Very happy with the price and service! Tom did an amazing job on my son's truck. My son did a lot of the body work and Tom finished it. He also saved us a ton of money by driving it back to our house because it was not on the road. He loves it!Service: PaintingService: Painting

The whole experience from start to finish of repairing my vehicle was great. The owner as well as the staff were very helpful with getting a rental as well as restoring my car back to its original condition before the accident. I would highly recommend this Macco.

Don t use this Maaco location. LANDLORD SPECIAL. I went by to get a quote; he did a quick loop around and told me I should replace my two front fenders due to rust so it would come out better and he gave me a quote for the job and I picked out the color I wanted so I went and purchased the fenders, installed them and made the appointment for the paint job. I got me jeep wrangler painted (entire jeep). I was told I would get a phone call to confirm the paint .. two weeks later I heard nothing so I called and asked when I was going to confirm .. the lady seemed clueless so she ran out back and told me she would text me a photo they just took it out of the oven. She sent a photo - color looked close to what I wanted so no issue. Did not hear from them for another week , so I called and I was told ya it s done come pick it up. I came by to grab it and pay, before I went inside - I checked it out. There was paint drips everywhere and partsOf my vehicle was left unpainted. So I asked them to please fix if .. two weeks later I came by and same thing paint drips that were dried .. all over my jeep. My brand new soft top has paint all over It . My plastic fender flares have paint splatter . My front plastic fender also has paint all over it . They painted over things without priming what so ever. Painted one window bracket and not the other .. broke my wipers and I don t mean just the blades.. even though they were completely ripped off , but the entire mechanism they attach to were broken. When I pointed out everything wrong the second time around the guy and the women said well it looks better than it did before and didn t offer anything at all. Customer service - awful . Quality of work - there is none.Service: Painting

The owner Tom at macco was awesome.And his family. Love my paint job. I help alot of people giving them rides. And I could never thank him enough for making this possible.I feel blessed. Highly Recommend. Tom and Diane and their family business are an absolute pleasure to do business with. The estimate was reasonable and totally adhered to. Don't use North Attleboro Maaco Tom is a liar! dropped my car on the Monday said it would be ready on Friday still following Tuesday went to pick it up and it had bubbles in the paint, over spray on the grill didn't paint my spoiler said he'd do it tomorrow but expected to be paid the job wasn't completed nor was the paint job perfect. They also drove my car 6miles had now engine light on and was making a loud noise and I have a low rider. So unless you know how to drive it he did some kinda damage underneath! End up leaving car he said he would wet sand it and paint the spoiler and have it for me the next day didn't happen! I had to call him 3 days later and say I want my car today! Went down said let me get the key to look at it and the spoiler he said no ! I wanted to check it out before I paid him seeing he put the spoiler in the back seat instead Tom the owner of the Maaco calls the police and has 4 cruisers come down please don't go to his shop BAD BAD BUSINESS!! Then to top it off he refused to take my credit card which he accepts all credit cards he said he'd only take cash or a cashier's check not a problem but an inconvenience had to go to the bank for the cash and he didn't give me a warranty nor did he put or return my car logo or mud flaps for my car but he will be seeing me in small claims so save yourself the headache don't go there! I only did cause my good friend (who if your looking for a great paint job owns Automotive Solutions in Dedham) said it's an older car take it to Maaco it's going to cost less but it wasn't worth it! Pay the extra it's definitely worth it! You'll be happy with the end result and never this rude bad customer service!Service: Body & Trim

The car is a 1992 Cadillac. They restoredthe wheel wells and a number of rust spotson the body.Today most auto body repair shops just want toreplace parts and paint.Tom at MAACO provided expert body work, restoration and painting at a extremely fair price. The results are FANTASTIC and far beyond my best expectations.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Car was hit on Rt rear qtr panel. Ins co totaled the car. Went to Maaco to see what they do. Gave me a fair price and went above & beyond by realigning the hood that was damaged in a previous accident painted the front bumper that had several dings from previous owner and replaced the battery all for the original quote for the rt rear qtr panel.Very satisfied & will probably bring them other work.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Battery

The Receptionist Owner and son all were fantastic. I did my own body work and they painted the car. I was happy with the result. It may need a wet sant in buff in a few areas but I'm sure they can handle that too. Good people good prices.

I have utilized Tom and his team on several occasions to repair various bumps, bruises and most recently for some major body damage due to an accident. The type of car doesn't matter. I have brought Tom a Camry, a Sequoia and I just picked up my kids Jeep Liberty. Tom is a true pro. His work is excellent, and so are his prices. The cars are complete when he says they will be or if not he will let you know and explain why. I know there will be more dings in the future and I won't consider doing business with anyone but Tom.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

I received good,friendly, hassle-free service, an excellent repair, and paint job, at a great price. I had rust repair done on my car in 2009 and it lasted 5 years before it started rusting through again which shows the quality of their work is outstanding. For this reason I just had it done again, and I am confident that it will last as long as the car, which is a 1996 Subaru. I would definitely recommend this auto body shop. Bill from Bellingham

We had to take our car to Maaco because of a purchase we made from Carvana. When we receive the car it had all kinds of scratches that the company had to take care of. John ,The manager at Maaco made our car look like new again. Very impressed with their work and attention to detail. Couldn t have asked for better customer service.

Made an appointment online. Showed up for my appointment and the door was locked and no one answered the phone. Waited there 30 minutes and no response. Two days later, they contacted me to tell me they were closed. Customers should not be able to make an appointment for a day you are closed. At the very least someone should have checked to see if anyone had an appointment and contacted me to tell me they were closed. Complete waste of time.

I got my car there painted there bad work was not happy with the work that was done they damaged my trunk lid over spray and scratches. Cars to close to each other my car had body filler in side and got it back dirty but live and lear.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Horrible work done here . Had some work done on my truck and picked it up with more dents and scratches than it had before ! Also they painted my cap and I just went to take it off for the summer and noticed they didn't even take it off the truck to paint it . So I have a stripe on either side that is a different color than the truck . Horrible horrible work and customer service was over charged as well. Would never go back.

Tom took care of painting a limited-edition Miata for me; this particular paint required a special hand-painted application method; I appreciated his attention to detail and desire to get it right . Needed a spoiler painted and the owner was very patient considering I ended up getting one that didn't fit. He really helped me out. Great guy. Good work.
