Beyond courteous and professional. The fixes on my car were a fast turnaround but done correctly. Matched the paint 100% they treated my vehicle like one of their own. I highly recommend this business to anyone.

2 accidents within 10 days, fortunately I was not at fault and I bring my car here. Mr. Wayne is a awesome person who took care of all the process and problems I faced in this repair process. He took care well for rental car too.The work they did is top class. My car had only 4500 miles on it & they returned me the brand new car . Thank you so much Mr. Wayne and your whole team who worked on the car and made it brand new again

East Coast Collision is amazing. The first time I had a fender bender that didn't go through insurance and they helped come up with an affordable way to get the car back to decent shape. This time it was an accident that went through insurance and the project went very smoothly because they work directly with the insurance adjusters. Not only did they fix the parts that were broken but they did an incredible job cleaning the car after the project. They are easy to communicate with, very professional and they go above and beyond. The car actually looks cleaner on the inside and out before it was even in the accident. Thanks Harry an Wayne and everyone who put time into getting this done.

Our experience with East Coast collision was a bit different than most others. My sons vehicle was struck from behind on the highway at a high rate of speed by an unregistered and uninsured Rhode Island driver. The vehicle was towed to East Coast collision. This being the first time anyone in our family has been in an accident Resulting in a car being totaled, we had no idea as to the process that was about to take place. Both Wayne and Harry were extremely compassionate and they helped us through the entire process with the insurance company. They had nothing to gain, whereas the vehicle was totaled, but they had our best interest in mind and thanks to them my son received a much better pay off from the insurance company from what they previously offered. Thanks to Wayne and Harry my son received favorable value from the insurance company and has already purchased a new vehicle. In the event, any of our cars are ever in an accident in the future, Wayne and Harry will get our business because they have proven they are Trust worthy and genuine.

I cannot thank everyone who worked on my Red 2015 Chevrolet Camaro enough the past month and half for their services after I was involved in a side swipe accident. The staff here went above and beyond in getting my car to look as good as new. In fact, it looks better than it did before the accident. It is the first vehicle I have purchased myself and it felt like the end of the world to see the right side crushed in, but sometimes, it all works out in the end which I learned by doing business here. Also, thank you Harry and Wayne for the excellent communication. I would absolutely recommend this collision shop if you've been in an accident and want a timely turnaround. East Coast Collision and Sterry Street Towing were fantastic! They were there right away to pick me up on the highway, and the service at the center was polite, helpful and made sure I understood what happened to my car. 10/10 will go back again if I have any more car issues.

After being towed and brought into there lot everything in my glove box was cleared out and a fan I purchased before my accident was stolen out of my trunk. I've been expecting my car for weeks completely in the dark about the situation expecting a call back but the only way to hear from them is to call every other day. I can only hope my repairs are done well and I don't have to go through this shop again.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I was involved in a hit and run last month and from the moment I called the shop, Wayne and his crew made me feel welcome and comfortable. They took me the moment I called, unlike a few other shops that wouldn't take me for 1-2 weeks longer. They got me settled with a loaner car and they took out the middle man of having me doing all of that. A nice gesture. My Subaru looks like it was never involved in an accident and I am very satisfied with the body work that was completed on my car. I would highly recommend this shop.

I just received my car back from these guys and they did an amazing job yet again! I highly recommend this company. They provided a rental car for me while I was too busy working extra hours through this pandemic. They also had a great time frame I was able to have my baby back just in time for vacation. Ron thanks again!

