I recently bought a car at this location, Ray the agent who sold me the car was excellent and patient, he answered all my questions and helped me with the process, Ray was very helpful and friendly. If you are interested in buying a car, do not hesitate to ask for Ray, he will help you.

very old-fashioned way of doing thoings, zero customer service and understaffed at the kia service dealership and rude tone. trying to imply that the main service guy is very busy and he has a lot of paperwork to do.

We took our 2017 Kia Nero in for an oil change and tire rotation. When I got it back, it would only putt putt. I almost got hit pulling out of the dealership. It died when I pulled in a parking lot to turn around and go back, not even a block away. The dealership towed it back, denying that anything they did would've caused that. They finally said the engine seized, which caused the battery to go bad and it was just a coincidence that it happened then. I told them it was fine and there were no warning lights. They gave us a loaner car. We opened a claim with Kia Corporation. We have had the loaner about 3 weeks now. We call every week and leave a msg. They don't return the call. We have no idea what is going on with our car and they won't give us any answers. I would recommend you stay FAR AWAY from this dealership! Today is 9-18-2022. I WILL update when we hear anything, then again when it is done.UPDATE: After several more weeks of unsecured calls, last week Kia Corporation has finally told us that they have put a claim into the corporate warranty department and will let us know in 7-10 business days. Now we wait. If they will not fix it, this does not end here. The car was fine when I took it there, no warning lights or anything. The dealership has regular serviced it.

Salesman Steve was excellent. No pressure. Allowed us to look and ask questions. Haven't decided on an automobile yet, but if I do go with a KIA I will be back here and asking for Steve in particular.

Not so good will never go back found the same car 3000 dollar cheaper just have to wait one more week coming in next week not forth coming with the details on loan just the monthly payments.

Never have to wait long for an oil change. They also check your car out. And wash it for you, which is a little added bonus.
