it right away. The manager was so friendly and did his best to give me the best price and get me out of there as fast as possible. Despite running around and being extremely busy I watched him give every customer the best service he could!! Will definitely be coming here to get my oil changes & tires!

I've been to many Firestones across the country from Washington, Oklahoma, Missouri, Michigan and now Massachusetts. The manager at the Auburn, MA Firestone was by far the most helpful manager that I've dealt with. Even when a customer was being incredibly rude to him, he kept his composure and handle the situation with grace. Not a lot of people would be able to do that with a room full of people and a bay full of cars.

I called to make an appointment now it goes to an "appointment specialist" detached from the actual location. I made an appointment with her, then the day of my appointment about 2 hours before hand I get an email saying it's canceled or denied. I call the shop and she says she denied it because she's to busy. That's fine but when people make appointment they expect to know if that appointment is valid when scheduling. Now it's Saturday and I can't find another place to look at my car. While I was under the impression I had an appointment up until hours before.

Really good service overall. They did order the wrong tires which delayed my service a few days. But they discounted my service and were apologetic. Overall really good service.

Appointment done by caradadvice was not honored by the shop. With 3 days ahead, they cancelled my appointment and did not even care to say anything. The lady at the office was very rude to my wife as well. Never received any email from her cancelling my appointment. If u had to cancel my appointment to install my tires ok, sometimes bad things happen, but cancelling without any message makes the things worse.

I got 4 new truck tires balanced and mounted in less than an hour and 15 minutes extremely professional and helpful staff and I guarantee I'll be back for oil changes and free tire rotation

This business is very unprofessional. After 3 hours waiting for a coil part to be installed, I discovered they are ordering parts for a vehicle that isn't in their garage!! No wonder the parts didn't fit!! Wouldn't listen to me when I told them what the part number was ( I called my fiat dealer in Florida to get it). The service person is so busy trying to sell services that aren't needed and discuss their personal business, that they don't pay attention to what is being said to them. You'd think first thing would be to check the VIN of the vehicle they're working on!! Four hours later I'm still waiting. Do NOT use this dealer unless it's your last choice.

We had a simple tire repair and oil change.They ended up stripping the oil drain plug and almost tightening an oversized drain plug.This resulted in the engine running out of oil, and multiple malfunction lights coming on.Did not trust their workmanship, we brought the vehicle to the dealer.They confirmed the damage, had to clean the mess, replace the oil pan and luckily the engine didn t seize.We started a case with corporate Firestone, ending up with two cases because they couldn t track the first one.After weeks of not having a vehicle, Firestone corporate did agree with us over the phone, acknowledging the damage and verbally said to proceed and call with the final bill from the dealer.Once repairs were completed, they acted like they knew nothing of previous conversations and said we had to wait for the claims adjuster to look at the vehicle before accepting fault. Luckily we recorded the phone calls.We waited for CHET to arrive, he never showed up. He tried to call once, but never returned any phone calls or voicemails. Never even went to look at the vehicle. Finally sends an email saying Firestone will not accept liability because the vehicle was repaired before they could look at it. 3 weeks waiting for them to show up or even call.Called Firestone and the claim was closed, we reopened the case and provided one phone call and all the details directly to corporate. They said they would review and call within 7 business days. They never called. Called again today and they sent another escalation email.Working in the automotive industry for 20 years, this is the worst case of negligence.We are still waiting for Firestone to acknowledge they clearly damaged the vehicle and reimburse the costly repairs caused by their lack of training.Dragging their feet created a scenario where a simple task like taking kids to the doctors when sick was made very difficult.I guess we ll give Firestone corporate one more weekend to get it together before seeking further action.CASE 2753815Service: Oil change

First of all, the front desk women were really not professional at all. Chatting back and forth about personal matters, etc.But my real gripe is frankly about the pressure that was applied upon being told that I needed brake pads on all 4 tires, for the princely sum of nearly a thousand dollars! After saying I was going to pass on service and get a second opinion, because I was just presented with a $900+ estimate for brake pads (BTW, their shop rate is $155/hr, absolute lunacy!)... the rep was extremely cocky and persistent and said that my car was unsafe to drive (mind you, the brakes weren t even making any sounds or anything on the days preceding my visit) and that I d need to SIGN a waiver in order to have my property returned to me! Which is most likely illegal.So I took the car to my local mechanic the following morning who said I should get brakes done, but are not 'unsafe' at their current state... And the cost? $700, including pads and NEW ROTORS. Not vehicle mounted resurfacing , which is of course not even the proper way to resurface a rotor, it's just taking an angle grinder to the rotors while still on the car! So for far less money I got a superior product and service, I don t regret my decision to leave there one bit and you should really hire some more professional staff for your front end.OH! And if you offer 'Free Brake Inspection" and estimates, and then proceed to charge $10 for that said inspection... That isn't free, that's bait and switch... and frankly that should be cause enough for anyone to avoid going to your establishment!

They damaged my vehicle and denied it.I brought my van in for a tuneup an oil change and a check up.They damage my vehicle bad when they brought it in.Then they simply said they didn t.The damage is obviously fresh and you can tell that it just happened. They refuse to take any responsibility for it. The woman started taking videos of old scratches on my van and bumper stickers I have on it. That has nothing to do with the huge gouge along the side of the van. She was being obnoxious trying to find reasons that would void their error. I had to wait hours for her to tell me that corporate will call me and put a claim in for the damages. That was two weeks ago and no one from Firestone ever called me. Apparently I m just stuck with the damages. I do not recommend Firestone. They will make a mistake and not take responsibility for it. They should be ashamed of themselves. I will never go back to this Firestone. The store managersName is Chance and she put me through the wringer with this one.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Went to get an oil change done on my wife s Honda and the staff was completely rude. Front staff person Chance I believe her name was, would not stop talking to me about her life story. The only one who was actually taking me seriously was another front staff girl named Arielle who was able to get me in and out as fast as possible.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Not happy for my service after go there 4 freaking time for one new thing tire not was happy at all, and after buy something l didn't after get, ???? Plus my light still on for my tire pressure check light still on....not happy, at all, ect,..more detail, l worn-out on my time, never again

I bring my tires here. Shop advisor RJ looked to those and said it's very fancy rims (CNC face machined with mirror finish) and it's very challenging job. But, he said we not gonna be professionals if we turn out this job. We come together to shop machine, talked pros and cons with technician. When he tried to mount first tire with extra precaution I'll already new I'm in the GOOD HANDS! Well done, clean job with special attention to me as a customer.