When you are involved in an accident it is a pretty scary thing but the staff at east coast took the time to make you feel at ease with the entire situation at hand. My first encounter with east coast was when they had a tow truck come and pick up my vehicle and from there my mom dealt with a man by the name of Ronnie who took the time to go over all the insurance paper work. Then we were meant by another employee I believe that he is the manager of the shop I believe that his name is Kyle . The first thing Kyle asked us was everyone ok . I just thought that was so nice of him to care for his customers as if they were family . Kyle then proceed to explain to us what they were going to fix as he was going over all this he would stop and ask if we had any questions along the way . Once the car was done Kyle called us and we got the car back . It looked like it just came off the show room floor you could not even tell that the car was involved in an accident . The car was spotless and I could not say enough good things about the service we experienced at east coast. I would also like to thank Paul for your great work in fixing the car ! I highly recommend east coast for any of your car needs !! Thank you to Ron and Kyle for your outstanding customer service you can tell that you take pride in your work !! 5 stars and I will be back in the future with any car issues that I may have

In a word: perfect. I was involved in a bad rear-end collision, with extensive ($10,000+) damage done to my 2015 Outback. Wayne and the crew at East Coast Collision Center got the car back to me in perfect working order, honestly looking better than it had going in. They were extraordinarily thorough and showed fantastic attention to detail. I can t speak highly enough about the quality of their work. Additionally, they are very communicative and helpful with customer service. They even towed my car to Boston to deliver it.I ve had the car back for a month now, driven almost 1000 miles with it, and I can t find a single issue. If you need an autobody shop, you won t find better.

I was in a accident out of state that was not my fault. (my car was parked) The at fault person had a small Insurance company from Maine. East Coast worked wonderfully with the small out of state insurance company as well as my own. They handled the car rental for me with arranging it between the rental company & Insurance company. My car was perfect after they serviced. Wayne made the entire situation pretty seamless & stress free for me & my family. hoping to not have any accidents but if we do, we will be going back to them.

My car was brought to this body shop after I hit a deer. They were very professional and understanding to my situation. They took their time to explain how everything would work out and then worked quickly to help me get answers. Im very impressed with how the business ran as a whole and would highly recommend any one to work with them. 5 stars!!!

Nice guys mediocre customer service! Repairs to my vehicle wasn t completed. Bumper was replaced nicely, but left with driver side clicking noise. There were two attempts to diagnose clicking on the driver side with no luck. I picked up my vehicle for the second time and was told to read the invoice with a note suggesting I see a body shop for further evaluation!??? Unfortunately, I wouldn t suggest this establishment come to find out that they re a towing company be careful here very misleading!

I recently had an accident and my car needed to be towed, the police station towed it to an affiliated towing company that works directly with East Coast. They called me the next day, offered there services and told me not to use enterprise for the car rental that they also have a rent-a-cars company available when I drop off the car. They told me that Enterprise calls you everyday to see when your car is ready which always creates stress and anxiety, I know this from past experience.I cannot say enough about East coast they made my worst moment from beginning to end as easy as possible. I did not have to do anything at all, from towing, car rental and collision repair. They were friendly, answered all my concerns and lastly my car looked beautiful. Ronnie and the staff were very professional and friendly which put me at ease. I would highly recommend them to anyone!!!!!

Ronnie and Wayne at East Coast provided impeccable customer service from start to finish! A repair quote was emailed to me promptly, they helped arrange my Enterprise rental car (with pickup) during the repair of my Kia Sportage, and most importantly, they restored my car to look brand new in a timely fashion. East Coast is fantastic and I wholeheartedly recommend them!

This company is hands down the best around. i wouldn't want to deal with any other company when it comes to body work, collision and dealing with insurance. The GM Ron is all around a stand up guy who went above and beyond helping me with my claim. If you're looking for a place for your vehicle, east coast is the place to go!!!

It happened again this is the 3rd time one of my cars have been hit. FORTUNATELY East Coast has yet again come to my rescue! I've dealt with a few different people at this business but Ron Coleman hands down is one of the most knowledgeable, kind and helpful employees..I'm in and out every time..They get my car towed promptly any time of day, my rental car is ready and Ron always keeps me updated on the progress of my vehicle..My Lexus looks brand new and oddly even smells brand new after the hard work they put into fixing her up..The car wash and inside cleaning they do is an added bonus to fixing the collision damage..I cannot reccomend them enough..I love you guys but really hope I don't have to see you again unless it's just to say HI..East Coast is where it's at.

