Awhile back, I brought my car in for an oil change. Of course, they gave me a list of things to fix. They told me my brake light was out. I declined the service because I know how to do that.I stopped at the store, got the bulb and when I got home, both were fully functional. In fact, all the lights were fine. Everything has continued to work fine. I brought it back and made a formal complaint. I got an attitude of, "Oh, I'm sorry everything works fine on your car now."You can draw your own conclusions on that...but, I won't be going back.If someone tells you that something needs to be fixed, ask to see it for yourself, even if it's a $25 light bulb.

Love Firestone!!!!! Right when Tony answered the phone he was very reassuring , helpful and accommodating!! I felt like he was very honest and got his men right on the job! My car needed brakes and rotors and it s riding smoother than ever now! We will be back!!!

I came here as my regular mechanic is no longer offering their services. Tony and his team were really easy to work with and they provided a complete care service covering all the necessary diagnostics. They were honest with their assessments and didn't push for any additional services, other than recommendations. I'm going to take my business here from now on.

Mark, Steve, Keo, T, and Paul are fantastic. They truly care about the safety of the customers by being extremely thorough with their work. Every one who works at this location goes above and beyond to ensure the needs of the customers are met. I got my car back promptly and it is running great. I recommend that if you need work done on your car you come here and ask for either Mark, Steve, Keo, T, or Paul

Hit a screw Christmas Eve made an appointment for the day after Christmas to fix the flat tire, and the technicians had us back on the road about an hour after we arrived for our appointment. Totally reasonable price to repair the tire. Had plenty of tires in stock if they couldn t we had a lot riding on the repair (visiting family from out of town) - highly recommend this shop!

I needed a tire put on a rim and it was Sunday. I had to have it by Monday morning. Pretty much every other tire joint in the area takes Sundays off so if it wasn't for Firestone, I would have been screwed. Even though it was 4PM and they closed at 5PM and it was crowded, they had my tire ready in 46 minutes. Great professional customer service and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend.

Super impressed. My husband and I brought in 2 different vehicles over the past few days and Jarred was amazing. He was very educated about the issues and was completely honest about the resolutions and we appreciated that. The cars were in and out and I was back to work within my lunch hour. I feel totally comfortable coming here going forward for all of our car servicing needs- that lifetime alignment special is the best offer money can buy. Had a very excellent experience workers where very friendly welcoming didn't have to wait to long for my wheel alignment very pet friendly had my five month old puppy and they fell in love with her especially the two twins that work there differently will make them my mechanics for my car ty

GO TO THIS LOCATION AT YOUR OWN RISK.These guys overcharged me, did additional work without my authorization ($600 OF ADDITIONAL CHARGES THAN ORIGINAL ESTIMATE WHICH IS ILLEGAL BTW) and then did a HACK-JOB. I gave these guys almost $2,000 for a 4 brake 4 rotor job and I ended up having to bring my vehicle to another location and pay even more money to fix their horrible work. DO NOT GO HERE.

Waited around for my 5PM appointment today. When I got there they said their lifts couldnt lift my truck. So if you have a standard crew cab truck you'll have to go elsewhere to get serviced.

Found a nail in my tire this morning and stopped in hoping they'd be able to fix me up. Even though I didn't have an appointment and they they were on the busier side they did their best to get me back on the road as quickly as possible and did an amazing job. Highly recommend!

Scheduled an appointment at 12pm for a check engine light Dropped vehicle off at 11:45 never heard back all day called at 4 and they said they didn't check the car yet and they would get to it the next day. Still never heard from them next day so I called at 12pm exactly 24hours after dropping off at my scheduled appointment and they STILL DID NOT CHECK VEHICLE so I took my car and left no longer doing business here very unprofessional very unreasonable and very unresponsive

Booking an appointment clearly means nothing at this location. I had an appointment at 9am on a Sunday for a snow tire changeover (I already own the snow tires), called at 3pm for an update and my car still hadn't been seen in those 6 hours? So it sat there almost the whole day...I guess it wouldn't have been done same-day if I hadn't called, because the man on the phone told me it'd be another 1.5 hrs and they close at 5pm on Sunday's. I haven't had this issue at other Firestone's and this was beyond ridiculous.*edit- I noticed this morning that they cracked two of my hubcaps (seen in pics) and charged me extra for tire recycling even though I kept them

