I ve had my Kia for a long time and things were happening that I was worried to get fixed at any mom and pop place. I thought I needed brakes and a new crank shaft position sensor. Well I dropped my car off and they called me to tell me I did not in fact need new brakes but a new ball joint instead. They informed me I needed a new axle but it could wait a bit, not immediately necessary. They could have changed my brakes and charged me for them but they didn t. I ve been to places that have really screwed me. Meineke called me to let me know my ACTUAL problems and fixed accordingly. I will definitely be back.

Honest, reliable service. Car repairs performed in a timely manner, very good management. You can trust them to do only repairs you need and they do at a competitive price. I highly recommend them.

I don't think it's an exaggeration to say that Eric at Meineke may have saved my life. I showed up at the shop after it was closed because my car was making concerning sounds. I don't live in the area and I was very worried about driving home on the highway for two hours. Eric agreed to check out my car and immediately discovered that all of the lug nuts were loose, and in fact I had already lost two from one wheel! He tightened them up and did not even charge me. I am so grateful to Eric for ensuring my safety and giving me peace of mind. A million thanks!

The worse place ever I never say anything bad about a place but I came here to check my sensors of my tires they told me I needed one so it will be $142 JUST FOR ONE. I left and went to town fair tire and they told me I didn t need any at all my tires had to much air. You guys tried to charge me for no reason will never go there again.

They were very friendly. They also were able to take care of my exhaust issue very quickly. I was not expecting to pull in and out with it fixed less than an hour later. Thank you again guys!

Dropped off for an oil change and engine light diagnosis with a confirmed appointment. After 5 hours, I finally got a call basically saying they only did the oil change and shut off engine light. I paid for my $80 oil change and when I started my car...same engine light on and issue was never fixed. Always helpful and friendly service both in person and over the phone. I like that I can schedule online and drop my car off overnight for morning appt times. Many places within walking distance to go to while work is being done (Dunkin and IHOP are right nextdoor) or you can wait in small lobby. They are straight forward with what you do and do not need to be done and I feel I can trust them to not push unnecessary auto work. I do not believe they do state inspections but be sure to check website for coupons.

The team that works here is top notch. They always work with you and are very fair. I have been here for odd things and they always accommodate me. You will be satisfied. Highly Recommend!!!!! Oil change to weld anything.

I dropped off my tire to get fixed and they fixed it quick. The rim had to be grinded down since the tire wasn t making a seal. Not only was the price very affordable but they also put the tire back on and put the spare tire back under the truck for me! Will go here again since they were polite, respectful, quick and cheap. Great job!

My wife's car caught on fire because one of their "mechanics" left a rag in the engine compartment. After picking up the car from their shop, smoke started coming out of the engine and I had to pull over almost crashing into a parked car due to the smoke. Their customers service is just horrible. Stay away from this place. You've been warned. **update ** Their shop caught on fire and had to be closed for a while. Maybe one of their mechanics left a rag somewhere and the whole place caught fire, Karma?

They tried to sell me an overpriced battery that I didn t need plus an overpriced alternator. Once I declined, the service manager got an attitude and was dismissive. I towed my car somewhere else and they confirmed my battery was fine and was able to quote us significantly less for the alternator replacement.

I had a big nail on my back tire, I went to a shop they told me the tire is not repairable I have to buy one for $180 I said no thanks I want my car back. I went to meineke the guys fix the tire for only $28 the tire was in good condition they said, just need to take the nail out and patch it. They very honest I love doing business with them.

I had scheduled an appointment on a Friday afternoon with a big dealership, a week in advance & when I got there they told me it would be a 2 HOUR wait! That didn't work for me & defeats the purpose of making an appointment in my opinion. I called Meineke at 230pm (on a Friday) & to my surprise he said bring it in! It literally took them 30 minutes to bang out my oil change. I was out by 330pm. Cheaper than the dealership & Eric was very nice too. Big thank you to the guys at Meineke for making it possible for me to get my oil changed & still make it to my cats vet appointment!Service: Oil change

I didn't have an appointment but called to see if I could stop by to have my exhaust checked (sounded like a jet engine). I was told to come on in. Got there, staff was very friendly. They took my vehicle in right away, came out to let me know what it needed, gave me the price up front and said they could do right now if I wanted. I was in and out in a little over an hour. They were courteous and quick with getting my car in on time and done really quick. I also asked them to replace my windshield wipers that I had purchased somewhere else and they had no problem doing so. Had never been here, but had to have my car towed there after blowing a tire and having some other concerns. Tom was professional and his communication was great. The work was done timely and my other questions were answered. I felt they were honest and not pushy which made me feel comfortable. Hours away from my home and experiencing car troubles. Called Meineke and explained my dilemma. The staff was extremely professional and understanding. They were able to get my truck back on the road earlier than originally discussed and fixed the issue I was having. They didn t overcharge me or upsell service I didn t need.