Jamie and Kyle at East Coast are a couple of the best people I ve ever dealt with when it comes to anything having to do with cars. Not only was my car brought back to its beautiful, post-accident self, but it was also done in a timely manner. The car was cleaned inside and out, and it felt like I was back in my car straight from the dealership! A stressful situation of being in an accident was almost a walk in the park, thanks to East Coast Collision.

My daughter and her boyfriend were on vacation in Massachusetts from North Carolina. While driving to Gillette Stadium someone rear ended her. East Coast was the towing company that responded to the accident which involved two other vehicles. Her car was towed here and by that time the shop was already closed. I called the next morning and explained to the lady my situation and that I was unable to come to the shop because I lived in North Carolina and I needed the car towed to a closer place for repairs because my parents lived 45 minutes away. She told me she would have someone look at the vehicle and have them call me back to let me know what they thought about the damage. I received a call back from Ron and his first question to me was is your daughter ok? He didn t care about her car sitting there. He just wanted to make sure she was ok because he said she got hit hard. After he knew she was ok he told me that most likely the car is totaled. Without that information I would have done nothing about all the stuff in her vehicle and I would have had to fly back there to get all her stuff because yesterday I received an email from the insurance company saying it was totaled. Luckily with his knowledge everything but her plate was taken out of the car that day he told me. He guided me as to what I needed to do and be aware of and everything worked out in the end to my advantage! Without his knowledge and advice I would be lost in this situation. So do I recommend East Coast Collision? You bet your butt I do! Thank you Ron for everything you did for me seeing I was 800 miles away! You and your staff deserve a 6 star rating!!

The combination of Sterry St and East Coast Collision is like, poetry in motion. I got into a serious accident. Sterry Street Towing nailed all 3 P's. Prompt, Professional and Polite.I agreed to use East Coast Collision, which is on the same property. Wayne was the epitome of professionalism and courtesy.The 1st thing he asked was if he could earn my business. Who does that anymore?So I felt compelled to give E C Collision a shot. And I'm glad I did.Ronnie, his boss was Awesome.All he tried to do was, help. He even tried to assist, suggest and recommend services that have nothing to do with E C Collision.I did not know this gentleman before my accident. Everything was made easier, because of him. Thank you Ron!!! You treated me like family. Any other body shop, I m just a number. My truck was totaled on 95 by a hydroplaning car. Street Street Towing towed my truck to East Coast. Ron helped throughout the entire process. I ll never go anywhere else!!!

East Coast Collision Center was recommended to me by my brother-in-law. When I first pulled into the lot with my busted up Chevy Silverado, I was immediately amazed by the sheer size of this place. East Coast isn't Joe Shmo's repair shop on Main Street, they're an enterprise. My first interaction was via phone call with a woman who's very voice sounded warm and inviting; she was very polite and well spoken. When I arrived, I was seen immediately.I should say that when I arrived, it was very very close to closing time on the Friday before the long Labor Day Weekend. Any reasonable person would assume they were about to interact with people tired from the week and ready for vacation; but they'd be wrong. I was greated by Trish, who was very welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable, and most of all grateful of my choice in choosing East Coast. She was very enthusiastic and wonderful at explaining all the steps and paperwork involved.I initially walked in for a quote, but by the time it was all said and done I was being given a ride home in a luxurious new car by one of the staff, with full confidence in East Coast's quality and service.My insurance company told me the repairs would take approximately 3 weeks, and gave me an estimated time of completion. East Coast finished up my truck two days ahead of scheduleThe results? My truck, which had been in a head-on collision (with a BUS), which needed a litany of new parts and countless hours of labor, looked brand-spanking-new. I mean, it looked better than it did when I drove it off the lot back in March. They even went so far as to detail the interior! It was so clean in there you could eat off the mats! I didn't, but the fact holds true.Ultimately, if you find yourself with a damaged automobile in need of repairs, head on over to Rice Street in Attleboro, MA. Talk to one of the many staff members, who are all well-versed in their line of work. When you get your vehicle back from them, I guarantee you'll be satisfied. I've recommended them to everyone I know.P.S. - They only use NEW parts, unlike some other shops which surf the junkyards for salvageable parts.
