This is a great family owned business the daughter behind the counter is very nice intelligent,and well spoken the mechanics are Father and son . They are honest first off and good mechanics they have very competitive prices and the service is quick and top notch they have worked on my truck twice once for a rack and Pinon and clock spring and 2nd for front wheel bearings. I trust them and hope you do to be smart give them a try and keep it local....

Great service. Great people skills. Almost always busy, but in that good way. Family owned and run business. All of them know their stuff and have talked me through troubleshooting my vehicle so as to not have to take it in and spend unnecessarily. I will continue to bring all my vehicles here. I just wish I knew about them sooner.

Today I had the pleasure of getting my car serviced at D&G and the service was outstanding. I did not have an appointment and was in a bind because my car was not driving too well and I have so many errands on a daily. I got there at 730am just so I could see if someone honest would just look at it and tell me what was going on. I knew that without an appointment anywhere there was not much I could do. Even with other jobs lined up they still took the time to take a look at my car and was willing to do the work for me. This absolutely made my day, all the staff was so kind and polite and the price was more than reasonable seeing. We love taking our cars here. They are friendly, helpful, and trustworthy. Our cars are well taken care of. They are very efficient. I was able to have my oil change done in a short amount of time. The quotes we have received for repairs have been reasonable. I highly recommend this business for car maintenance and repairs.

What can I say about a family ran business that out preforms any local or state or big box auto repair. D & G is simply the best most reasonable most knowledgeable business in the area. They are the best family ran business around. If you want the best price, the best workman ship and the best customer service than go there without hesitation and without worry of being taken advantage of hands down the best car and truck place in state of Massachusetts.

Great family owned and operated business. They know what they are doing, the prices are fair and very honest. Always greeted with a smile and quick with repairs. Never any hesitation to bring my car or truck in for reason. Keep up the good work.

This is auto service shop you always hope to find because they are honest people. I couldn't tell exactly where the noise was coming from, though I had a rough idea. They brought my car in, diagnosed a bad front differential, checked the warranty status of my vehicle to find the work they could've charged me for was, in fact, covered by the warranty still. They recommended I bring my vehicle to the dealership for servicing. I was charged a small honest diagnostic fee and given instructions on what to tell the dealer. This is a family run biz, which I love, and these folks truly cares about their customers. I'd go back there in a second.

I love D & G Auto. They are friendly and the prices are reasonable. D & G recently replaced my brakes and I will go on a long road trip with confidence knowing they did a great job.

Had occasion to go back and use D&G again recently (Aug2019) and they are still awesome! Great work, reasonable prices, above and beyond quality and super to deal with. Definitely Fully Recommend.

I met Jim and his son today. I came with a template to build a custom exaust for my hobby ( 1971 vw installing a subaru engine...)Best people in this business! The son came with a big smile at the counter listening to my " crazy project". His dad also looked at my template and starting to explain how they can do it. Long story short, AMAZING!Skills and pricing!People nearby should not think twice... it's a no brainer. I mean it.I told my wife to bring her car next time something comes up.Again, just great people!Thanks.Ps: I'm not from America but I've been listening " click and clack " on podcast.." you judge a mechanic by the size of his boat!...AH!"I did not see any boat on the parking lot...

So grateful for them . The workmanship is spot on and affordable. After 7 months of saving the money for what another garage quoted me for only 2 of the 4 big things D And G repaired my truck is back on the road.

Brought my F150 here for fluid film service. I had a lot of questions and I specified several details. Job was performed exactly as requested. Totally satisfied. Great service at a reasonable price.

I wouldnt recommend taking anything to these guys! Brought my 06 duramax in for an oil change and grease the front end. Was charged $265.00 and was told the oil filter was a Wix oil filter but he never changed the filter. Still had the same Napa filter on it from when I brought it in! The whole job was double priced when I looked up all the materials.Filter $12.15w40 rotella conventional $50. For 10quartsFuel filter$23.Grease$10.Labor$40Total $135.When I complained to him about the price he said he couldn't get the parts for the same price I pay. He is a liar and a cheat

I would recommend to anyone!! Extremely nice staff, they were very informative and helpful! The prices were very reasonable also, they will be the people I go to from now on!! They really know what they're doing!:)