They re either incompetent or lazy. Came here after having an alignment service issue with a different location. Previous location failed to adjust my cars alignment properly twice, a result of having the incorrect trim settings for my car on the alignment machine. Had the exact same issue at this location. Manager seemed to not care when I brought to his attention that my car was not a JCW ( totally different suspension) and that it had 17 wheels not 16 . Filed a complaint with corporate however have yet to hear from the regional manager for nearly a week despite being told they would call within 2 days.

Awesome customer service!!Thank you to Jeff and the staff for fixing a flat tire on my daughter s car last minute on a holiday weekend!! I called from NJ early this morning to see if I could find a repair shop close to her in Lincoln that had time to make the repair today. Without hesitation Jeff said he would have it fixed today, in about 1 - 2 hours and he was true to his word! Thanks again, Jeff, for your professionalism! Took my Honda which is dropped here (after Midas damaged it cause they don't know how to handle low cars, don't go there) and Jeff and his staff took great care of my car LOW and all they got my oil changed no issue! Highly recommend great service fast and friendly!

Tried to get me to buy a bunch of things for my car that was not needed. Said I needed an alignment when I got one about a month ago. Told me the wrong price so I would get something then told me it was more then the original price. Told me I heard them wrong. Very rude took over 2 hours for an oil change. Staff was very unprofessional and did not take their jobs seriously. Would not recommend at all. Horrible experience and horrible environment.

I have been taking my Lexus ES350, Audi Q5, Toyota Highlander, Ford F-15-0 and Ford Expedition to this location for years. I have been very happy with the service. They know I am a regular customer and I do feel like they are not taking advantage or recommending items that we don't need. I have sent many folks here and have not heard anything negative. Lastly, they love Dogs!!

Brought my car in for a flapping noise in the front of the car. Was told my whole frame was rotted and it was unsafe. Told me the flapping noise was because of my front suspension. Their exact words were you really need to do something with this car. Brought it to a certified mechanic and they said my frame is not rotted, it s actually in very good shape for the year of the car and that my front suspension is fine and it was making that noise because it had no oil. Charged me a fee to look at it for less than 5 minutes when they did not help whatsoever.

Have gotten many services done from this Firestone location. I love dealing with Firestone and this location. Scheduling appointments are easy. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have a store credit card and offer great deals. Thank you for getting me in today once again and taking care of me, the customer. Appreciate you all, happy new year!P.S. Chevrolet wanted to charge me $199+ to unlock my radio / console utility after the battery change locked the dash. I called 2 Chevrolet locations and they told me this. So I figured it out myself and it took a whole 2 minutes to fix. They apparently don't like it when customers get service from other garages not named Chevrolet.Services: Brake service & repair, Battery, Oil change

My car was brought in right on time. Tech replaced rear tires, and fully inspected for any other issues. Great work at the service desk. Offered me to apply for in-house credit, which I qualified for. Resulted in some great discounts. 5 stars for this visit!

Second positive experience here warrants taking the time to leave a review for these guys. Both times I ve taken my car here for service, I have been squeezed in for the same day and also received honest and courteous service. Hard to find a trustworthy place to take your vehicle to, but the employees here have created that here!

I've never been part of something that seemed to me like a bait and switch before. I went online to get the tires I wanted and set up an appointment to have them installed. I arrived to Firestone and when I went there they said their online site doesn't tell them what tires any customers ordered (What?) only that I have an appointment. Wouldn't you know it, the only tires they had that fit mine were some of the most expensive ones. I walked out after thanking them for wasting my time. Needless to say I would never go to Firestone again.

These guys work hard and are honest. I called them at 6:30 p.m. 30 minutes before they closed with a slow leak in my tire. They had me come in right away. The puncture wasn't able to be repaired because it was too close to the edge for a patch to hold. They were so nice. They went above and beyond
